Experiencia positiva: Update as of 3pm same day!: Went back to get my denture I believe (Dr Ramsey plz forgive me if not correct) battled for me and went to Dr Huish. Dr Huish fougnt for me and stood by me. Just as I knew he would. He is refunding my money and honoring the arrangement that was originally made. So thank you Dr Ramsey and Dr Huish. I do not like that the office manager was standing outside my treatment room listening into our conversation. She should not have been, its patient privacy. I have been going here for years! When it was Salem Dental. Dr Seth Huish is an amazing Dentist. But since it has changed to Roots it is overpriced, they charge for treatments not discussed. They do not stick to their “financial agreements plans” that the office manager makes you sign. Then she is very condescending when disputing saying “I am sorry I cant tell you what they do in the rooms as I am not in there”. They should stick to signed agreements/contracts and if additional charges are needed those need to be disclosed and approved by patient. I have had nothing but issues since it changed to Roots. I can’t even see Dr Huish. 1st visit before surgery waited in waiting room for over an hour after scheduled appointment and then additional 30 minutes in treatment room. I had to find someone and I was forgotten. Had to pay for that visit too, just to be told I needed a Gingivectomy and Reline.

Financials were head-on and made it easy to weigh options and make decisions. I highly recommend Roots Dental & Implant Center.

I have essentially paid out of pocket for every one of my procedures since I started going there two years ago even though they continued to assure me they had it under control. The dentist do good work but don't come anywhere near here if you are working in a budget. I even expressed the fact I was trying to be budget conscious and the screwed me. And every time I call after they are just like sorry bud, pay us. Update: the dental work they did fell apart after 4 years and I called them to see if they would help and they said we didn't get the money from your insurance and you were supposed to give that money to us so we wrote you off to collections. Even after i already came in and paid me because they messed up the billing. This place is like a huge scam.

She is kind explains things as the cleaning continues. Angie makes getting your teeth cleaned a more enjoyable experience. I would recommend Roots Dental. Experiencia fantástica: I have always received amazing service and treatments at Salem Dental, whether I'm there getting a cleaning or needing other dental services. Recently, my last few appointment there were with Mark Haskell DDS. If he had been the very first dentist I had ever seen, I would feel completely different about the whole 'going to the dentist, thing'! He is my new hero! I broke a tooth with a crown on it. Both options initially presented to me involved pulling the tooth. After thinking about it, I didn't want it pulled, I wanted to save the tooth if possible. Dr. Haskell was willing to try to save it, which he did. I think the first two appointments required a novocaine injection...you know, the ones you dread getting, preferring a free fall from an aircraft, while giving birth??? Yes, that one! I don't know how he did it, but with both injections, I kept waiting for him to give it to me which in both cases he already had! Amazing! If you could see inside my mouth, you would be saying, "great job, Dr. Haskell." Which is what I said! If you are needing dental services, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Salem Dental. Historically, dentists have never been my favorite people, even though I have needed them over the years. Salem Dental has changed that for me, especially Dr. Haskell. What are you waiting for??? Go!

It has been a very long time since my teeth and gums felt so healthy. I am so impressed with his work that I cancelled my husband's appointment in order to have Richard perform the teeth cleaning. All the staff from front desk to dentists and financial consultant were extremely personable and kind as well as very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of how they reached their recommended treatment plan. They asked me what kind of outcome I was looking to get and created several treatment options specifically for what I wanted. They did scans, cleaning, and full exam for me. I am sure they could tell I do not have much $$ to invest into my dental work, so when I went to check out and they only asked for $32 I was shocked as they had quoted much more for the scans alone. I had agreed to have them done after hesitation, as I needed the scans but also didn't really have the $$ to spare. The Dr had asked the staff to adjust my portion the insurance company quoted to 0. Writing off what for some wouldn't be much at all, but for me... it was alot. I absolutely recommend this office to ANYONE needing a gentle approach and an office that is helpful and mindful of patients financial situation without being judgy or giving a different level of kindness and effort to people based on how they look..Thank you so much Roots Dental... Experiencia fantástica: My disabled husband went in for an evaluation for possible permanent bridge/implants. He already has a regular dentist, but he doesn’t offer those services. My husband had an underlying tooth infection that had been treated but the infection lingered. Everyone in the office was kind and considerate. No one tried to scare us into expensive treatments. In fact, the dentist himself wrote a prescription for antibiotics and gave us instructions on what to tell our regular dentist; he wanted to make sure my husband wasn’t in pain anymore. We were both very impressed with everyone’s professional demeanor and caring attitude.

