I didn't feel any pain during the extraction and they only took a few minutes to tell me that it was done. I was surprised. The front desk staff was very patient because I am Chinese and can't speak English, but everyone was very friendly and patient with me. They didn't mind being a patient who couldn't speak English. They were very patient all the time. So I highly recommend this dental hospital.，

Experiencia fantástica: From Brian Donald, I had an emergency today and was hurting so bad . I didn’t think I would be able to get in to even see a dentist , but the Dentist got me right in at 2:00pm. I just thought they would give me a shot and some antibiotics. They also helped in giving me just a few pain pill to help for the next couple of day until the antibiotics kicked in. They took me right back and were very sympathetic to my needs and knew that I was hurting extremely bad. This is the best dentist office that I have ever and I mean ever been to.. regardless if you have insurance or pay cash like I’m doing your still treated just the same. I would recommend anyone to just try (Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care ) Everyone is so professional and the most important thing is they listen to you.. I can not say enough good things about the dentist and the staff. 1-10 where 10 is the best I would give this place a 20 !! I highly recommend this dental office. I have been to the one in Bossier and the one in Shreveport and they have all be Great !! I want to thank them once again for all of their help. Thank you !! Experiencia fantástica: My experience so far at the North Market location has been excellent. Dr. Cotton and all of the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. The main attribute I was looking for was patience, and patience is what I got. Dr. Cotton didn’t act rushed or subtly annoyed by questions and concerns, as many health professionals do. Indeed, he and his assistant allowed me to express my concerns and they in turn thoroughly allayed them. I’m only at the beginning of a somewhat rigorous dental process. However, Dr. Cotton and the North Shreveport staff have my full confidence.
