Experiencia negativa: Come and ask for a basic teeth cleaning and doctor making for recommendations a deep cleaning. And We refuse to do it. They wont do it for us. This place just wants to make money out of my pockets.

Called the office to let them know I had stitches and they said no you don’t, I said I have a horrible infection for the whole month of April my taste buds were out of wack. Called the Dr and very sad she never called back to see my progress..

The Dental Hygienist are very professional they tell you what they are going to do and because I get Vertigo they make sure I am comfortable when they start lowering me down the Dentist always comes after words and checks me out. He also asks if I have any comers or questions. Always an enjoyable visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: February 11,2025 - I visited Oasis Family Dental again for a check up. Again, I have nothing negative to say about it. It was a great experience. They were able to see me a few minutes before my appointment and took their time with me. I have nothing negative felt so comfortable in a dental office since I was a kid visiting my very first dentist. This staff are caring and take their time with their patients. I actually look forward to my appointments here, not like my last dentist. I visited Oasis Family Dental and the friendly staff on a recommendation from a friend. I came in to get a second opinion since I felt my other dentist was suggesting too many services. After consulting with Oasis, my treatment plan was minimized to only necessary treatments and saving me a lot of money. In addition, after the consultation, I received the cleaning right afterwards and made an appointment for the next day for a crown mold and measurement. They are very efficient. Oasis has a caring and knowledgeable staff that made me feel at ease. I now plan to make Oasis my goto dentistry office.

Experiencia positiva: I was scheduled for my daughter and myself The individual that worked on us was very polite and extremely gentle with my daughter which was much appreciated. I was under the impression that our appointment was just for x-rays and check for my daughter for $149 due to no insurance. When a cleaning was being performed I didn't think anything of it until I went to pay and was told my total was $256. I would have appreciated if I was notified that the cleaning service would be added and the cost it would be.

I have been suffering from the get go from ear aches and so forth at my age . Bottom line I had to have implants at the end . That Insurance don’t pay . Now I go to a Dentist who doesn’t take no insurance and to my surprise I would have to sell my soul to the Devil to actually get half of my side fixed. Then finally after many months of deciding to use my Dental Insurance I call the Dental Medical Board and they have my complain so they decided to give me the Oasis Family Dental in McAllen-Edinburg. It was the best decision I could have made. For now I don’t regret it at all. Yes I have to pay but I don’t have to sell my soul to the devil to get it done. The staff is very pleasant from the time you call till you see the x-ray tech , Dental Hygienist then the Dr. they all took there time. I’m happy so far.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been seen here for my front tooth to be filled for a cavity. Tooth was not cleaned out properly. I’ve been having little bits of pain. I recently called & explained what is happening. I was told I have waited too long for them to fix it. It has been a long time but No Dr. has touched my tooth & it looks fine from the outside of the tooth. Nothing looks wrong it’s a beautiful tooth but it’s from the inside where the work was done at Oasis Family Dental.

Experiencia negativa: They work very professionally but a few days ago I went to have a tooth pulled and it was the worst experience I've ever had, it hurt a lot and they put an anesthetic on me, I don't know why it hurt so much, I think they didn't put an anesthetic in the place that it had to be .
