We came for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I loved the way they explained what they were doing to my girls, eased their concerns as they were cleaning their teeth, and explained things to me. I have a 6YO and they were extremely patient with him and addressed our concerns and went over in detail what they were going to do with him (and us) directly and he was pretty comfortable with the staff/hygienists/dentist. The office itself is welcoming and location and hours are very convenient. Available for after hours calls or concerns as well.

I have taken my kids here since they were very young and unfortunately had to change dentist for about 2-3 years due to dental coverage changes. Experiencia fantástica: We started going to this dentist because I had heard great things, and they definitely lived up to the reputation! My child is usually very uncomfortable with anyone touching him, even when I’m in the room holding him, which can make appointments a challenge. The staff was so patient and understanding — his teeth cleaning was quick, gentle, and just the right amount for him to feel okay by the end. Someone in the office had noticed that my child liked rubber duckies and made sure to put one in the goodie bag! When we left, my child actually asked to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched dentists to this practice for my son. He really has a lot of anxiety when it comes dental cleanings and procedures. Our last dental office never took their time and would give up and provided him less than acceptable care. From making the appointment and informing the staff of how overwhelming this process has been for him in the past, they hit the ball out of the park. They were so patient and talked him through everything. If something didn’t work because he was scared, they tried something different. They gave him the time needed to get through it without pressure or annoyance. Everyone there truly cares about the kids experience and recognizes that they have feelings and emotions too instead of treating it like a conveyor belt like some other offices do. It was a great first appointment and we will be back again!

Even though she cried for a bit during the actual exam and brushing (totally expected). She handled the overall appointment very well and still left in a smile. If I were to complain about anything it would be we have to wait a little longer to be seen but it shows me he takes his time with every single patient. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to little mouths. Today’s appointment began timely and we were out the door with a note for school in about 40 minutes. I was happy- clean teeth with no fuss. And she was happy- a swag bag of dental goodies and a rubber bouncy ball in hand.

One of my kids is on the autism spectrum and not only has a terrible phobia associated with any sort of Dr. office, but has some oral sensitivities as well. Both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Brinton meet my kid where she is at and go above and beyond to connect with her and make her feel as comfortable and as possible. I would recommend 1000%

Experiencia fantástica: Every single visit we’ve had has been an absolutely exceptional experience. Every hygienist and doctor is phenomenal and personable. They have a unique ability to make the kids feel totally comfortable with their positive and vibrant personalities!!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I had a couple bad experiences at this practice. First, I voiced a concern that I didn’t want my daughter having frequent xrays, personal belief not good for kids, and I would get attitude from staff about it. Sometimes, they kept insisting and I felt pressured. A few times, I had a dental hygienist who would never use any suction or have my child rinse mouth during or after cleaning. Then, I had a dental hygienist who did use suction so I was concerned and told her no one else used suction. She said they should have. So I felt apprehensive but I kept quiet. Finally, I consistently kept noticing that the disinfectant wipe containers were usually left open. As a healthcare provider, I have been educated this is UNSAFE practice due to air drying out wipes and making them less effective in disinfecting. I voiced this concern to Dr Brinton himself. He seemed receptive and even said he would make sure staff was educated on this. However, I later found it, he had my child discharged from the practice due to this. I was planning on taking my daughter elsewhere but he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me this. I am beyond disappointed with this practice.

They were very thorough and explained everything and all of the other options/routes that we could have taken. But, Dr. Brinton and his staff were able to get the job done by being patient and friendly with my daughter. They have earned her trust, she left the office saying how much she likes this dentist and wants to return!

Dr. Brinton is quite literally one of the most friendly, accommodating, and personable professionals I have ever met. I am a part of a local family group where very often recommendations are asked for a children’s dentist. I can say out of the multitude of responses a majority of those responses recommend this practice. Today, I called in and had an issue with my son complaining of tooth pain that was becoming pretty severe. Not only did they offer me a spot today to be seen but the team was so welcoming and the new dentist was just as friendly and personable as Dr. Brinton. The problem was identified and promptly resolved. I cannot say enough good things. I am very appreciative for the work this team puts forth and highly recommend this practice .

