Experiencia negativa: We are currently looking for another dentist for my child because she doesn’t want to go back. They were not nice and we had to keep going back because the cap kept coming off. The third one is now crack after two weeks. Dr Taylor noticed my child was in pain and offered antibiotics and pain pills as we checked out but no one else cared. We don’t make this decision lightly but the quality of care is poor. And you will end up paying more to fix their mistakes

Of course happy about having my dentures.. BUT… since getting them, I have list my insurance, never got my dentures adjusted after initial set in. 400$ to get them adjusted!! I now think they care more about the $!! I’m quite sure my insurance paid a great deal for my dentures! Yet I can get them adjusted? I can’t even wear my lower ones! They do not fit!!

Experiencia fantástica: Update: 7/18/26 I am so happy with Dr. Taylor and his expertise on immediate dentures. Yesterday, I had 15 teeth pulled and got my new smile. Today, I have zero pain from the procedure, ZERO. I of course prayed and prayed beforehand asking for the best outcome and no pain. I received. I am very happy. Thank you to the doctor, his staff, and to Jesus for a remarkable experience at an emotional time. I would like to mention I only see Dr. Taylor. I make sure when I schedule that he will be the overseeing doctor. I have gotten good care with this dentist. He’s very nice and has many years of experience.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for a consultation when I arrived at the office Vicki the receptionist told me l was not on the schedule. I showed her my email confirmation & text message confirmation & she told me she didn't have me on her schedule. She told me they were full today & her only solution was I could come tomorrow. I told her I requested off work to come the day I was scheduled. I asked for the office manager information & she told me they didn't have a manager , I could complain online. When I called back to make sure I wouldn't be charged Vicki was rude & asked why would I be charged if i wasn't on the schedule. Vicki is not professional & she caused the practice to lose a customer!!

And upset, but i've been with this company with these doctors and dentists and surgeons for multiple years. And anything that goes wrong with an appointment. We are blamed for it. They've messed up repeated procedures, and then gave us a price of $390 to fix it. When we both have disabilities $,390 is an entire month's check for me. They have no sympathy, they have no knowledge. They have no answers. They act like every question you ask is an inconvenience. They will have, in fact, tap their watch to indicate no time. They seem to just hire anybody who wants a job. So flood Em with applications if you need work. Because it seems like they will truly hire anybody. And don't care, they, I have a whole treatment plan of procedures that need to be done. And they keep repeatedly scheduling me for cleanings, while my teeth get continually worse. My husband came in for a filling that the owner doctor taylor himself had, he did his best said it would need to be redone probably well.Now that the insurance is changed, he's refusing to do it. They will not let you make a payment plan. Add all so be prepared to pay over $390. For the procedure that you need done, even if you're on disability, even if you don't have a job, even if you do have a job.And don't make three fifty and a whole entire month more than you make in a month, they expect it due at the time of the procedure. They show no compassion, no sympathy. And continue to blame us for missed appointments, when I have chronic anxiety and mental health disabilities, where I don't even make phone calls. I don't even call my mother. So let alone call and make an appointment that I can't make it to because I don't drive. So I have to be on a same day. Call appointment when my husband who I only make appointments with. Because he's the one that drives, he doesn't have that issue. So how did they pinpoint me? To be the one who is the one that misses the appointments. When I don't make appointments just for myself. It wouldn't be just for me. It would be for both of us. Nothing here makes sense.They are hanging on by a shoestring, and the better business bureau needs to get out here and do a thorough check repeatedly. The chairs are, there's broken during a root. Canal, the arm of my chair literally fell off one time. The the dentist asked me to hold the the device. I like I said, have mental health illnesses.I got so nervous and had a panic attack.Because I have no idea how to do dentist work.If I did, I sure as heck when it becoming here. We've been here for a long and the service has just repeatedly screwed us, none of the receptionist know what they're doing, they don't listen to what you're saying, they don't put the notes in your file that ask that you ask them to. I would be heavily cautious.Going anywhere near this building.

What a nightmare and she messed my wifes teeth up two. They are left jagged and rough and painful she shredded stuff in my cheek was all over the place with that drill she had little to no control. She shredded my wifes cheek.

I needed my wisdom tooth out immediately, my girlfriend called around and found Dr Taylor, who was able to see me on a Sunday and extracted the wisdom tooth within a half hour of my arrival. It was nearly painless, highly professional and I’m extremely grateful for the immediate relief to my problem. I may have just found my new primary dentist! Thanks Dr Taylor!

