Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place!!! They made sure to calm my nerves and my 5 year olds nerves before sedation!!! Every detail was explained before, after, and during the process. There was never a time that they did not let me know what was going on. The staff is GREAT!!!! They treated us like family!!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!

Experiencia negativa: They did a good job at first. I was asked to sign paperwork that was not explained to me. The nurse was impatient at first but she ended up giving me the information for the paperwork. I was not told how much I was going to have to pay for the work that was done on my daughter’s teeth but she had to have her x rays and a plain written up. It would have been nice to know that first. They did make sure they paired what I owed but I got it interest free for twenty four months. They also let me have one of her baby teeth. She got no pain medication or mouth wash from the teeth that were pulled. Update: Because they refused to give my daughter any pain medication she cried last night because her mouth hurts so bad. I called her primary dentist who refused to help. I called this dentist and they have not called me back. This is unacceptable not sure why they think it’s okay to leave an 8 yr old in so much pain she cried herself to sleep. The Hippocratic oath says they will be no harm. Edit: I called my insurance and the place over billed me. The lady that over billed me know what she did because before I left with my daughter she told me if there is an over billing I would have to speak to my insurance. This is a lie the insurance did not over charge me the business did, I paid 1048 my insurance stated it was 990.

Emily took the time to explain each step of the check-in process, answered all of our questions with empathy, and showed genuine care for my child’s comfort and well-being. Her calm and reassuring presence made a huge difference in our visit, and it’s clear she truly cares about the families she serves. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and heartfelt approach. Emily is a true asset to the team, and I’m so grateful for the experience she provided. Thank you for going above and beyond! I’m going to have to do a second review for Ms. Ashley, the amazing manager who took the time to explain the entire process and ease our minds. Overall the entire staff was so gentle/understanding and I trusted them with my child’s well-being completely.

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. my son was scarred for life. Not only did they give him entirely too much anesthesia but they didn’t even make sure he was ok at all after the procedure… I mean I would understand him not being able to walk but my baby was incoherent while I was carrying him out the building. I would lift his arm in the air and it would immediately fall like dead weight. Not sure why the dentist chose to not care about the wellbeing of my son AT ALL. Let me ask all the other parents whose child had a procedure done at the SAME dentist office…. HOW did they put your baby to sleep They had my son sit on my lap and face towards me then they walked up behind him and gave him a shot in the back of his shoulder that put him to sleep …. For a procedure that might have taken 20 minutes. He woke up that night & vomited twice but seemed to be physically okay in the morning, BUT MENTALLY they scarred my baby. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to grown adults, so I damn sure wouldn’t recommend it to a scared child who was being forced to do the procedure without the presence of his mother…. AND LET ME JUST SAY…. I GENUINELY BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS FROM THIS DENTIST ARE FAKE … THATS HOW HORRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE WAS. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD WITH CHILDREN NOR DO THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE OR “AT HOME”

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were all very sweet and professional! They’re all wonderful with children and you can tell they all love and take their job seriously. Everyone treated my baby with care and gentleness. They were also very nice to me as well as I was a very anxious and tearful mom. Their procedure went extremely fast and we were in and out in an hour. Now I wouldn’t want to come back but if I had to I know my baby will be taken care of!

Experiencia negativa: Ms Kiya at the front desk service was excellent she wore a wonderful smile but while I was there I couldn’t help but notice another nurse they was calling her jarica was being very unprofessional towards Ms kiya kept antagonizing her repeatedly about a question she was unclear about Ms kiya was sitting at the desk still remaining calm as jarica rudely stood over her aggressively asking the same question over and over as Ms kiya kept stating that she was unclear and that she will make sure to find out . Jarica was rudely speaking over her in front of everyone and wouldn’t even let her speak

It’s kids friendly with a playroom for all the kids. With me being a nervous parent, the staff here were awesome and very informative on the procedures that they were going to do. Fast and efficient. 10/10.
