Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was nice and helpful in the office. They will turn you upside down and shake you to get evey penny out of you,lol. DR Patel is excellent dentist. Ashley is very nice and helpful. UPDATE: I just got my new Dentures and the they look and feel excellent. It took several tries to get the fit and look correct but the Lab finally got it right. Thanks to Dr. Patel, Dr. Carlisle. Also thanks to the Lab Tech Brittany. She is super nice and helpful.

Fillings were done wrong the first time, after the second attempt a month ago the fillings are falling out. They push higher costing procedures. Go elsewhere!!! Aspen gets you in and out quickly so they can get the next victim’s money…

Experiencia negativa: This was my 1st appt. & talk about fast I called this morning & got the appt. the same day, I'm impressed, my next one is in 2 days, everyone was friendly and very helpful. After having 5 teeth extracted & having top & bottom dentures made in January, I made so many trips back there to get adjustments but nothing worked, the teeth were too long, I couldn't eat without pain, I must had went back there over 16 times, & now I've been waiting over 2 weeks for them to send a void letter to my insurance so I can get a better set of dentures made elsewhere. I was even told I might need to get use to them seriously, who gets used to pain while trying to chew, the dentures kept rubbing my jaws raw & touching each other when I would talk, I'm so not a happy camper, they mentioned a few times about doing implants, I thought to myself "Why would I trust you to do implants, when you can't get the dentures right? Right!!

Experiencia positiva: Very simple, the receptionist didn't see at the "check in" time, the type of insurance I had and they realized abt that at the end of my examination. Other than that nothing bad, the doctor was very very kind and the nurse too!! Facility extremely clean!! Love it.

They told me what procedures needed to be done, explained why, and set up a schedule to have them done expediently. Then was given a full breakdown of what my insurance would cover along with payment options. Never going back to my previous dentist and have already recommended their services.

Experiencia negativa: They have cancelled on me twice in the past year. My insurance pays for 2 cleanings a year, but last year only got one. They cancelled again and now cannot take me until September. So again only 1 visit this year. Switching dentists. Not a good way to keep patients

He was going in for a procedure and the staff was concerned about his health and after they checked his blood pressure that read a high 190 over 100 they informed his daughter right away to call his primary and get him medical attention. In the ER we were informed he was 222 over 110 and the visit saved his life. Thank you for the intervention that saved his life. The next day he was able to celebrate his 60th wedding anniversary and will be back in the office to soon to get his dental work done. We are so appreciative to Aspen Dental care and patient quality of service.

Experiencia fantástica: May 30, 2026, I went to my second appt for preparation of a life changing experience. I had x-rays, impressions, photo measurements done, and a small cavity filled. The visit went great, if not better than the first visit. I'm bad at remembering names, but I do remember Patrick (dentist) but I can never remember the assistance name. Both of them are great people and they explain everything in great detail and that's what I really like about Aspen Dental. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and caring. Without even having to second guess about anything, this is going to be a great life changing event for me all due to the ones that have worked with me already and the ones that I haven't met yet. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Asheboro, NC.

Experiencia negativa: I called this office to ask about their in-office teeth whitening service and made it very clear upfront that I already have a regular dentist and was only interested in whitening. I specifically explained that I did not want take-home kits due to tooth sensitivity. The person I spoke with confirmed they offer in-office whitening and quoted me $250 for the upper and $250 for the lower, totaling $500. I was also told I would need to come in for an initial visit to establish care, which I agreed to based on that pricing. However, after spending two hours at the appointment and paying for a visit I didn’t actually need, I was then told the whitening service would cost $800, $300 more than what I was originally quoted. This experience felt misleading and like a waste of both my time and money. I would not have scheduled the appointment if I had been given accurate pricing from the start. I recommend confirming all costs very carefully before committing to any services here.

Today is visit was to put permanent caps or crowns on my two front teeth. Experiencia fantástica: So thankful for the whole staff. I’d been having pain and bleeding in my top 2 wisdom teeth for the past 2 weeks working OTR and needed to do something asap. Called around the area for emergency dental places and Aspen was the only one taking anyone in. Didn’t even think they’d be able to extract the same day. No insurance until December and still got in quick and they had a financing option for me as well. Got both extracted under an hour , very minimal pain , got a full treatment plan and all. Definitely recommended them for being a well educated staff and great working staff as well.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: OFFICE HAS LEFT INSURANCE CLAIM OPEN TO ENSURE I DON'T RECEIVE REFUND!!! THEY OWE ME OVER $500! STAY AWAY Charged me $200 for a toothbrush kit I NEVER SAW or received (not covered under insurance). I asked for a summary of all of my charges, and wouldn’t you know the $200 toothbrush was gone but my charges were the same. The very handsome young man at the front desk assured me that the company was not trying to rip me off. I disagree. All I want is my money back for being charged for an item not covered under insurance I never received. I have tried repeatedly calling but I always get the overseas call center. They did good work, but the office seems to be crooked. Also stop changing/erasing customer charges so you can get more money out of them. If all you have is an "I'm sorry you weren't happy we stole from...please call 1888...." You can keep that. ASPEN DENTAL, PROVE ME WRONG AND GIVE ME MY MONEY!