We just moved to the area and I had previously taken my daughter to my old pediatric dentist who I loved and I was struggling to switch practices… but this place blows every other doctor, pediatrician or not, out of the water!!! The kindness of every single person in that office is unmatched. I honestly don’t have words for the amazing experience we just had! We saw Dr Shah (I’m probably spelling that wrong so apologies) and he was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Heather was our dental hygienist and she was just as amazing! My daughter had been crying 20 mins before our appointment because she was scared to go, and now she’s begging me to go back! lol! I could go on and on about how incredible this practice is! The ONLY suggestion i could make? START TAKING ADULT PATIENTS PLEASEEE!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Submitted a form to request an appointment with all of our information. Got a call and the woman on the phone acted like I called her and she had no clue what to goal of the phone call that she initiated was. When reviewing insurance I let her know that we have United Healthcare and Amerihealth and she immediately snapped back “we don’t take Medicare welfare” okay fine we have other insurance HOWEVER my daughter has Medicare because she has a chronic medical condition not due to our income or anything related to that. So I simply replied that our primary insurance is United Healthcare she replied/assumed quickly “CHIP?!” I corrected her and let her know it was a PPO Choice Plus which they do take. She continued to ask me for information and clearly wasn’t paying attention because I had to phonetically spell out our last name SIX times as I sat in a quiet room with no background noise. She then put me on hold came back and asked for my email, on the third attempt to provide her with the same email I submitted on the online form I just gave up and let them know I was no longer interested. Completely ridiculous unprofessional, rude and inattentive.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 4 year old here for the first time, and we saw Dr. Shah. Like any parent I think, I was nervous about how my daughter would do with this visit. She was initially shy and wouldn't make eye contact with anybody but me. Dr. Shah and all of the staff were phenomenal. He spoke directly to her, joked around with her to get her to open up (figuratively and literally), explained each step of the cleaning and exam to her giving her time to look at the equipment to be more comfortable with it, and answered all of my questions. The office was clean and comfortable, parking was easy. I was able to stay right with her in the exam room, and could see her through a large window while she had XRays taken. The office had Disney movies playing, including on a television mounted to the ceiling that she could watch during her cleaning. Prizes for the visit were an added bonus for her! My daughter went skipping out of the appointment and a few days later, asked when we could go back.

The office is nice and clean. The staff are so kind, friendly and patient. Ms Kris was wonderful. She explained everything to the kiddos and let them touch the tools before she started the cleaning. Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Brinton for a few years now, we always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and great with kids. My daughter gets a little shy at first but the dental hygienist and Dr. Brinton make the experience fun for her.

It makes the experience really painless. Definitely recommend. Edit: We went again today for my girls’ next check-up and had an even better experience! Everything was fast and the dental hygienist, Kris, was so kind and patient. Both Kris and Dr. Brinton are so great with the kids. Kris also gave me so many great tips for difficult brushing and thumb sucking. I’m so glad we found this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Best pediatric dentist! Took my 20month old and 3 year old. They weren’t pressured into anything and had a fabulous first dentist experience. My 3yr only got an exam due to being extremely anxious and nervous and they were okay with that. Made her feel comfortable and now she’s excited to try again next time.

My son has some sensory issues, and that was the first thing his dental assistant asked about! she was so kind, and was absolutely Fantastic with both of my kids. Dr. Brinton has excellent bedside manner and reassured my son through some sensory issues. Cannot recommend this facility enough.

Experiencia fantástica: The office takes great care of the little ones understanding they may be nervous especially under 2 years old. They are patient, kind and reassure you with any worries you have. I mean they even were able to brush my 2 year old's teeth without a fight.