Experiencia negativa: I went to see Dr Taylor and left a complete mess which led me to find a new Dentist to fix what was done to me. I purchased a separate Aetna plan that kicked in this January. I went on a hunt to find a Dr to help me and I was told to go back to Dr Taylor’s office to see if they could fix it. I was told by Dr Taylor’s office it would be free and nothing would be billed since they have a duty to correct mistakes free of charge. I did not want to go back. I was treated like I was a criminal last time for asking him to fix my bite. Plus that building is really dirty. They do not clean. Anyway, I went to cancel that appointment last week on the 21st, but I let one of the girls talk me into seeing a different Dr at his office. I agreed as long as it wasn’t the same Dr as last time. As I went back there, everyone left other patients to eavesdrop on what I told the Dr. I looked back and told them they were nosey and they gossip too much. They would complain too if they couldn’t eat for 3 months. There was one Asian dental assistant in particular that made me really uncomfortable when she left her area with her patient just to come in my area when she was never even my dental assistant. The Dr looked into my mouth and said I needed a root canal. Not sure how he would guess that without actually getting inside the tooth. I ended up leaving and to my surprise I see that Dr Taylor’s office falsely charged my new Aetna plan for a 5 minute visit that was supposed to be free. I never gave Dr Taylor my Aetna insurance. I already have another separate valid insurance on file with them. Not the best insurance but valid nonetheless. Aetna was never supposed to be charged. It was unauthorized and for everything I have been going through with this office, I decided to properly file a complaint. They are all negligent. Never sent my x-rays over to my new dentist. By the way, my new dentist Dr Hammoud told me I did not need a root canal. Of course I had to spend a lot to get to this point. Paying for better insurance to find another doctor is very expensive. If you made it this far please consider filing a complaint. Do not let anything slide. Companies like these always look out for themselves.

Experiencia negativa: If I could if 0 stars I would first off the fact that the lobby looks more professional than the patient rooms which is disgusting looks like they barely clean the rooms then my first appointment was okay but I felt like they rushed me out I had a second appointment scheduled two days later which I accidentally overslept they sent me a message saying I could never schedule there again mind you I only missed one appointment so I call to ask why the staff was so rude using profanity when all I did was ask why can’t I just reschedule I didn’t mean to oversleep they said per the dr Taylor he doesn’t want you seen here as if I was a rude or problematic patient I felt that was so wrong I never even met him so what did I actually do never again people in pain need workers that actually care for their patients

My front teeth hurt and he didn’t even touch those teeth.i have never had a problem with them before. why now? Also I believe I have an infection in my tooth that has leached into my jaw. If they would have done X-rays we would actually see the problem. Upon Reading other reviews I see that they don’t actually clean the equipment either . That could worsen an already existing problem.DON’T GO TO THIS DENTIST 3RD UPDATE: it’s been 12 hours and I’m still in pain. I went to that dentist with zero pain but ended up leaving in pain. Why did you not get current X-rays before you started working on my teeth why?? Why did you go off old X-rays. I’m upset now! Never In my life have I ever left a dentist office in pain, and worse off. I should have walked out when I had the chance. Now I’m sitting up when I should be sleep but I can’t because my tooth hurts and gums are bleeding and it feels like an electric zap in that area. What did you do to me? 2nd update (I want to update my review) The Dentist did reach out after my first review, which I cut the call short. I simply told him they need to do better, and that’s all I had to say. Whoever was receptionist on November 5, when I made my appointment for X-ray only, not anything else, should have been documented so the dentist and assistant knew exactly what the appointment was for. From other reviews, it seems this isn’t the first time things weren’t documented properly, so the office may need to figure out why miscommunications keep happening. I know it may have seemed like I was angry, but I’m not; don’t get the wrong idea. I’ve had doctors in the past who acted like they knew everything about my body without really listening, and as a result, some medical issues went undiagnosed and weren’t handled properly. I’ve learned to advocate for myself in any healthcare setting. I may not always have the perfect way to address things, but I’m not scared to speak up. Original review : When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically asked for X-rays to see if I needed a tooth taken out and to check how bad my cavities were. I told the receptionist that clearly. But when I arrived, I was told the appointment was for fillings, which confused me because that is not what I scheduled. And instead of taking new X-rays, the dentist just used old ones from over a month ago. That didn’t feel professional at all. I told the dentist the only tooth giving me issues was the cracked molar next to my wisdom tooth. He said he could do a filling, so I agreed to that one tooth only. During the filling, I started choking on my saliva because it was literally going down the back of my throat and I couldn’t swallow. The dental assistant in training wasn’t using the suction properly. Instead of acknowledging that, the dentist blamed me and said I was “trying to breathe through my mouth.” No—my mouth was full of instruments, I couldn’t swallow, and gravity was doing what gravity does. After a while, the dentist just took off his gloves and left the room without saying a single word. No “you’re done,” no explanation—nothing. I checked my phone camera and saw he did more work than what we agreed on. He was only supposed to fill the cracked tooth, but he worked on other teeth too, even though I never had issues with them. That’s not okay. Then I noticed my bite felt off, like something was stuck between my teeth. The dental assistant had to go get him. When he finally did, he tried to blame it on the numbing agent. I told him I know what my mouth is supposed to feel like, and something wasn’t right. He tried to fix it, and it does feel a little better. I ended up getting work done that I did NOT agree to. If you’re reading this, please stand up for yourself and don’t let dentists or doctors gaslight you when you know something isn’t right with your own body.

