Experiencia positiva: Dr. Raslan kept calling my son "her" and "she". It's a mistake that sometimes gets made because he has long hair, and we never mind kindly correctly people. However, I find it ridiculous because they have his chart... I would have looked past this, but when I corrected him 3 times, he kept doing it and wasn't listening to me at all. He also talked to me like I was 4 years old. I found it really condescending. The girls and reception were all wonderful as usual, which is why I gave the 3 stars instead of 1. I think he could work on the way he talks to people and try listening when people talk. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been seeing Dr. Stacey and her team since my sons brain injury 11 years ago. While in the hospital in Spokane the dentist there who had to pull a tooth from the breathing tube gave us her name for his care for when we got home. She has been so gentle and patient with him. Since he doesn’t eat she has taken her time to make sure his teeth are in good condition. What ever makes him comfortable she works around his wheelchair and as long as it works and she can get it done. Thank you Dr.Stacey and team!! We appreciate each of you!!

Getting their teeth worked on, was actually something they Look forward to until one receptionist who is no longer there Decided to start being rude with every call and every visit In front of the kids. I can go on and on with The tiny little details And how this was handled. But in the end Our kids have to suffer longer Because Of this... Doctor Stacy I held you to a higher standard before this. And please do not try and lie and say that it was due to us missing appointments. We have discussed this several times obviously you are reaching

Dr. Stacey and her team are kind, extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. We are so lucky to have them in this community.

We initially chose this office for the Laser Dentistry intending to treat a tongue tie, but continue to drive the 120+ mile round trip twice a year because the people and atmosphere are that good! My son loves to put is name on the cavity free tree, and is always excited when the coin machine gives him a prize.

She wasn’t scared and they did an amazing job even called to check on her a couple times after it was all done and over with would definitely recommend 10/10 a great experience and great staff!

Experiencia negativa: I contacted my daughters dental clinic after her not being seen for a year due to lapse in insurance and job change. Had the best medical/dental insurance as a Federal employee, once that insurance stopped I was forced to apply for Washington State insurance so my children would be covered. I was told when I called that it’s been a year since she has been seen and now she would be considered a new patient and Apple Health graduates their patients at the age of 8. She is 7 and needs dental care, but we were refused to be scheduled. This is not how people should be treated because they lost their insurance and had to get help from the state. Times have been more difficult than ever and this was beyond unprofessional and very disheartening. Being an active member of this community, I will be sharing how we were treated and spoken too to everyone in this community I know.

The staff & dentist were extremely kind, welcoming, attentive & fun. Our boys laughed, felt completely comfortable & enjoyed their entire appointments from start to finish. My 7 year old said it was his favorite dentist AND office that he’s ever been to. He called his grandparents afterwards to tell them all about it & was so proud to share that he & his brother were cavity free! He can’t wait for his next visit! She loved choosing where to put the toy token to get her present. Ten minutes after we left, she said she wanted to “go dentist.” What impressed me most is how much she wanted to brush her teeth the next day; she even asked me to help!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter is treated like a number. The dentist was super rude. She didn't really even acknowledge me and was already upset about something. Then my 6 yr old was scared from the last time she went in where they had to put her to sleep to get some dental work done. This time the dentist put the mirror to look at her teeth and my daughter got kinda scared. The dentist was like "it's a mirror, you'll live geez".... I will definitely look around for a better place.

The Solea Laser is amazing!!! We were in and out in less than an hour and my son was able to eat lunch immediately after! My son has a thumb sucking addiction and her referring him to Walla Walla Orthodontics helped straighten his smile and widen his airway! Dr. Stacey and her staff are extremely patient with those who stuggle with anxiety disorders and/ or special needs children with social interaction disabilities. Our family would be panicked if we had to find another dentist because Dr. Stacey is the best for my children and I only want the best for my family!

Experiencia fantástica: My (Very anxious) little boy had a procedure done this week where he was put under general anesthesia. I was incredibly nervous about the appointment and didn't know what to expect. From the second we walked through the door the staff made him feel at home. The anesthesiologist was very good with him & had him giggling while giving him his medicine. He wasn't scared one time!! The appointment ran right on schedule, he was taken care of right when we got there & was done before I knew it! I would 100% recommend Dr. Stacey and her wonderful staff to any of my friends or family needing good dental care for their little ones! It was an amazing experience from start to finish and my son can't wait to go back!!
