Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Donna and her entire staff! My son is on the spectrum & they are on so patience and gentle with him. They truly make sure his experiences are fun & easy. They are always so informative and willing to listen and answer any questions. My son had, what thankfully turned out not to be, an emergency & Dr. Donna’s office had us in for an exam less than thirty minutes after we got off the phone. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff are great! They are pleasant and kind, they speak to the kids not at them and always with clear direction. My son has bad anxiety about the dentist but always leaves here "all smiles!" Highly recommend. Edited to add: My eldest son has been a patient here for 11 years now and my youngest for 6 years. We did try another dentist once (more out of convenience), but we came right back to Pediatric Dentistry of Winchester! My comment above still stands! My youngest son had full sedation oral surgery done here yesterday. The Anesthesia Team and PDoW staff were amazing! They made the whole process simple, efficient and effective! Such an amazing group of people!

Experiencia negativa: My kids went here their whole lives. I had a daughter who missed her first appointment due to RSV and a family emergency. I forgot to call and reschedule and they will not see her now! I was loyal to their practice for over 10 years! That was a smack in the face not to mention the staff was really rude. I was really surprised to have the staff talk to me the way they did especially knowing the person Dr. Donna is. I have always referred patients to them. That will be the last time!

You can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. She takes her time, explains everything, and always makes sure my son feels at ease during his visits. Experiencia negativa: Will NOT be back! My daughter is only 3 years old and is scared of going to the dentist. She was told that she would get stickers after her appointment. She got scared when it was time to brush her teeth but instead of being patient and understanding of her fear they aggressively held her down. She was screaming and crying and saying that they were hurting her and would not stop. Then after doing all that my daughter asked about the stickers (which is a big deal for little kids) and they told her she couldn’t have any because she didn’t take x-rays…. I made sure they gave her a sticker… they absolutely traumatized her! The least you can do is give her the sticker that you said you would… we will never come back! And thank you for making my daughter even more terrified of the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 2 year old here first time. And now we are 3 visits in and they are so sweet and so patient that my 3 year old let them take x rays and make them feel so comfortable. Highly recommend dental hygienist Andrea. The sweetest ever. I never seen rose be so independent in my life in a setting that can be kind of scary. I’ve never had to wait here. The front desk area are very good at their jobs. The atmosphere is very kind friendly and colorful. My daughter loves going to the dentist and encouraged my one year old for an appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: I was really proud of how the nurse isn’t even the doctor has had my son. He’s a spectrum kid as a severe sensory disorder and they worked with him amazingly. He is non verbal and was so comfortable that he did in fact speak to the nurse and staff!!! Hope they keep being amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to pediatric dentistry of Winchester and I was pleasantly surprised, the front desk staff were so nice, polite, and friendly, their smiles were contagious, the wait wasn’t very long at all, maybe a few minutes before they called us back to the exam room, the patient, my 22 month old grandson was treated so sweet, they even explained to him what they were going to do before they did anything to him, I highly recommend this dentist to any and everyone who has small children and wants an amazing experience at the dentist.

They are completely child friendly and make my children love going to the dentist. Dr. Donna is amazing!! They have been the only dentist for all four of my children.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are wonderful. I have never had any issues with them, and my kids have always loved coming here. Two of my children have aged out, and they miss going to the Pediatric Dentistry of Winchester. My youngest who is now 16 loves going to the dentist and he's been coming since he was old enough too.

Definitely recommend and will be telling all my friends and family about them. My daughter is 4 and had to get 2 fillings and 1 extraction and she barely cried. The dentist can be an overwhelming and scary place but Dr. Donna and her staff have created such a welcoming environment that my children are comfortable going back for cleanings alone with no hesitation. Experiencia fantástica: My three kids HATED going to the dentist but now they aren't as scared. They do have sensory issues and every time we go all of the staff is very accommodating to them. They have a TV above the kids can watch while getting their teeth cleaned etc, always very friendly staff, quick and easy to get things done. Always get all 3 kids seen at once very fast. Highly recommend for anyone with special needs children.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has high anxiety aboit going to the dentist we had been to 3 diffrent ones and never really what i would say have a complete cleanning today was so wonderful from the time you walk in they treat the kids as that kids who have huge emotions and they got xrays which was amazing he has a horrbile gag reflex which will get worse with anxiety all the way to the high five at the end it bought me to tears how well he went with them and the outstanding job they done thank you all so much !!! Went in twice since this review and each time has been as great as the first i can see that he loves it and the people there because each time he tells me his anxity just gets to him but thank you for everything

Experiencia fantástica: Our initial visit, to set up for fillings, was wonderful. My son is autistic and he hit it off with Dr. Donna. The visit for fillings started right on time and she explained to him every step she was doing and did everything she could to make him comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone, special needs or not.

Experiencia fantástica: They are super fast and incredibly friendly! Appointments are done automatically and before my daughter was even out from her cleaning (which she was done in 20 minutes) I already received a text about her next scheduled cleaning. Love it.
