Going to Watts St. Pete is always a positive experience because Dr. K and her team do everything to ensure that you have a stress-free, pain-free visit. Every time I arrive, I'm asked if I'd like to pick some music to play in my room, and the hygienists are so sweet and friendly. The care taken by the team at Watts makes me feel very at ease as a patient. I would recommend Watts Dental to anyone! Especially dog lovers ;)

They got me in as soon as possible and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and were thorough with explaining everything. I hate to admit how much anxiety going to the dentist brings me, however being greater by Zsa Zsa (the most perfect emotional support dog) calms me immediately. After managing to knock out a very old filing I was terrified of what kind of work was ahead of me, but after a painless 40 minutes I was walking out the door all fixed up. I can’t say I’m looking forward to my cleaning in a few weeks, but I’m definitely nowhere near as anxious as I would normally be for a visit to the dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. Signed up for an appointment via their website (new patient exam and cleaning), provided my insurance information and then I was barraged with text messages for my address information, what my concerns are, and my last dental appointment. Mind you, the appointment was scheduled for next month. I replied with my address information as that was the only information I had available at the time (I’m busy and can’t always respond to texts). I got a message from Hunter this morning that my appointment had been cancelled. You should add all of the necessary questions to your form so you don’t have to bother patients after they sign up for an appointment. Thank you for canceling, I will take my business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a severe amount of appreciation for this dentist and how they go about things Had teeth that other dentist filled wrong, intending to put a cap on when it inevitably failed - not necessary! They conveyed the things that were actually important and saved us both time and energy. Super cool about anxiety. Front desk deals with my pretty constant confusion/dental anxiety, even when I can feel myself being like… an unpleasant person. Got several fillings no anesthetic (my request), mentioned I get anxious having my mouth like held open with metal clamps and all that and they just didn’t do it. No questions about how much discomfort you can like take or like bartering just genuine concern about comfort and speed as long as it doesn’t interfere with the quality of the work, they adjust the technique without issue which is really great. All I had to do was mention in passing that some things make the dentist worse and it was just noted and done super observant super reasonable super patient and I love their dog Zsa Zsa Gabor 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who avoids the dentist like the plague with extreme anxiety, Watts Dental has absolutely been the most helpful and accommodating dental practice. I went in same day for an emergency tooth extraction (one of the few who was able to squeeze me in without being an existing patient), was given a full run down on what was going on and ended up having to book a separate appointment due to a deep infection. Through both visits, I was given accurate and helpful information that allowed me to make an informed decision while providing some comfort, and staying within the budget I had at the time. The actual extraction went seamlessly thanks to Dr. K and her team and recovery has been a breeze. I will absolutely be going back for routine care and future work, thank you Watts dental for allowing me to come in without the fear of judgement and stress while trying to get my dental care back in order!

Last Friday, I ran into a dental emergency and had to lean on their after-hours service since I was out of options. What blew me away was that the doctor and an expert med tech drove in on a Friday evening to open the clinic just for me. Talk about going the extra mile! They took the time to listen, didn’t rush me, and showed real care for what I was dealing with. I didn’t feel like just another patient in a long line. It was like they remembered, and practiced, the heart of the Hippocratic Oath—putting healing first, not money or anyone's ego. They focused on fixing my issue without trying to push any upsells, which meant the world to me. The level of service they gave, especially stepping up like that on a Friday night, was unreal. These folks are the real deal, and I’m so grateful! Before I walked out of the clinic, I already made up my mind that Watts Dental would be the only clinic I'd be going to for any future dental issue and routine check ups.

But the professional treatment of patients, incredible equipment and genuine commitment to providing the best in care to patients can only be rated TEN STARS. 2nd visit just today; the hygienist is a gem. They use the newest dentistry tools and technologies to aid in their analysis and provide top-notch careto their patients. I became a patient in January of 2025 and their care is amazing.

Experiencia negativa: If you are asking yourself, "Will I receive better service by paying for this luxury dental office?" the answer is NO. Go to St Petersburg Dental Center just up the road - they are clean, friendly, easier on your wallet and ACTUALLY get the job done correctly the FIRST TIME! I had a tooth pulled 3/14, paid for everything up front and was told insurance would be filed for us. I called in late April and was told that the claim was somewhere in transition. Both insurance and dental office had no idea where it was. May 8th, the dental office calls to confirm insurance details. It is now June 17, and they have no idea why the claim hasn't been received by my insurance yet. They recommended I wait until JULY, a full FOUR MONTHS after my service, to CONFIRM that my insurance has simply RECEIVED the claim - I still have no idea what will be covered by my insurance since Watts wasn't able to tell me. hmph

