He has been going to Pediatric dentistry of the North Shore since he was about a year old, he is now almost eight.On his first visit, he saw Nicholas Senzzamici & he talked to my grandson in such a gentle voice that when the dentist leaned in to check his teeth my grandson quickly moved forward & planted a quick kiss. Believe me, he did not do that with strangers but that is how comfortable this dentist made him feel. And this is how kind & gentle everyone there has been with him. I am just adding to my post to say that my grandson who is eight and a couple of days had a visit to the dentist today. And, the hygienist were so gentle with him and talked with him throughout his cleaning and x-rays. They were so kind that they even took the time to let him play an April fools joke on them, which really was extra, extra kind. Thank you again, for continuing to be the best children’s dental office ever & I would know that since I’ve been raising children for 50 years now. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been with Dr. Goli office since about 2015. He is a smart, kind, no fuss Dentist. He will not push unnecessary procedures like root canals on kids. Both of our kids love him! I wish he was my dentist when I was a kid.

I told them I wanted to wait on fluoride (not against it, just not sure about it) and they didn't push, just talked to me about it. When the dentist saw that I had mentioned that she even called me after the appointment to let me know there is fluoride in a different treatment we are possibly using, just so I had all of the info. Great experience with them.

Experiencia negativa: I’m writing this review to share my experience in hopes that it brings some improvement. I brought my daughter in this morning for the canker sores she has been suffering with for almost three weeks. The doctor was supposed to send a prescription to help numb the pain and give her some relief. I arrived at the office at 8:30 AM, and by 3 PM nothing had been sent to the pharmacy. When I called to follow up, the staff told me the doctor still hadn’t submitted the prescription. After checking again, they said the doctor would “do it when he can.” It’s now 8PM and I still haven’t received anything ,the prescription was never submitted. My daughter is crying from the pain, and it’s heartbreaking to watch her suffer when a simple prescription could have offered her relief. I wasn’t asking for much, just for the prescription to be sent, which only takes a moment. This experience left me very disappointed. I truly hope the office can improve communication, urgency, and sensitivity when caring for children who are in pain. Parents need to feel that their concerns matter and that their children’s discomfort is taken seriously.

I was really apprehensive , considering that my daughter had previously refused dental care , but Dr. Goli and his team did a wonderful job at making her feel comfortable, she was happy throughout and even stated “the dentist was the best ever” . The staff cleans all three kids' teeth at one time while I sit there. One of the dentists rotates through. X-rays are somewhere in there and we are out in way under an hour. The team is gentle but firm, listens, and provides advice specific to each patient. All questions are directly answered at appointments or over the phone. Scheduling has never been a problem. The reminders are perfect. I fully recommend Dr. Goli's practice for any child and their caregiver.

My daughter was very stressed and cried. The doctor and the nurse were rolling their eyes. Are u kidding me You are a pediatric dentist. Have some compassion. Terrible first time experience. You should be ashamed of your behavior.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not make your child endure the pain that my daughter went through by going here. I wasted multiple hours and money. My daughter had severe dental anxiety, and although the dental hygienists were great with her, the dentist was the polar opposite. He had absolutely no patience, and worsened her overall fear of dentists. When my daughter needed reassurance during a frightening surgery she needed, the dentist just continuously kept calling her name, which obviously did nothing. It was at this time we realized that we would not come back here.