Experiencia negativa: Called and made an appointment for tooth pain. My appointment got pushed back without my consent and then when I arrived 10 minutes early to their rescheduled time I still waited over an hour and a half. After I was finally seen I was told they are cleaning my teeth when I was mainly there for pain. Didn't even let an actual dentist see me only hygienist who assured me that my tooth needed a root canal and crown (which had previously been denied twice already at this point by my insurance. ) I asked if I should just pull it and was reassured multiple times I should save the tooth. A week goes by and I go to get the root canal done and the dentist is IMMEDIATELY able to tell the tooth cannot be saved and the tooth should be pulled/extracted. At this point I don't trust anything that comes out of this place they seem to just be a Medicaid money grab and don't care about actually helping patients. This is not the only issue I've had its consistently been errors for the few years I went here but I will not be going back. To be fair all the employees are very kind and do feel bad when issues arise but the issue is clearly with upper management as it consistently occurs.

There is zero attention or interest in detail. Prime example: they wrote the wrong name on my prescription. I'm not kidding. And I haven't had a name change. AVOID. PLEASE AVOID. HORRIBLE DENTISTRY AND ITS DIRTY. Just gross.

Experiencia negativa: My wife had work done at this dentist yesterday September 11th 2025 I will say I have never had a more UNPROFESSIONAL DENTIST in my life. Was in pain, due to the numbing not working, and basically telling her if she moved agian she would end up in the hostipal for the tool possibly going though her mouth, and kepted saying well I can’t stop now I already did it…. Like you shouldn’t be working on anyone that told you OVER AND OVER that it still hurt. The nurse was laughing the whole time, called her a weak person, there are other things as well. We will not be back. Highly disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke. The only good doctors don’t last long here. Go anywhere else. You will thank me. This is the dirtiest and nastiest office you will ever see. They do not follow standard of care. Dr Taylor is being investigated by the state of Michigan. Again. Bad reviews for a reason. This guy treats patients and staff horribly. They are definitely not remodeling. I had over 100 appointments and never saw anyone clean anything. Ever. Dr Taylor can’t even do a simple crown correctly. The office never has what is needed. They will use temporary glue when permanent should be used. I can’t stress enough about how bad this place is. Check out indeed reviews from previous employees. It will tell you everything you need to know. The doctor will be wearing a gucci belt all while there is black mold growing on the walls. It’s amazing the health board hasn’t shut them down. Yet! Spider webs everywhere. Wall paper peeling off. He will lie to you. I was promised zirconia crowns. He delivered porcelain fused to metal. Would have been nice to know seeing as I have a metal allergy.

Instead of treating her, they keep running her in circles—clearly trying to drag things out and get as much money as possible. She’s still in pain and has gotten nowhere. Towards the end of me and my kids appointments. There were a little confusion regarding one of my kids getting their cleaning done, but they were able to figure out what was going on and we all got service for cleaning. one of my kids have cavities and they were able to get him in tomorrow which I like because it’s not a long wait. Dr. Taylor and his staff were amazing and if this is like this every visit, I will still continue to get services for myself and my children

She took e rays and begin cleaning. I needed my partials check, she went a got Dr.Taylor. He fixed my partial then I was on my way. They are very thorough and kind.

