Experiencia positiva: Dr. Z was amazing! And so was his staff.

Experiencia negativa: Examined quickly. Not thorough to address a possible problem with a filling. May wait to late before work needs to be done. Also front desk is seemingly unorganized. I changed the time on my appointment date and they complied. Later when I arrived they had the wrong date and said I missed my day which I never changed, only the time. Also paperwork for pre-screening was completed on-line and they didn't seem to have noticed.

Experiencia negativa: The office in my opinion was not clean not professional looking with old lawn furniture in the very large dirty looking waiting, room the staff were not polite and even the exam rooms looked dirty, when I tried to get someone's attention to answer my question about how much longer it would be, I was ignored by most of the staff walking by my exam room... I got the X-ray probably about 35 minutes after I had been sitting for almost hour ,I still had not gotten my teeth cleaned so I left, I won't be going back. I'm definitely more used to a more clean, professional, , polite atmosphere.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist was to rough when pulling my tooth out. Even the way he talked to me seemed like he hated his job. Had to schedule 6 appointments just to get my wisdom tooth out. They closed the building and didn’t follow up to change my date or help and tired to push my date back til April after waiting already from November. This location is very unprofessional ‼️

Experiencia negativa: Completely misleading, mildew smell upon arrival cold an unpleasant waiting area. made it to the back the person immediately started cleaning no X-rays were taken I had hardened plaque I tell her she’s hurting me & she says oh well I already put on the gel she was on my gums I believe she had a nervous twitch or something because she could not hold still as I watched her prep materials feet an hands were flying EVERYWHERE poor attitude & poor standard of care front desk lady was pleasant an if it makes it any better no one said their name I don’t even know who was working on me I decided to leave because of the disregard to my pain and the unnecessary back and forth I asked if there was something we could do about the pain she proceeds to have a angry tone as if I’m hurting her mouth .. no sympathy no regard for patient satisfaction I disclosed to them I haven’t been to the dentist in years this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE & I almost never do google reviews but I had to let everyone know GENTLE DENTAL ON GRATIOT IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO AT ALL!

Experiencia fantástica: I just got my new dentures and I’m honestly really happy with the experience. The staff was super easy to work with and very accommodating. The doctor clearly knew their stuff and got straight to business. Even though the place looked a little deceiving at first, the overall experience was almost perfect. Best of all, the dentures fit great and look very natural. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Experiencia negativa: I was there back in early Nov of 25 and were scheduled for an extraction on 1-30-26 .when I got there they told me they don’t see my reasoning for an appointment and asking me which tooth was it. long story short,I waited almost 3 months ,took a day off work ,for these ppl to look at me like I’m stupid, no type of procedure of any kind was done for me today,not to mention I got a cleaning in Nov,but my whole right side of my mouth was swollen and irritated top and bottom so how did I get a cleaning, now today I missed money for this,I need to find a new dentist and fast ,cause why does the waiting room look like a homeless shelter not a tooth poster anywhere no magazines the tv was on with no sound,the workers came from the back to mop the waiting room it was 3 ppl in there at 12:20 pm saddest place I’ve ever seen‼️

Experiencia negativa: They treat you accordingly to your insurance if you have straight Medicaid you will be put on the back burner not very clean it’s dust and debris on the floors in the rooms around the chairs not enough hand washing and not to mention my appointment was at 9 for a simple cleaning and I didn’t leave until 12 and that’s was on my own will i was not initially discharged but I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to be at work by 1.

Experiencia positiva: 3 years ago I gave a bad review as I never saw the dentist and twice my appointment was changed and I wasn't called until I got to the office. I didn't think that I would stay. The only reason why I went to that office as the office on Jefferson closed. Through the last 2 years the office staff has gotten better and each time I have been there for what ever the dentist has stopped in to check. I have to admit I don't like pain. The dentist understands and pays attention to my concerns. The staff has went from a 3 to a 5 1/2 and the dentist is a 5 . I plan on staying. Keep up the good work.

They are rude and disrespectful, place your calls on hold for 15inutes, hang up on you, then you call again no answer. They couldn't find any information on my mom's dentures. ( She had to get them refitted, an waited 3weeks with no callback). After they holding on for 15 min. And hanging up on her and she called back to no one answering

Just x-ray and 45 minutes wait period that didn't make sense. Not good for business or customers. I walk out after waiting for 45 minutes and I'll never go back.

Imagine them helping you or your mom and you have no teeth - without teeth for 3? Months. You call to get clarity and some one says so what -,Is so rude / they should not be working there and they hang up. Instead of explaining . I don’t recommend this dentist. Choose another one p.s I will try to get corporate too, because some things are unacceptable and I did try contacting them directly. They don’t care.

The dental hygienist was rude and obviously slow since I was the second person there and it took her over an hour to get in my room. Then when she arrived I asked her a question and she ignored me like I didn't speak. I don't know about you but when I pay for services I expect certain standards and I'll go where I get them. I left without getting any work and will never be going back.

I was there today 10 14 24 to get my mode done for dentures and it was great. Went on December 17th to pick up dentures this my first time getting some and will have to get used to them they did a nice job I was there 618 25 to do another fill for my new dentures and they guy Marcus always due my teeth and he's great and nice takes his time but I haven't had no issues I was there Thursday to pick up my new set of dentures and they did a gud job

Experiencia fantástica: Hello everyone, I just recently visit this dentist office 1/24/2025. This was my first visit. I walk in and truly thought to walk back out. I noticed a hole in the door and the office not very decorative as your normal dentist. But I decided to stay, base upon some reviews I read before my visit. The staff was friendly. The service was beyond great. I can tell that to every single individual there, this was more than a job. They love doing what they do. I have been to some of the most top dollar dentist Office and yet have not received no where near the service they provide. I was talk to very calmly and step by step detail instructions , on what was next. I had deep cleaning down for now. I have to say wow, very gentle and the cleaning was very good and not rush. My next appointment will be getting teeth pull and fillings, I will update this. Once I receive that service. So if you’re looking for a decorative dentist office with a wire phone in it and TVs everywhere unfortunately for you, this is not it. But if you’re looking for top quality, friendly service, gentle good at what they dentists office. Then this is your Place!!

The doctor himself finally answered the door probably around 7:45am with no staff present. Filled out new patient paper work and still wasn’t seen until 9:30. The presents of this place is needs facility upgrade. No type of decor gives this establishment a dentist office. More like a section 8 office with a lobby decor that explains it all. The gentleman took X-rays and the score didn’t even show me or give me medication. Luckily the lady at the front desk was nice however. That’s all regarding the 1 star treatment. RUN

They put my mind at ease and though I had 3 teeth that were removed I was not in the kind of pain I thought I would be in. He pulled the wrong tooth that I originally made the appointment regarding a painful tooth. And then when I explained my concern regarding denture procedure, his whole demeanor changed; next visit 11/18/2024, he didn't want to talk to me , at all (avoidance). I guess requesting dentures to the dentist is like krytonite to Superman...smh
