Experiencia fantástica: Our 2 year old absolutely loves Caring Tree! He says “yay” when it’s time for a visit and always leaves with (a balloon) and a smile. Their approach is intentional and it’s clear that they have an understanding of how a child’s mind works. At each visit, they let my son “brush” the teeth of their resident dental unicorn, Sparkles. Allowing him to interact with some of the tools in a positive way really helps, too. In terms of care, they are kind and thorough. I wish I could be a patient!

Caring Tree got us in the same day for both assessment and procedure. The entire staff was compassionate and genuinely helpful throughout. Dr. Chris was knowledgeable and remarkably gentle with our little one—the procedure was efficient without feeling rushed. What I appreciated most was that they gave us the room afterward to soothe our son without pressure, and they were clear about what to expect. The results spoke for themselves: our baby tolerated the procedure well and his feeding improved immediately. That kind of outcome matters when you’re navigating early feeding challenges. I’d highly recommend them to anyone facing similar circumstances.

Our first visit my son was 1 yr old and I was nervous about how it was going to go, not only were they great with him, but also helped ease my mama nerves. I love that my son loves going to the dentist, and am happy to bring my baby for dental care when that time comes!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 10‑year‑old son to Caring Tree Dental for the first time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! On the way there he was so nervous, but once we arrived he immediately relaxed. The facility is fun and welcoming, and the amazing Dental Assistant, Ms. Jenny, made sure he was comfortable the entire time. She let him watch his favorite cartoon during the visit and even gave him a treat afterward, which made him feel special. Dr. K was wonderful—quick, gentle, and very skilled with kids. Both Ms. Jenny and Dr. K clearly know how to make children feel at ease while providing excellent care. My son left with a big smile, and I left feeling grateful for such a positive first dental visit. Highly recommend Caring Tree Dental for families!

Judy took the time to show her all the tools first and what they did. She was so patient and gentle with, it was amazing. Dr. K also walked her through what she was doing and was very friendly. I appreciate the gentleness in her tone throughout all. Front desk staff is always friendly and inviting, as well as helpful for scheduling and worth forms and such. Edit: Just updating my review with more stars, of I could. Have two girls that go here now and both love it and are excited to visit. It's not stressful or scary as some doctor visits can be for littles because of the atmosphere all the staff creates for the kids. They are always willing to take the time to explain every step and answer twenty questions for my one daughter. Samantha was amazing with my two year old! Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Kiddo says “5 stars! Great experience.” Our family was so pleasantly surprised by our experience and felt so welcomed into the space by Ashtyn at the front desk. They had a small welcome gift waiting for Silas - so sweet! Our dental assistant, Jaden, was so great with our child and explained what to expect to put him at ease through the dreaded x-rays. She put us parents at ease, too! Dr. Chris is wonderful as well and super friendly. He provided clear information and guidance for moving forward with our plan of care. We left feeling well prepared to take better care of our kiddo’s smile. This is definitely a provider who knows kids and how to create a space where they will feel cared for and comfortable. Such a fun and colorful space, too!

Dr. Chris is a treasure, taking time to review problem areas and suggestions for the future. The front desk staff is responsive and kind, and I can even text them when I have questions or concerns. I am so glad to have found them!

They love the office’s fun contests to get 100% brushing, music and videos options to comfort them during their cleanings and balloons and stickers for a job well done. The staff is competent and efficient and Dr. Kucera is a compassionate dentist. The new location in Grass Valley is spacious and clean. Also, their automated appointment reminder is helpful and saves me time! We love going to Caring Tree ❤️!

Experiencia fantástica: We just had our first appointment here with my 2 and 5 year old daughters. The staff got us on the schedule quickly and my girls are happily playing in the waiting area as I write this. Miss Judy is so warm and welcoming- to my little ones and myself. She explained everything in a fun way so that they really enjoyed their visit. Dr Chris is also patient and kind with my sensitive 5 year old. He really met her at her level of comfort and explained things thoroughly as we attempted to get her first exam. We'll be back next week in an effort to get a better look and get her cleaning.

They did everything that could to make her comfortable and make it an amazing experience for her! She WANTS to go back to the dentist now! We are so happy to have found her years ago for our daughter and plan to keep seeing her for as long as we can milk this “child” status. (I’ve consider dressing up as a teen, but somehow I think they will be onto me.)

The boys love playing at the kids room with lots of toys! The clinics really caters to the children to make them happy in the heart and beautiful in their smiles!

Stickers, tooth friendly xylitol lolipops and balloons are all the motivation my kiddo needs to get him to the dentist. They’re welcoming, warm, thorough and kind even when my son is difficult. I appreciate you guys explaining to my kids everything you're about to do so they know what to expect. Dr. Chris was great & made the next steps easy to understand. Experiencia fantástica: Very focused on the comfort of the children. Communication is the best, they make sure your child knows what is happening at all times and that they are relaxed. They don't tell you what needs to happen, they talk to you. They discuss what your concerns are with your childs teeth, whether it is cosmetic, financial or something else and then they come up with a plan for your childs needs. Overall, the best children's dentist I have taken my kids to.

Experiencia negativa: We have been going here for six years and boy has it changed. We arrived for our 3:20 pm appointment at 3:00. The waiting room was packed with not enough seats. They called my child back at 3:45 and we left at 4:30 without getting to speak with the dentist about our concerns. I’m not sure if this was a one-off but definitely not the caring tree I remember.

We were welcomed warmly and escorted for a tour through the entire office as a new patient. The technician was attentive and informative on every procedure and equipment used, focusing on patient education and experience. She was also very calming and reassuring. I’m beyond satisfied with the our experience and so grateful we found this office and Dentist. Dr. Michelle Kucera was excellent!

He felt at ease, had his teeth cleaned & Judy even managed to get X-rays on him! When she was done, he was very happy & said “Mom, I did it. I didn’t even cry.” He walked out with a toothbrush, ballon and stickers! We are happy to have Dr. K & her team as our go to dental office!