When I grew up and had my own baby, I don’t know what I was thinking going to a different place other than Dr Taylor but I did and learned real fast that none cares as much as Doctor Taylor they even send you a text on your Bday and just to check on you or remind you. Experiencia negativa: It was absolutely horrible I went to get a cleaning and to see about my gum pain they called me in earlier I get there just for them to take me to the back and have me sitting there for over an hour till I said something and I did not get seen at all they didn’t do a cleaning take pictures of my mouth or anything and then asked can I reschedule for a different day absolutely not y’all couldn’t even get it right the first time I was a loyal pt there for years I will never come back DO NOT COME HERE the customer service is horrible and on top of that half of the time there equipment does not work

Experiencia fantástica: The Dr. Taylor was very kind and polite. He is very experienced dentist and he helped my mother in law to release from the pain. The staff is also helpfull to process you throw the paper works and insurance. I allready recomended this dentist to my close family.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Shiva is incredible working with my 4 year old doing multiple of his fillings. But the overall experience here has been terrible. The office is filthy- every time I came in I had complaints to management about his filthy the bathrooms were, dirty toilets and shoe prints everywhere. Full trash cans. Once we were taken back into the room the room was even filthy. Holes in the wall and roaches crawling underneath the seat when they raise it up to have better view of my child’s teeth. The environment is so POOR that I’d ask how the renovations are going for the building to which the assistant staff would reply that Dr Taylor is starting with the outside first. The inside is the worse and most impactful. The customer service from the check out staff was nice from the women specifically. I just called to reschedule my son’s filling and the gentleman HUNG UP ON ME. Which lead me to just cut find a more suitable dentist office closer to my home. I was already driving over an hour to reach that office because of how flexible the scheduling was- hence why we kept going. The environment once you step in will surely make you want to turn around but at least they have competent dentists. Unfortunately only a quarter of the other staff is actually friendly and I wish I could remember their names to recognize their great customer service and attitudes. If you want fast dental work- great option. If you want flexible scheduling- great option. If you want to feel like you’re in a place that matches the dentists skill set and feel confident about your experience- find another dentist. This place is filthy every time I’ve gone there and the customer service needs work.

Experiencia negativa: Very disrespectful and wouldn't allow one of his patients to have support while getting work done, being that they were nervous. Super unprofessional and changed the time of our appointments twice.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is an absolute nightmare… My crown came out and I lost it. I paid cash for it a couple years ago and I went in a couple months ago and he said he would get me a new crown no charge. They also said I need a deep cleaning. I waited for this crown for two months, and they wanted me to come in for a deep cleaning and I told them I would like to wait until my crown comes in, so I put the appointment off twice because the front desk told me “my crown hasn’t came in”. I go in today thinking I was getting my new crown on and a deep cleaning but turns out he never ordered the crown. EDIT- DR Taylor reached out and made things right.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive always had a good experience. Helped in emergency situation too. NOTE: if your experiencing tooth pain I got relief from liquid gel pills. Advil or Aleve. Poke a hole or cut it and put directly on sore tooth. Immediate relief and it lasts hours.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. They refuse to pull me son tooth. Said he is to young to get it pulled.. Mind you he is 21 years old! They want him to spend 826.00 for a root canal that he will eventually have to get pulled anyway.

Experiencia negativa: This place is garbage. No one there knows how to verify insurance information. Workers say they’ll call you back, but they never do. They refuse to give their real names and will say your insurance is no longer active just to get you to pay out of pocket and never bill your insurance so they don’t have to pay you back.

Experiencia fantástica: I bring my grandma here. She has dementia and staff are always so accommodating And kind. The hygienist always explain things to her slowly and the dentists understand her needs at 92 years old. We did experience a longer wait time once when I scheduled an appointment later in the day so now I just try to schedule appointments when they open or when they return from lunch and haven’t had a problem.

Experiencia positiva: Had a emergency with a tooth and pain..the girl's in office we're very nice and got me right in. The dental assistant was super nice and gentle with my tooth while taking x-rays. And then the doctor came in explained my x-rays gave me antibiotics and pain reliever. I will go back there

