Experiencia fantástica: Dr Siddiqui did an awesome job in taking out an infected #13 tooth. I was in so much pain, and he was kind in offering emotional help as I went through with it. His staff and other Doctors were great too. My best dentist in this entire world. OMG!

Experiencia negativa: They call you a few days before to confirm your appointment which is understandable. However if you do not pick up the phone, they will not leave a voice message like a normal business professional. Instead they will call you over and over again until you pick up. Mind you, the call is simply to confirm your appointment that you probably already confirmed via text like most patients.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible liars. I called ahead and was told by a scheduling rep that they accept my insurance. I asked multiple times to verify that they take my specific insurance and was reassured that, "yes" they do take my specific insurance. Wouldn't give straight-forward answers when asked; she answered every question like a politician instead of answering directly. Then she lied and said that she couldn't tell me if they had any available appointments on the day unless I gave her all my demographic info first. Finally got an appointment scheduled after all her BS. Drove over an hour away, then waited for a few more hours just to be sure I made the scheduled appointment on time, only to be told at reception that they don't take my insurance. They'll lie and tell you anything to get you in the door and then pull the rug once you get there. Shady, slimey, scammy, no-good liars that have no respect for other people's time, effort or gas money. Will never consider Aspen again and will steer all family and friends away from all their offices and affiliates everywhere.

There was quite a bit of waiting in between the different steps. The tvs helped kill the time. But I would say too much time in between the steps was the only thing I did not like about the place.

I appreciated their transparent pricing, relaxed atmosphere, and thorough explanations of treatment options. I want to give a special shout out to the staff, especially Dr. Kristin Fields, who had a very calming and welcoming bedside demeanor and the Hygienist Shanta Fields, who not only did an excellent job with an extensive, painless deep cleaning (I feel good as new!), but was very patient and accommodating to my nervous demeanor. If dental anxiety is keeping you from getting the care you need, I highly suggest giving these two professionals a try!

Experiencia negativa: Yhe dentist gave me a lecture on how to brush my teeth when i said i was concerned about one tooth with a receeding gum. I want solutions not a lecture as if i am 10. They expected me to pay for a procedure up front instead of filing an insurance claim like they are supposed 6o. They charged me $300 over what I should based on insurance. Then expected me to pay anpther $500 at my next visit. I'm pissed.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved the attention to all of my concerns. Latisha was absolutely wonderful. Patience, gentle, and informative. As a person that has a fear of dental offices she showed a love for her job and myself as a patient. The rest of the staff was all smiles. The only issue was the very thing I went there for lead turned out to be a estimate in the thousands. I was only concerned about grinding in my jaw bone! Not one tooth ache or major teeth or gun bone issues. I'll be asking for the copies of the xrays and scans to get a second opinion.

Experiencia positiva: After a year of visiting different dentist offices, I decided on Aspen Dental because, my initial contact was with Dr. Shihidi, he went over everything, I felt like a built a rapport with him, so I scheduled my appointment, because of my work schedule I was able to get the appointment on a Saturday which was a plus. The day of my appointment comes, I go in a room and I am told a "Dr Fields" would be in shortly. I never met Dr. Fields, never heard of Dr. Fields at this point I wanted to cancel my appointment, because I wasn't told that Dr. Shihidi would not be providing the service. But nonetheless, I stayed, Dr. Fields was nice enough but if my insurance and I are paying for the service, I should be able to choose or it should be communicated with me that there was a change in the dentist that would be providing the service. Would I recommend Aspen, yes, and I will refer others as well.

She made me feel very comfortable. Aspen Dental overall the staff was really nice. It was indeed a very nice atmosphere. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a terrible experience at the dentist when I was younger, which made me a bit apprehensive about going back. However, Shelbie Terrell completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly patient and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Outrageously expensive $7000 for a single implant. Running late and refused to even apologize. All they was that the dentist was coming from Raleigh. It is extremely disrespectful to the patient if the dentist is late for the first appointment of the day and it means every appointment for the day will be late. Not a good way to treat patients.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I walked into the door at Aspen Dental, the staff was very pleasant. After I was called back, I had a series of VERY THOROUGH X-rays taken by Latisha and she explained to me in detail exactly what type of scan was being done and the reason behind it. She was also very gentle and accommodating to the pain that my mouth is in. She also engaged in a conversation with me regarding her own experience with a bad tooth once and very professionally explained to me the importance of the scan and to ease my mind that she too has received care from here while working here. She also explained step by step that after the dentist comes in that I would then speak to another staff member regarding finance options on whatever care plan the dentist recommends. I haven’t even see the dentist yet but I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone and if the last two staff members are as pleasant as she is then a 10 out of 10 isn’t a high enough score. I have been very pleased with this first visit and actually looking forward to coming back for care.

