The staff was beyond wonderful with her and was so kind and patient with her. I am so glad we picked this office for our dentist! Dr. Matt was very patient with answering my questions as was the dental hygienist. I HIGHLY recommend this office! I am pregnant and will be definitely taking my second child there too! We will be coming here forever! Wish they took adult patients!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend them enough! Everyone on their team is so kind and professional. They have been clear about my child's needs and their recommendations following that. Their office is always clean and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. I get a reminder text when the appointment is originally scheduled, 1 week before, and 1 day before and as a busy mom this is so crucial. They know how to run things efficiently and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m horrible with names, so I can’t directly shout out anyone specifically, however my toddlers had their first appointment there today and everyone was amazing. All staff were friendly, patient, and very professional. My kids were a bit nervous, but it faded quickly and they ended up leaving excited for the next time they get to go. There was a tv on the ceiling of the exam room, and they were given a coin at the end for a toy in the gum ball machine. Love how calm, professional, and kind the environment was. 100% worth the drive from Cambridge.

They stopped when they felt that it was too much for him. They also had a plan for him when he returns for his X-ray due to his sensory issues.

The staff were professional, interacted with him perfectly to get him comfortable, gentle, and even offered to help me take a picture with their ‘first dentist visit’ sign. The office is clean and they have TVs above the exam chairs for when my little one grows. So happy I found this place!

They check off all of my boxes for my child and I. Very clean place, receptionist ladies are wonderful, dental assistants are efficient and comforting, and the dentist comes in does his job nicely and gets out, all with a smile on his face!

Experiencia fantástica: I normally never write reviews but I had such a PHENOMENAL experience here I HAVE to give them the recognition they deserve. Today was our first time at the office and alllllll the vibes were vibing!! From the moment we walked in the front desk (Brittany) greeted us with a big smile and very positive yet professional attitude. She even went ahead and made The next cleaning appointment for everyone she checked in to make the checking out process easier for everyone yet she did not rush you away from her. We were seated maybe a total of 5 minutes before being called back by Katelyn again smile on her face, very positive and professional attitude. Immediately greeted by the hygienist Miss Katie as soon as we entered the room. Her & Katelyn work very well together! They both made sure my son was comfortable and began the cleaning, she explained to him everything she did before and while she was doing it all while getting his teeth cleaned in a timely manner. Her and Katelyn had a positive and fun attitude the entire visit! They both stayed engaged the entire time. My son was nervous at first but these ladies took him right out of it and had him relaxed. Dr. Matt came in with all smiles, introduced himself to me and my son with a hand shake and a fist bump! (My son loved the fist bump) He discussed a cavity and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving the room. They were even quick and efficient with his X-rays, talking his through it the entire time. Once finished with his cleaning Miss Katie, then discussed again the cavity and how we would take care of it. Lastly he got a coin to get a prize before leaving. This team is a WELL OILED machine. I have not one bad thing to say about this office or staff. The office is very clean, cute & put together. As well as every staff member I encountered being fun, professional and making sure everyone in the room is comfortable. I loved the environment and the vibes. 10/10 best experience I’ve had at a pediatric dentist EVER!!! Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience.

My kids love going to see Dr. Matt and all the nice ladies that work with him Before switching to Eastern Shore Pediatric Dentistry, my kids were terrified of the dentist and would cry and scream. I've taken all 4 of my kids (ages 9, 8, 4 and 2) in multiple times their checkup/cleaning and nobody cried or even got scared to walk back to the room. Everyone is always so sweet and patient. Today Ms. Katie, Super Awesome Dental Hygienist- redeemed all dentist practices (in my book) and Doctor Matt together did a great job! To start off, our extremely nervous patient was given a step by step break down, of all the equipment that would be used and even got to handle some of them. This relaxed him much. Ms. Katie, had a constant smile on her face, despite it being the end of the day (and what must have been an hectic schedule). She was ever so patient and kind. She showed such grace and kindness, and great customer service!

Kaitlynn* asked what he would like to watch and even what flavors he might prefer for cleaning and fluoride. At the end he was able to pick a prize.....the entire experience was Perfect !