Dr. Koberda and all the staff were superb! She removed my tooth and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The therapy dogs were the icing on the cake! I never thought you could have it all, but this place does! - clean and beautiful and modern - Complimentary beverages and excellent customer service at the counter - new and efficient equipment - professional, brilliant, kind employees - Fast and efficient service - HALF the price I expected! - dogs!! After over a year, and way too many mis-communications from their front office and unclear information regarding the proceedures we were doing and what to expect, I am calling it quits on Watts and do not recommend.. they even had me thinking it was MY fault for misunderstanding scheduled times - after the third time with incorrect scheduling from the office I know without question it's not me. =========== The most outstanding dental experience I have had to date. The office is modern, comfortable and clean. Being the Halloween season, the office was nicely decorated. The staff is warm and comfortable, with great communications - they keep it simple. Their equipment is state of the art and issues i have had with having X-Rays and other images simply did not exist- the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is beautiful! The doctors and staff are the REAL treasure though!! For years I have felt bad about my “Class III” malocclusion (underbite). The only thing that could be done was surgery. No way am I having that surgery in my 50’s. They thought nothing of it. They were all so nice!!! I never thought I would get my teeth straightened but I’ll be starting Invisalign in November. Thank you, Watts Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Watts Dental is by far the best dentist I have been to. I had not gone to the dentist for several years and felt quite self-conscious and embarrassed. The staff here did not for one second make me feel bad about this. They simply said that they were happy I was here now and helped me lay out a clear plan of action to get my teeth back to normal. They are great at recommending services you may want without being pushy. It truly feels like they care. My hygienist, Zoe, is so kind, bubbly, and great at her job. For the first time in my life I look forward to going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Laura Koberda and Ernesto were absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for the absolute best in town this is for you. It's so luxurious. Light and bright. The support staff is as efficient. They check you in, take care of all of your business and your ready at the back end to slip out and go about your day. The quality of Dr. Koberdas work 10's across the board. And they'll play your perferred music while you're getting your procedures done.

They ensured I was comfortable and well-informed during the cleaning process. Additionally, the Doctor was outstanding in explaining my dental health in a clear and thorough manner. I appreciated how they took the time to help me understand exactly what was going on with my teeth. Overall, the level of care and professionalism was exceptional, and I highly recommend this team.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely despise going to the dentist. My girlfriend told me to come in here, because of how well they treated her. When I walked in, I was terrified. I have no insurance, and I’m a struggling dude in this Economy. Immediately was greeted like a celebrity, by a welcoming staff, and cute scruffy puppy dog. The staff has a great sense of humor, and they made me crack up a bunch, and they were above and beyond kind to me. I got my X-Rays done, and paid 79 dollars. They hooked me up with a prescription, and an appointment to come back for a tooth operation. My prescription was Input incorrectly, but they fixed it almost immediately, and were treating me like I was God. Today, I went in, they put my favorite music on, and joked around with me as they prepped the room. They used the gas on me, and eased my stress throughout the process, and made sure I was completely numb and at ease. Dr. K is a wonderful woman, and she is THE ONLY dentist allowed to work on my mouth from here on out. I have never met a physician as kind, and professional as her. Thank you so much. Times are hard, and I was so stressed about not having a healthy mouth. I cannot express how grateful I am for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Watts Dental is like no other dentist I’ve been to! I’ve always done my routine check ups, but avoided the dentist at all other cost because I have very sensitive teeth. From the minute, I walked in and met the girls at the front desk, I felt very comfortable. The whole team there, including all the hygienists, girls working in the office, and Dr. K are phenomenal! The office atmosphere is very clean, modern, and with the newest and latest technology. Becoming a Watts Dental patient has definitely reduced my fear of the dentist and I actually enjoy going there!! Dr K is my favorite and having her therapy dog Zsa Zsa in the room with me makes it even that much better!!

Experiencia fantástica: After having a bad experience elsewhere and in need of a crown, I found Watts Dental and have had nothing but great experiences with Dr Koberda and her staff. The office is very clean, spacious, and updated. You’re offered tea/coffee/water while waiting and wait times are minimal. My dental hygienist, assistant, and the Dr were all very understanding and helpful. (Zsa Zsa is also a great companion!)

Experiencia fantástica: Phenomenal; I haven’t even had my molar removed yet and I’d recommend this office to anyone. I have a pretty good internal detector when it comes to meeting people and getting a feel for how they’ll treat you as a customer / patient and Watts Dental made me feel at ease. Hopefully I’m spelling her name right, but Shane is a blessing to that work space; her care and consideration for what I’m going through was immediately appreciated and I’m at more peace about getting this procedure done tomorrow thanks to her. Thanks for the care you provided this morning even with my nerves / anxiety around dental surgery; as someone who generally takes pretty good care of his teeth it wasn’t on my bingo card to ever have a procedure like this. I’m stoked to make this my new dental home and I’d easily recommend them to folks who have nerves about going to the dentist; they treat you like a living breathing human here and for me there is no price you can attach to that; they care.

I started at the FishHawk location but moved to the St Pete location when it opened. Both are fantastic. I have dental anxiety and I can confidently state that has went away due to excellent care I receive at Watts Dental. I will recommend this practice to anyone who will listen.
