Experiencia fantástica: I am incredibly impressed by this office and their staff! The lobby is SO interactive for the kiddos, and there's something to entertain any kid. My son got a filling and silver crown today and I was expecting the worst given that he's only 5 and has never had a dental procedure before, but Dr. Zach and his assistant Connor made everything go so smoothly. They comforted my kiddo and made sure to explain everything that was happening. They even threw in some humor to keep the mood stress free. These 2 moved in sync with each other the ENTIRE time. I was so impressed with how quickly they took care of everything, while also being able to encourage my kiddo and keep him comfortable. We LOVE Dr. Zach and Connor and we will 100% be requesting them next time we visit the office. We actually had Dr. Zach for my kiddos cleaning appointment last month, and my son specifically requested to have the same doctor as last time before we arrived. Must be a great dentist to be requested by a 5 year old after 1 interaction!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is so cool. They are close to Fort Carson and made it so easy to gets my 4 kids appointments. They were patient and ensured each kid was comfortable doing things before doing them. They even offer private rooms for kids who may get overstimulated during their visits. Not to mention the entire place is done up like a private ship. They have plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied while you wait and the staff was so understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had now 3 great experiences with Kids Rock. We've been taking our son since his 1st dentist's visit, and he is now 2 1/2. Each time Dr. Zach patiently explains what to do with our son's teeth, tips for teething, and tricks that can help with his overall brushing time. The dental assistant Brittany was so sweet with my son and the people at the front desk always smile and talk to him, not through him, despite him being a baby / toodler, and I really appreciate that extra care and attention to his feelings. They also accept Tricare and are right outside gate 1 and 3 so super convenient!

She loves “Mr Connor” and has talked about him every time she brushes her teeth for literally a year. When she saw him today he didn’t disappoint and was kind, positive, and went out of his way to make her time great. The location is immaculate and perfect for making kids love the dentist. I can’t recommend it enough!

My daughter has had the same dentist for the last few years and I’ve we moved we didn’t have a dentist. It was great to get her back and that she had such an amazing experience with Sky her dental hygienist. Easiest X-rays and just very kind. Dr.Zach was great. He took his time because this was her first appointment with him. He answered all my questions and seem to really want to support families. Best experience we’ve had.

Experiencia positiva: You guys have always done a great job but recently quality of service has gone down hill. The turnover is visibly obvious and concerning. Every 6 months there are new employees, that to me seems to show that not everyone is pleased with their job there. What is the common denominator of unhappiness? Also, if I make my 3 kids appointments to all be in at the same time 3pm and I confirm my appointments for all 3 of them for the same time at 3pm, then when I get there you sit 2 of them and send me a text that my 3rd child is moved to 30 minutes later for 3:30pm without my doing...yeah I just want you to know that is NOT a good experience. I busted my hump to get off work go pick up my kids and then get them there to just be wait listed is not a good experience. I liked Dr. Zak, he was very efficient and kind, but my daughter was especially looking forward to seeing Dr. Carolina. I get that things happen and drs have to step away but we were told she was out all week and so it seemed preplanned. I feel that we deserve to know who we are expecting to see beforehand and not make it a surprise.

Such a creative facility from thd playground to the entire theme and decoration of the building was amazing! Supper spacious and clean facility. Shout out to our dental assistants Priscilla, Janet, and Olivia for taking care of all 3 of my kids and making this a super easy and smooth process! Along with the great recommendations of things to do in the springs and Denver. Also big thanks to our dentist Dianna Shaw for being so thorough friendly and knowledgeable! Overall beyond amazing experience and staff !

Experiencia fantástica: My 5 year old was nervous about the dentist and the hygienist was patient with her. She explained everything to her. She was scared of the water rinse and suction straw but the hygienist had her gargle instead. Now she wants to go back. All her teeth were healthy. I had her previous appointment scheduled when the large snowfall occurred. They were understanding and allowed me to reschedule. We plan on going back in 6 months.

I was skeptical at first, but my entire Army team reassured me that this is the best place for pediatric dentistry. It turns out they were 100% right! The staff, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were are terrific. Oh and one more thing, they have a small playground outside (big win)! 10/10 would recommend!

One of my kids being special needs, this wasn’t an appointment we looked forward to, however, everyone worked so well with my son compared to every other dentist we’ve ever seen. This appointment led us to a thorough exam which allowed the dentist to determine the work that needed to be done. On the day of the procedure my son’s dentist explained absolutely everything, took great care of our kid, and even explained why he did a little less work than originally intended. Nothing beats a dentist that has many kids himself and understands what the child and family may go through after a procedure. He told us to call him day or night if we had any concerns during the recovery process. Couldn’t recommend this location more.

Experiencia fantástica: Two years ago we were going to a different dentist who said my son needed sedated dentistry due to his sensory issues. He is both deaf and has Autism so it’s difficult sometimes to find people who are patient enough. THANK GOODNESS Kids Rock exists!!!! Angelina (the assistant) and Dr Chapellin were so incredibly patient and kind and my son did amazing! He let them do everything from X-rays to flossing/cleaning and fluoride! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and he came out so excited!

Experiencia fantástica: From getting on the calendar 6 months in advance, consults on indicators for braces in the future, timeliness of reminder texts, this place can’t be beat on open and transparent communication. Staff demeanor is too notch. My son has absolutely no issues coming here (which speaks volumes for me). Have come here since 2021 and will not stop any time soon.

I was nervous about how her visit would go, but was optimistic about going to a pediatric dentist, since they’re familiar with every temperament of kid. Kids Rock was a totally different experience for her. Everyone was kind and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She had a great time. 10/10 recommend. So glad we found this practice.

We popped in to see if they could finish the job and get it out for us on short notice and they squeezed us right in. Abby, our assistant, was really great and very kind! Dr Bradford was also fantastic. Huge fan of them and the office itself. It’s really perfect for kids and our son asked to switch here permanently.