Experiencia negativa: A few months back I scheduled an appointment for my husband to have an X-ray and first appointment to get his teeth looked at. When my husband was told the price, it didn’t make sense to me, my insurance was only covering a portion but we knew we would have to pay out of picked. Not 3k out of pocket. When I asked for an itemized bill I noticed there were SEVERAL items on the invoice that aspen dental tried to sneak into the bill without either of our knowledge. For instance a $200.00 water flosser, and a night guard. I called up there and ask them about these items and they could not tell me why they were added. I thought this was super odd and even after the removal of these items the bill was inflated. I decided to get a second opinion. I visited a small dental office down in randleman, when they asked aspen for my husbands X-rays, they came over completely distorted-very intentional it felt. Thankfully the office we went to took new X-rays at no charge. Did the service on my husband for $300 and recommended a good water flosser for $20 bucks on Amazon. That’s the difference between these corporate companies that try to scheme and steal from hard working people and the mom and pops that truly care about people’s health. Im thankful for the experience with aspen so I can let everyone know, don’t go with these corporate companies that don’t care. Why are aspen dental popping up everywhere ? Because they are highly inflating the cost of dental work and making millions off the hard working people. Gross!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never received services from this office, so O won’t do a poor rating…but the reviews honestly discouraged me from going. I can’t afford unexpected billing issues or surprise charges, which is why I decided not to move forward. Even though I have insurance, seeing multiple comments about unauthorized $200 charges made me uneasy. I also found it curious that there was so much appointment availability…it made me wonder if it related to the reviews. If I notice improvement or more positive feedback in the future, I might reconsider, but for now I’ve chosen a different provider with stronger reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: I had "lost" my upper plate somehow - in my defense, my family was going through the loss of our mother. They have worked so hard and made my second upper plate so very well! I also decided to have lower inserts implanted to make my lowers even more comfortable for when I chew. I am always so impressed and happy with the people and outcomes to the work they do for me! I cant recommend them enough!

Experiencia negativa: The staff was awesome.... The dentist took his time and performed a thorough exam. The problem was with the prices and the amount of visits they were projecting for large payments at each visit. Only working on a single quadrant area on each visit. Creating many unnecessary appointments in my opinion. Even a cleaning was quoted and requested (in advance of the actual appointment) the full payment of $3,200 !! Seems like an awful lot for you ava teeth cleaning and then you want the amount paid when I make the appointment ? I can't afford such interactions .....SMH.... I work a full time job and I make more than minimum wage, but $3200 for a cleaning..... This is a dental business that is for the more elite than I will ever be. I can not afford to pay $14,000 ( total cost projected with financing available through them) that the long list of visit and the little amount of work was quoted to me. I hate I wasted my time and everyone's that was involved . My dental work that is required is a direct result of domestic violence years earlier. I just want to save my teeth . I take care of them, no cavities.....just damage from trauma in the root areas. It shouldn't be this difficult to get dental care at a fair price. I shouldn't have to take out a 15 year term loan to save my front 4 teeth .... This is a direct example of what is wrong with America......KNOW THAT!!!!!!

They do try and put some add ons that are expensive so scrutinize your follow up appointments and get it all broken down if you are paying out of pocket. Over all everyone was nice, it was a little slow

Then they want you to pay 60 percent done then they will finance the rest of the money. I THINK THEY SUCK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is my opinion.

Experiencia negativa: Check your bill frequently and closely. You will be charged 200 plus dollars for a tooth brush that you may not get. When you ask for the charge to be removed because you didn't receive it, they will make up another bill to cover that amount but, that 200 dollar charge will be for something else. Not a good business.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience today. I went in to have a filling replaced that has fallen out four times now. Tooth isn't in that grade of shape has a lot of bone loss so he wants to extract it and put a implant in. I am not ready for that I'm working on another one right now. So I wanted him to just fill the tooth and let me go they wanted me to pay for it and call it a temporary filling. I did get up and walk out stating I wasn't paying for that crap. Since when isn't the patience desires more important than money.? I only gave it one star because you can't post without one.

Experiencia negativa: My husband went yesterday for tooth pain and they wanted to do routine x-rays which was fine. Since he couldn’t do the full 18 x-rays due to his gag reflex they said that they couldn’t do anything for him. Went to another place in Greensboro and when we told them about the gag reflex they said if he can only do the panoramic then that was fine with them. They were able to do a couple of others, but they kept saying if they couldn’t than the panoramic was fine…The place we went to is Dental Works and the staff are truly amazing!!!!

Can never get the front desk, have to leave multiple messages to get anyone to call back. They require “deposits” for dental work & will attempt to hold it until your previous bill is settled without communicating this. Don’t waste your time. This place is a scam.

People be careful I am not recommend Aspen Dental I went with them as a new patient the Doctor worked in my dental mouth, he did very bad job I got infection and sensitive teeth after they worked in my mouth. I told them that I am not happy what they did but they don’t care. I have very bad experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to have a tooth that was giving me alot of trouble extracted on a Saturday morning at 8 am which is super convenient for people who work every day Mon - Fri Dr Leon had me antibiotics prescribed 2 days before so they were already in my system because it was infected I checked in with Alex who is always pleasant and smiling Taylor took me to the back went over everything with me Dr Leon came in and gave me shots at a generous amount he did great they did not hurt at all he told me to keep my head tilted down so the medication would spread within 5 minutes he was back in the room and ready to extract he did a little testing to make sure i was numbed up good and I definitely was in less than 3 minutes the tooth was out I was thinking that's it!!!!! I was so scared going in i just knew it was going to hurt so bad but I barely felt anything not even pressure and it was a very back tooth Taylor was AMAZING she reassured me the whole time and kept constant suction on my tooth so there was no saliva build up that scares me so bad i think im going to choke to death the most pleasant extraction ive ever had i was checked in at 8 and walking to my car by 8:30 recommended them 1000% will definitely be requesting both of them for any future visits of mine
