Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist office! The place is always very clean and the staff works quickly, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. It’s also very family-friendly. They have games for toddlers, an arcade machine for older kids, and even play movies while you wait. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable for families. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia positiva: Hello, I really like your clinic, and I truly appreciate Dr. Salinas and Dr. Navarro, they are both wonderful. However, the waiting time at your clinic has been very frustrating, both for me and for my children. Unfortunately, if this continues, I will have to consider switching to another clinic for my entire family. I hope this issue can be improved, as we would prefer to continue receiving care with you. Thank you for your attention.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service. They will say anything to get you in the door and have you waste your time.I set up my appointment and let them know my insurance information. They called me Friday to confirm my appointment. Yet again, I mentioned my insurance information. I was told that they sure indeed use my insurance company. I show up to my appointment on Monday and Lo and behold, they don't take my insurance. I let them know that I informed them about my insurance for verification several times and each time I was told they do accept it. "Unfortunately, we don't take your insurance". I was played for a sucker. I just don't understand why they insisted they do, in fact, take my insurance knowing full well that I was going to be denied service. If you do decide to go here. I wish you luck.

Experiencia positiva: It’s alright, they use to have a play area and all the kids loved it. Now it’s just like any other plain dentist office nothing special about it and every time they can’t do something they just send you to another dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: i loved it. i’m normally terrified of dentists LOL, but they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. they explained every step, checked in on me constantly, and were super gentle. one of the best dental experiences i’ve ever had. i had a cracked molar and they let me come in the next day!!!! it will be a process but im excited to come back

Experiencia negativa: I felt very unwelcomed as soon as I walked in I wasn’t even greeted and a young lady at the front desk had a mean face on to the appointment I was walked by an older woman with a mean face my visit just wasn’t it for me definitely do not recommend

I used to be scared of going to the dentist but she has really changed my attitude towards dentist visits. She is so patient and kind. Cares about her patients. Always so positive! Experiencia negativa: Was 5 hrs in dentist chair for work on a thurs. Was supposed to have the crown the following wed. They call and said they didn't come in and would arrive on Fri. They call back and said I had to go back Fri. and do procedure again cause they messed up.

Experiencia negativa: They were trying to trick me to do a root canal and surgery for a tooth ache I had and didn’t want to tell me how much it cost. They said they would refer to a specialist for surgery then come back and do a root canal. I got a 2nd opinion and all they needed to do was a cap and a filling on that same tooth! Terrible service by this place and the fact that they lied about what treatment was needed just goes to show that they don’t care about what is best for the patients, they just want your money!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO WITH THEIR ORTHODONTIST! Please save yourself the heart ache and pain. He will only see you when he can see you. If you have an emergency or cannot make it to an appointment you need to wait until he comes back again. It has been a nightmare. The Tooth Place nees to cut ties with the orthodontist.

Experiencia fantástica: Super awesome Staff, beautiful office, and incredible service! My 13yr old son loved it throughly and enjoyed the experience, he watched his favorite show on the overhead TV while getting a cleaning and checkup. 5 STARS indeed, see all in 6 months!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and care!! I only waited 15 minutes and me and my two young children all had appointments together. The appointment took an hour for all three of us and they are great with children!

Experiencia negativa: Three hours just to Get a cleaning. The staff was not friendly at all except the dentist ( only one smiling in that office). First time patient and not planning to go back the hygenist did a bad job pain in my mouth all day.

Experiencia negativa: They ruined my molar. I have lost a tooth in their hands. My children complained that they are rough and they did not do a good job either on them. I had to take them somewhere else to repair what they did. My children do not ever want to go back to this place. Bad job overall. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but this was not a good experience in any way. I am truly surprised by the great reviews with the exception of the front staff who were nice.

Experiencia fantástica: The Tooth Place provides a comfortable environment, friendly personnel, excellent dental care, and is efficient in all services. Dr. J. Villanueva provided the excellent dental care we received today.