Experiencia positiva: After making my appt online I did receive an email with a question about my insurance to which I called and thought it was taken care of. Once in the office I filled out my new patient questions and was soon called into the back. Once back there I was immediately offered a cancer screening at a fee of 35 which kinda was odd but ok . I was then taken for X-rays by a young lady and she did a great job explaining and talking me thru the process I was then taken to a separate room where the hygienist came in and gave me an exam and explained a treatment plan or process she was very professional and informative and that I would or could see the cost as I was shown options for payment. I then was given a scan of my teeth and once finished I waited for the doctor to enter. After a short time the doctor came in we discussed what I had concerns with and what the doctor recommend and even agreed with changes that I had suggested and explained the good and the bad with what I had in mind , and at this point there was a plan of action put into place. I was then told to go upfront in order to speak with the front end staff. As I sit I noticed a tablet in front of me with a clear view of " GET FINANCING " which was strange because I have dental insurance and without sending a pre claim to my insurance how would they know or determine my co pay or my patient share of the bill. After the treatment is explain I'm then presented with a bill for over 9k which my portion of that was 6k I then explain that there's some options I did not want and the bill is refreshed with the new treatment and my bill is 6k with my portion being just under 1900 I then asked what the payment is for and was told this is what your insurance estimate price is. I asked what an insurance estimate price is because my insurance covers me 100% and I do not have a co pay she explain they contacted the insurance and this is the amount I have to pay while disagreeing with her she then looks and see's that my coverage doesn't charge or require a co pay and that I'm covered 100% but yet still insist that I pay a estimate fee of 1900. Although the finance person was very nice and tried to explain it I did not understand and nor could the finance person rationally explain it Overall this may be an extremely good dentist and may do well with there clients. But the upsell is out of control and makes me think this is not the kind of place that I want to do business with So I spent about 2hrs there and their sticking point is to lock me into a financing agreement in order to possibly give me a appt to start any of the work that was recommended which in most cases cause people to find themselves in financial situations prior to any work being done and if I have insurance which covers 99-100% of the work why am I being charged any thing up front Maybe this is how dental offices do there billing and how they treat customers but in my opinion this is wrong almost predatory financial practicing Don't believe that I will return

I was suffering from a tooth ache that hit the previous night and i was able to get an appt the very next day!!! I had had terrible experience at dentist offices in the last and going back to a new dentist was scary but they greeting me from the moment i walked in they were very patient with me and my anxiety. My x-ray tech was very patient and cautious about taking my pics as she knew i was in pain. I want to thank my Dental Hygienist Shanta Fields, she was very professional, respectful, and gained my trust from the first day. Shanta talked me through it all and made sure i was in no pain during the whole deep tissue cleaning. She was very thorough explaining my future dental plans and thw work up i will need, making it comfortable for me to come back for my further visita and lastly i want to thank the Dentist. Dr. Siddiqi. He was very professional, kind and had great bedside manners. He explained the dental procedures I will need and answered all my questions. Looking forward to coming here again for my future dental needs.

Update: Had extraction of teeth and prep for implant dentures, very happy so far, the experience was one of the best dental surgeries I've had(I've had a lot). Very relaxed atmosphere, very attentive staff, and did a wonderful job. Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs dental work. Very happy from a person who used to hate going to the dentist. UPDATE: Have received my new teeth and I am extremely happy with the work I had done, every aspect of this process was amazing and easy, the made sure I had teeth for my brothers wedding and have provided me with permanent lock in teeth. This was something I feared, but Aspen Dental and the people there made it a great experience. I am extremely happy with all the work and results I got from them. Thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back, should have done this long ago.

Experiencia fantástica: I was with a friend; and the care and patience shown by Latisha, the assistant and Dr Fields was wonderful.They took time to listen and explain everything to the patient. The patient told me that the previous day which was the surgical day, the assistant was not very nice. The patient asked if she ”could please place their glasses on the counter. She took their glasses and threw them on the counter on the lens and walked out.” The patient got up and placed them the correct way. The patient was so relieved they didn’t have to deal with that young lady.

