During my first checkup, my dentist found 3 small cavities, plus a small decay by my gold cap, that my previous dentist failed to find in the few years I was being seen by him. The staff is always warm and friendly, always listens to patients and provides answers to your dental questions. They are highly professional and I have no problem recommending them to anyone that's looking for great dental care.

Finally, the staff and Dentist makes sure you are comfortable, pain free and explain to you what they are doing and educate you to make decision.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Toft and her assistant, Darian, enough. They were insurmountably patient with my daughter who for the first time, had to have an extraction. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to make her comfortable and set her up for a great experience. They gave my daughter space and time to work through her fears, were never forceful, but always encouraging her in the next step. They also supported me, as the mom, in being sympathetic but encouraging and not once made me feel rushed or anxious. They TRULY did all that they could to accomplish our goal, and still create a positive experience even when it was a difficult feat. THANK YOU ladies and team, so, SO, much. Even after the fear and tears, my daughter and myself left smiling.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke part of a front tooth, and my dentist had no openings to get it fixed. I called Stewartville Family Dentistry, and they got me in the next day. Everyone there was so great and friendly. Dr. Toft was not only able to repair the broken tooth, but she also did the work on tooth on either side. I'm so happy with the results.

Experiencia negativa: Went here as there was good reviews but my partners experience was less than mediocre. The staff was not helpful with questions about billing, didn’t allow patient to have it ran through insurance, and were quite honestly sketchy. Patient waited over 30 minutes for the dentist to show up. Another interesting piece, patient asked for a cleaning/checkup. Instead they did an Xray and that’s it…. Didn’t inform patient that there won’t be a cleaning at this appointment!! Then proceeded to give an estimate of $2,000 for 2/3 fillings & mouth guard. The entire situation was sketchy and they were far from helpful. Definitely a money grab situation and unprofessional practice.

Experiencia negativa: Expensive, over $400 initial exam for a child and higher for an adult. Payment required prior to appointment, which isn't discussed before scheduling. Appointment day comes, show up, payment required upfront, asked about payment plan, was told to go to community dental for that.