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a patient with Dr Taylor’s office on Huron Street in Waterford for about 35 years. Three years ago I did a review & gave them 5 stars. I went in for a procedure about 6 weeks ago & I am giving them one star. I had never met the dentist who was performing my procedure until that day. It was a Sunday & I wish I could recall his name. He did not introduce himself or even greet me. I explained I was uneasy & always very anxious about dental work. He did nothing to ease my fears. His assistants however, were helpful. He left the room, returned a few minutes later & stared my procedure. I asked him if the numbing cream had been applied. He answered very impatiently that it had. I didn’t recall it being done but when his assistant told me she had applied it I accepted her answer. As he began the work he told the assistant he would be doing a different procedure. I wanted to know why & exactly what he was going to do. I raised my hand up to get his attention & thus seemed to annoy him but I felt it was my right to know. He laid his tools down & said he was not comfortable working on me. He left the room. How insulting! I may have stayed with Dr Taylor’s practice if he would’ve bothered to answer my calls. I called several times to talk to him. I was told he was on vacation for a week at one point. I waited a week & back a few more times. I left messages with his employees every time. I even dropped in one day but he was too busy to talk to me. I told every person I talked to that I had been a patient for 35 years & wasn’t going to return unless I could talk to him about my experience. No reply. They did not even have a representative talk to me. I would’ve accepted that. I just wanted someone to listen to me. I will also say that it is sad that his office which had once been state of the art is now so poorly staffed & the physical environment looks neglected & unclean. Actually, thinking about it, maybe this is a blessing in disguise because there are too many health concerns in a dentist office that has uncaring staff & a poorly kept office

I’ve been going here for awhile now bc it was the only place that would take my insurance near by the dentists are rude disrespectful to patients and coworkers the place is disgusting they don’t wear masks barely change their gloves don’t wipe down the chairs pretty sure they don’t clean their tools either there no way that building is up to heath codes they have messed up my teeth everytime I come in there’s something new they mess up once again there’s one nice lady at the front desk who checked me out she was nice and helpful but so far the only one I literally cry everytime I go there it makes me so nervous to even call them bc I know it will not go good I just had hope bc it was the only place around that took my insurance but I can’t anymore the place is too gross they practically drown u in water then they say they are getting the place remodeled but it’s been months. It’s worth the longer drive to go anywhere but here.

Experiencia positiva: Overall Dr. Taylor Family Dental does a nice job. I do have concerns with the cleanliness of the office. Someone needs to fix the signs, landscaping, old chairs and dental room conditions. We did have some trouble with appointments because there was not proper insurance reviews and medication reviews. We have had to reschedule 3 times for the root canel and crown.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Taylor was so helpful and the whole staff was just outstanding and I was a little hesitant because I didn't know for sure On my coverage, was gonna be appropriate. Pretty far for me to go? But hope I get another chance to work with Doctor Taylor and his Staff, they were just outstanding. I just wish I was a little bit more prepared to be as appreciative as I should have been.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Taylor is an Amazing Dentist loaded with years of knowledge and wisdom. He don't just fix teeth.. He educate you as well. I was in awe at his ability to recognize the issue with my teeth was not hygiene related, He noticed I have anxiety issues by the condition of my teeth and he was 100% right.. all the symptoms he asked about.. I really was experiencing. And he was able to effectively fix the problem.. (tho it was mental) by prescribing a night guard for my teeth. I can't describe the kind of comfort and security that instilled in Me.. Seeing how well he knew his stuff .

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr Taylor’s family dental for over 20 years. Dr. Taylor is awesome. I’ve seen a couple of other Docs there and all have been good. Get my teeth cleaned every 6 months by Monte, he does a fantastic job, need a dental cleaning? Monte is the guy to see.

Experiencia negativa: I really hate dentist offices that they do emergencies appointments but when you call they tell you they're booked I call 45 minutes before they close is understandable it's a Sunday and they close in 45 minutes but I was told that there were booked my wife is in excruciating pains she has an abscess I would think that's a dental emergency.. and they say they care I would have even took bring her on in so we can get her some antibiotics and some Motrin bring her back when is not hurting I have yet ran across a dentist truly truly care about the patient I'm not saying they can do it for free cuz no one should have to work for free but if a patient is in need in a really in pain they should be able to help the patient just like M.D. they take an oath