I rate her a 1 due to the fact she wasnt professional at all but my hygienist was excellent . I want People to Understand a review can Make an Establishment look totally bad . I still felt pain during the procedure and wasn’t happy. I should have requested another dentist/ oral surgeon who took their JOB seriously. #CAREFORYOURPATIENTS

Experiencia negativa: I was seen here around January 10th. It was a Saturday morning for a tooth emergent visit involving my filling coming out. I completely explained while booking the appt why I needed to be seen. Upon arriving the check-in was ok. The dental assistant was amazing. I realized that I was being evaluated as a new patient, but she also assured me that my main emergent issue would be addressed. Needless to say , IT WAS NOT!! I drove an hour away and received NO help! After taking multiple X-rays the dentist stated that he could not replace the filling , and I needed to follow up for a crown. I left in pain and highly frustrated due to my pain being a 10!! It was a complete waste of time and insurance!! Nothing I needed addressed was addressed but they treated my visit as a new patient evaluation verses an emergent visit!! 2 weeks later Dr Bowman’s Padgett and Assoc of Greenville NC got me together.

Experiencia negativa: Was not happy with service provided. Front desk girl was the only pleasant thing in this office. The cost was RIDICULOUS!!! Your services would be more with insurance than one I went to that wasn't even in my network. They also didn't want to file down my teeth and charge me $1200 per crown, which I evidently didn't need because this was the first time it was even mentioned. To me it was nothing but an overpriced scam to get as much out of me as you could. Beware, they'll do more damage than you already may have!! Your services will no longer be needed, when it comes to me and my wallet!!

Day wanted to interview me for being a future patient. I was in serious pain..my appointment was at 3:30 by this time it was 5:30. They gave me appointment for the next day for 3:00 which is January 20... Things went very well... Everyone seems to be more concerned they remember me from the day before...Your front office person was very nice both days....Because of her I would very much consider using AspenDental again. They did everything that they could get a way with that my insurance would cover. I was there for over 2hours.1st I got a thousand x-rays, than I saw a hygienist, than I saw the dentist and then i had to see the finance person. It felt just like I was buying a vehicle actually the total amount of what they all said I needed done was the price of a used car. I can't make this up and after I said nah that's all right the finance person actually caught an attitude. They are a BIG SCAM!!!! BE AWARE.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment with this office , called them to see if I could get my appointment pushed up earlier. I spoke with the receptionist Ailey or Haley really couldn't make her name out, she stated that she couldn't guarantee that I would be seen right away that it may be a 10-15 minute wait. When I arrived she stated that she didn't know how long my wait would be because from the 5 minutes that it took for me to get there that multiple people had arrived before me and that wasn't her fault. She was very rude and loud towards me , so I asked to speak with a manager she stated that the manager was busy and couldn't speak with me . I was coming in for a consultation for implants.

Was very good at what he told me about my bone structure and why I would have to use in adhesive because of my bones and my mouth my he explained everything in detail and was very good about it I really liked my doctor and everybody that's there thank you again for your time and your patience with me of course I wasn't up to you or anything but yes it was I was late because it got lost and I found you and I won't forget how to get to you now again thank you for everything everybody

Experiencia negativa: This place booked an appointment under a promotion saying “the first appointment won’t cost anything.” I reiterated multiple times that I have a toothache, which should have let them know that I would need x-ray… My appointment was still booked 30 minutes outside of town and during my workday… I get off work an hour early I drive 30 minutes outside of where I live And go in the doctors office and I’m in there no more than five or 10 minutes… They call me to the back tell me how much x-ray would be and I said OK I can pay you tomorrow etc. etc. I was then told no you have to pay today I explained to the lady That the person on the phone stated the first appointment would be free. She walks out and she is gone for a good bit of time. And comes back and says have a great day… During this time she was outside of the room I heard her and another woman speaking of “We don’t do things for free “and then another lady asking almost begging her to just do the X-ray, and She refused… Then when I go to leave multiple Employees go to the front desk and they’re all just watching Me walk out… That’s weird and very childish behavior!

Y’all let me tell you I used to live in Georgia, went to Aspen dental in Georgia, which I waited hours in hours and hours, and I finally just got up and walked away but here in Rocky Mount, North Carolina Aspen dental and they treated me like family. I loved it. I love the way all the workers handle me I even with the doctors the doctors sit down and they explain I never had a doctor explain in detail bit by bit the way they did but I love it. I would recommend this to place to Anybody

Experiencia negativa: They will tell you over the phone that it’s okay to bring your children to the appointment and then turn you away because of your children when you arrive. Definitely find care, if you can, for your children. This was a new patient appointment for me so they KNEW I was getting X-rays, and could have told me my children would not be able to come back with me when I got the x-rays, when I informed them of my kids over the phone. I asked if I could proceed with my cleaning but unfortunately x-rays are required before cleanings are done. All understandable information, however it would have been so nice to know my children would not be able to be there, when I was very transparent about bringing them, so that I could scrounge around and arrange to have care for them.