My 5 Star Review: I Absolutely love this office. Friendly front office staff, not long wait times and the back office staff, hygienists and Dr's are exceptional. They really try hard here. It's noted in my chart that I have sensitivity issues throughout my mouth, and when I came in yesterday, the hygienist had already reviewed my chart and knew this, even coming prepared with a topical numbing solution if I needed it. I am a typically anxious dental patient but they have cleaned my teeth without sedation for the first time in my life, several times now! I highly recommend. Great with kiddos also as my granddaughter saw them before they moved. Happy to give this review -Trina

Don't be surprised if you have to wait 2 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment time to be seen. I was running out of healthy teeth it was embarrassing to smile and I even had a tough time talking. So I made the call. Set up an appointment and a week later the procedure was done and I walked out of the office 3 hrs later with brand new teeth! Yes it's true all in one day as the ads mention. You can do this too! Michelle the office manager and Dr Seth Huish are professional and make the procedure seamless and comfortable. I really did this and I am thrilled and excited! Dr Huish and the staff are Christian's and you can always here Seth coming down the hall as he whistles throughout the day. This places cleaned my teeth no issues no questions asked. My teeth wouldn’t be this bad if OHP places did their job, and cared like this place does. Experiencia fantástica: On September 10th, 2024 I had 4 on 4 dental surgery performed by Dr. Seth Huish, Salem Dental. He was extremely happy with the way my surgery went. He said, there were no problems and that everything fell into place. Although, I was only schedule to have 4 on 4 implants, Dr. Huish during the surgery opted to put six implants on the lower jaw instead. I am very grateful to Dr. Huish for going the extra mile and opting to do two extra implants for added strength and support. I could not have asked for anything more. I am very happy with the way my surgery turned out. I got my permanent teeth and I love them. The first upper arch did not fit like Doctor Huish wanted. Dr Huish took new measurement's and ordered a new upper arch. It was installed today 5 Dec 2024. After it was snapped in and adjusted, it looked great and felt great. It is so nice to eat what you want. It is like having my real teeth back. Dr Huish is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. I really like that. I am so happy that I chose the full arch Implants. You can't go wrong with Salem Dental. They can handle your dental needs. Give them a call. The staff members are fantastic. Experiencia fantástica: When sudden tooth pain had me reeling, these good folks stepped up pronto to diagnose (fractured molar) and prep the tooth for crowning. Plus, the outstanding receptionist worked out my insurance plan's benefit transparently. Truly an optimal experience where other dental practices fall short.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a routine cleaning, but things took a divine turn when the hygienist gasped and called in the entire staff to witness what can only be described as a Lenten dental miracle—my plaque had formed a perfect image of the Virgin Mary on the upper first molar. The dentist debated whether to remove it or contact the Vatican. In the end, she decided “oral health over holy relics” and power-washed my divine tartar away. Now my teeth are sparkling, but I can’t help but wonder if we just erased a modern-day miracle. 5 stars, praying for more sanctified plaque for my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my tooth Christmas Day and was not an established patient. I called around to about 10 offices knowing every place was closed due to the holiday break. Roots Dental was not only the only ONE office to get back to me. The front Desk lady (nicole? I think!) came in on her day off to check messages and got back to me almost right away. They got me in ASAP & even got me in after my tooth extraction just because I needed peace of mind. They’re extremely patient and their communication is so good I almost feel like I’m the only patient they have. Lol the hygienist helps me with my insane anxiety I have with Dentist appointments and both the Doctors I’ve seen were wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: I love being a patient at Salem Dental. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional and friendly. Dr. Huish is outgoing and knows how to connect with his patients on a personal level. It is a very well-run, well-organized practice. I had implants put in and they have a very cool system for fitting the dentures to a mouth that didn’t really want to mess with it! I recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get a cracked tooth (#4) extracted today and opted to get a post for an implant placement in one appt. I also decided to be put out for surgery via IV sedation by the most phenomenal Nurse Anesthetist, Adam Kearnis! The oral was no less amazing, Dr. Clark Brinton and as a patient it was flawless, fast, no pain as of now (night of surgery). I fully anticipate some uncomfortability but this surgery has been so different from the beginning and so much better than all my other past oral surgeries, in all aspects.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone seemed knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The dentist, assistant, and hygienist were willing to explain and answer questions. They also paid close attention to my comfort level. Nice place and I will be making them my ongoing dentist long term. I also really liked their online booking system that actually worked for new patients - that's a rare find from my experience and very convenient when finding a new provider.