Experiencia negativa: Disgusting. Avoid like the plague. This was the only place that took my insurance closeby. Peeling wallpaper, with visible black mold growing on the walls, medical equipment scattered everywhere, nasty floors, and bizarre furnishings. The second time I was here, the hygenist was incredibly fast to the point where I felt like she just wanted me out of the room, chatting with nurses about how she "was getting out of here". She went to get the doctor and I waited a whole hour in the chair, they started turning off lights and closing the patient rooms before they noticed me. The next time I came in, the dentist (Taylor) talked down to me in a very antagonistic and patronizing manner, questioning me when I brought up my health concerns, asking me things like "How can YOU tell you have (symptom)? Do you know what that is?" anytime I mentioned my past history. When I told him that I had diagnoses from other doctors and dentists and have had treatments in the past, he scoffed and said, "well, I guess we can do a bite guard". I asked what kind it was, because I have struggled with them in the past, and he clearly stated it was a soft-bodied mouthguard, not like the other one I had. I decided to go with it, not knowing the trouble I was in for. I waited three weeks after the cast was taken, only for them to tell me I needed to get another cast done. Nobody there knew what was going on when I came in that second time, even when I made sure to ask what kind of mouth guard it was. The dentist on that occasion talked over me about the book he wanted me to read, speaking to me like I was a child, even continuing to talk about the book when I had medical questions. Very strange. A month later they have me come to pick it up, and the nurse shoves it in my mouth without any warning. Not only is it the same type of hard plastic mouthguard I had previously and asked about because I didn't want it, It's loose to the point of falling out of my mouth. I say it doesn't fit and the nurse goes to get the dentist. I wait for another 20 minutes, and when he comes in, his gloves stink and taste like cologne. He chides me, saying that there's "no such thing as a soft-bodied mouthguard, that wouldn't work", during which he accidentially SPITS ON MY MOUTH because nobody in this clinic wears masks!! I stand up and tell him that I don't want it refitted, and that I was incredibly disappointed with the service and standards and would not be returning again. If I had anything positive to say, I would compliment the receptionists who were all pleasant and answered questions better than the actual medical staff, as well as the initial doctor I saw, Johnston I believe. Still, with everything else, I cannot in good faith reccomend this place at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend Taylor’s family Dental Center They are knowledgeable trustworthy kind professional and make you feel comfortable, I got an extraction given the situation I can not be more pleased after my service they saw me as a walk-in gave me several treatment options before final decisions quick procedure no difficulties no pain and I’m on the way to recovery. All the way from Detroit come see them.

Experiencia fantástica: i fractured a molar. this is the worst pain imaginable. went through a personal hell for 2 months in the pontiac dentist circuit, given all sorts of bad treatment and growing infection. ended up having to go to the hospital. i went to Dr. Taylor's Family Dental Center this is where i should have called first. tooth pulled, minimal pain, quicker then i expected. i was treated like a "hurting patient" in need not an "insurance card holder". giving clear follow up instructions. my prescriptions were ready on arrival. they even called a couple hours later to check on me. this is where you want to go. i wish i went here first.

Experiencia negativa: My regular dentist had referred me to an Oral Surgeon for a tooth extraction. Upon arriving to my appointment, I confirmed with the woman at the front desk, that this appointment was for an Oral Surgeon (because I was referred for a tooth extraction) and she said YES.

Of course, once I had two X-rays completed, I was met with this ‘Dr. Rick’ who spent 25 minutes trying to convince me of a different treatment plan using condescending language. Telling me I don’t know the best plan of action because I didn’t go to dental school. He also made comments on my appearance and my age that I felt were inappropriate. Dr. Rick spent even more time slandering my actual dentist (Great Expressions) who referred me for the extraction, and his former employer (Aspen Dental), than reviewing my X-rays or examining the tooth in question. Dr. Rick continued on for the majority of my appointment time moaning about corporate dental offices are just after my money and want to bill insurance for unnecessary procedure.. all while simultaneously trying to convince me to get a root canal/crown which is MORE WORK $$$ than an extraction. After explicitly indicating that I only want the procedure that MY dentist referred me for, Dr. Rick told me ‘oh well, I hope you come back to me to replace your fillings in the future. I can say with great certainty that Dr. Rick will never see the inside of my mouth again. I’ve never felt more insulted, belittled, and disrespected in a medical setting as I was in this instance. PS. Why is this office leaving patient specific details in response to public facing reviews? This is a significant violation of HIPPA compliance. (see photo attached)

Experiencia fantástica: I’m changing my review to 5 stars because Dr. Taylor went out of his way to fix all my teeth. I came to the office Wednesday to get fills and the job was not great. I couldn’t close my mouth right, which caused my jaw to hurt really bad. I also was not been able to eat for 2 days because my teeth were so sensitive. I was in so much pain. He fixed my teeth and already I can close my mouth and eat even crunchy food on all. I feel so much better. Thank you so much Dr. Taylor! I’m extremely grateful. You have changed my life and saved my smile. I am definitely going back!!! I deeply recommend others to go to this dentist office.
