Experiencia fantástica: Grandma's first time bringing the Grandchildren. They were excitedly comparing their visits, in the van, on the way here. I was impressed by the theater room, and the nice set up, in the waiting room. The children had no concern about their appointments, and I was allowed to go back with them. The staff made it easy and fun for them. They spoke kindly, answered questions, and explained everything as it was happening.

The mini theatre in the waiting room is a huge plus and my kids love all the characters on the wall. The staff is always super friendly and lovely to speak with. I have never had any issues with them. 10/10 recommend!!!

She is so patient and kind. You can tell she actually cares about her patients. The whole staff is super friendly. We will not go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: My son knocked a couple of teeth loose after falling on a playground. Even though the office was very busy, they told me to come right in and made room for us. They took X-rays and did a thorough exam to make sure his teeth were okay. The staff was great!

Experiencia negativa: Whoever is answering the phones doesn't need to be. Wasn't very polite, I just asked a simple question, and they acted like I was the worlds biggest inconvenience. I would replace that one before you lose more clients before they even get to the building.

Experiencia negativa: Normally I've had a great experience with the office, but on 5/21/25 both my kids were there for their routine appt as they go every 6 months. They looked at both kids said they were good. 4 weeks later I notice my 2 year old has a very visible cavity like a massive hole in her tooth. Go get her checked again at grins and giggles June 18th tell me why they over looked 2 cavities? After getting their referral they said she needed sedated to get it fixed. I go for a second opinion somewhere else and they did not need to sedate her and fixed it. I had 2 other dentist look at her xrays and the cavity itself and they were mind blew that they didnt notice the cavities 4 weeks prior. My daughter had lost a lot of weight and wouldn't eat lately and they told us it was just teething, but the moment we got the cavities fixed she was started eating and gaining weight back.

Experiencia negativa: Wasted my time going here again. Forgot why I didn’t want to go back. 2nd year they referred me to IV centers for work on my son. Took him elsewhere and they said he was awesome. My 3.5yr old “behaved better than some teenagers.” Not sure why they’d lie about how good he listened. If you have kids under 4, save your time and money…. just take them somewhere else because typically you have to re-pay for X-rays and exams because they don’t like to take the word of other doctors. Luckily, this ONE time, they accepted the X-rays and didn’t make me get more. My kids are more well behaved and calm than typical kids. They’re not perfect but if yours are even a little wild, I’m sure they won’t want to work on them at this location either. I’ve had this happen a couple of times. They advertise they’re good with children and then accept our money for the 1st appointment and X-rays but then the doctor looks at the kid (age/size) and says no. If you’re in the area and your kid is under 4, highly recommend Dentistry for children in Sandy Springs. Not Woodstock. Take the extra time. It’s worth it.
So sorry you feel your time was wasted with us. We strive on making kids feel comfortable and not being traumatized at our practice. If a child at that tender age requires lots of treatment including multiple crowns we will refer to a sedation team to complete required work in one sitting, rather than 3-5 visits with us. It is less traumatic on a 3 1/2 year old. Wish your child well where ever you decide to take them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean dentist my daughter has been here twice and as a first time mom I am veryyy happy with the staff here they are very understanding very friendly if it is something they can do to help they WILL, my daughter is terrified of the brushing part but she loves the art on the walls the little play room they have for the kids with the tv it’s veryyyy toddler friendly as stated. Everyone is well acquainted there seems to be a good chemistry here with the team and Dr. Cox is Amazinggg she is always extremely patient with my daughter as she kicks screams and cries and always make her smile afterwards . We will be sticking with grins and giggles

Experiencia negativa: They said my kids were kicked out from the office for no shows but last time my kids went they got refered to a different type of dentist so when I tryed to make another appointment for cleanings they said my kids were dismissed but I was not notified for the appointments.
I understand your frustration and disappointment with Grins and Giggles. It is standard practice that you are given an appointment card during the cleaning visit while still in the office for the next cleaning appt. You also get text and phone call reminders a week before the appointment. It is our company policy that after three no shows, you are discharged from our services which is standard policy for the majority of dental/medical offices.

Experiencia fantástica: A very good clinic to come with your kids for dental’s procedures. Normally we fight with our toddler to clean his teeth but in here the doctors were very patient and he started cooperating and enjoying the cleaning. The cool part that they let you be with your kid while the work is been done. Recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to this dentistry and am I glad we did! My Children loves it so much! Dr. Kox is the best and my children love her and her staff. Also the lady at the front desk is awesome with answering questions and if she doesn’t know she will find out for you.. Thanks for being so awesome and nice to my babies Grins and Giggles!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is awesome. Rhonda, Jesus, and Manny put my very nervous kiddos at ease. They explained every single step and were extra gentle. They even made special accommodations for each child. Dr. Cox has a special touch. I am grateful for them.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has seen other dentists and they were rude to attend us. I love that grins and giggles always treats everyone with respect and they are always so joyful to see their patients. I really recommend them for toddlers ,babies and kids. The kids love coming to the dentist which is not always the case. I love that they are so patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been bringing all 4 of my kids to this dentist for almost 2 years now & absolutely love everyone, they are so sweet & make sure to give the best care. No matter what age the child is, parents are aloud to go back with them, which finding a pediatric dentist that allows that is next to impossible. Thanks for always providing the best care for our kiddos! You guys are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Can not praise these guys enough!!! They took so much time to make my youngest daughter so comfortable let her help (a little) and was sooo patient so that we could get her teeth cleaned.the office is SO CUTE! I called yesterday and asked about bringing both my girls into the office and she had an available appointment for this morning. I was able to be in the room with my girls and that really helped my youngest be comfortable. I used another dentist in the past and I can honestly say I will NEVER use anyone else. They showed me all of their teeth and what needed work and was so informative about the process. They took my child’s personality into consideration when referring her out for further treatment because she is so nervous. I love this dentists office and will be a returning customer! Thank you grins and giggles for the amazing visit!