Experiencia negativa: Called atleast twice attempting to get an appointment. First they told me the person in charge of contacting my insurance was out for lunch and that they would call me back. I waited a few days and never received a call. I then called the following week and when I called they said he/she was out for lunch and that they would return the call in approximately 30 minutes. I waited several hours and never received a call. Did not bother contacting again and instead went to another office were I was given an appointment immediately.

Experiencia fantástica: Most people, including myself, would hate to come here because of the usual pain and discomfort that happens as a consequence for not maintaining the right oral hygiene… however painful it can be my visit this time was everything but. I was lucky enough to have one of the most professional and caring oral hygienist, she did an amazing job with her professionalism and care for her patients. I can honestly say was the best cleaning I have ever gotten in a long time. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. As always the place is always spotless, and very comfortable. The lady at the desk was also very helpful setting up my following appointments and answering my questions. Thank you Ms. C !!

Experiencia negativa: I used to love the tooth place. Once they moved the service went downhill. The kids' side seating is one giant seat and sometimes they cram the place to the point there isn't anywhere to sit. We delt with it for a while but ultimately decided we will be switching after 11 years.

Experiencia negativa: Not sure why people rave about this place. It is run by kids which at times can be pretty rude. First, I waited for about an hour to get called in. Then, I waited another hour to see the dental hygienist. Then, waited more for dentist. Took about 3 hours there. I thought they were dirty. Dental hygienist finishes, and puts her "dirty" medical gloves in the counter. Dirty gloves are left there. Then, dentist comes in and also after she is done examining my child proceeds to leave her dirty gloves next to the other gloves that had been placed there by the dental hygienist in the counter. Dirty medical gloves go in the trashcan. They should have been discarded immediately. I would not go back again. I would think that they would be following all sanitary practices but they are not.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment today at 10am and the place was empty. We waited and called for about 30 minutes. We are from out of town and I had called prior from driving 6 hours. The only reason why we needed to come back into town was because of poor workmanship for the 2nd time. My wife been having pain after they "fixed" her filling. She got the work done a little before the whole covid scare. So now we have to spend more money to come back and get this taken care of for the lack/poor communication of this office

Experiencia negativa: The place is nice! I had an appointment at 4:00pm. They took forever! I went in because I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and scheduled a consultation. I had a deep cleansing and a cavity something. They insisted that I need braces and they scheduled an appointment with the specialist. I only wanted a consultation to extract my wisdom tooth! Ooohh and they mentioned that I needed a whitetening procedure. I had xrays twice that day! One to check the wisdom tooth and the other for braces. I went home at 7:00pm. I went to Mexico scheduled an appoitnment and within 2 days I had my wisdom tooth extracted. I understand that you have to sell! But I had an emergengy, I was in pain!

Experiencia negativa: Long waiting 2hrs and 30 min of wait. Desntist does treatment in 10 to 15 min the rest is just waiting on lobby then on the inside rms. Staff/ assistant wearing long acrylic color nail which i find it unhygienic. I strongly don't recommend this place., and to clarify i put a star so it could let me submit my post.

How could scheduling clerks schedule everyone one for one same exact time? What is the use of setting up an appointment time if there going to place all patients for one same time. Doesnt make sense. Ignorance is spreading like wild fire. Didnt think it was like this at this place. I was wrong. Sad to know they wont use their brain to it's full potential here.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place to go to for the kids it has a play place, arcade games, tablets on the wall, and a theater. There are TV's on the walls and an open seating area so you can watch the kids in an open area. Plenty of space to sit and little picnic tables for the kids. The kids section is blocked in by windows and a big glass door so the sound doesn't travel to the "adult" section. Which is fully equipped with a coffee bar and water in a quiet and comfortable setting. That way neither side will be bothered by the other. Staff is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face. I have been with them since they were at their old location and you can really tell they put portions of their profits into keeping the place updated and comfortable for their patients.

They have separate waiting rooms for children with a movie theater, arcade games, and a play area for little kids. For adults they have a coffee bar and very relaxing couches and atmosphere.
