The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The doctors are fantastic. My favorite is Dr. Basso. He’s a straight up honest man who looks out for the best interests of his patients. My entire family, including my extended family are patients with Grand Dentistry and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Experiencia fantástica: What an excellent office! Everyone was REAL, kind, capable, and professional. RDA Sidney put me at ease and managed my quirky sense of humor effortlessly. Dr. Golshan took the time to not only do a complete exam, but also answer ALL my many question with detail and care, despite being very busy. Her diagnoses made sense, and her cautious approach and diagnostic recommendations instilled confidence; THIS dentist got it right. They were up front and honest about what was wrong, what I need, and how to best get it taken care of. And then on top of that, did a "quick fix" to help me get through to the next treatment. The front office person (sorry, I missed their name) was professional, and did extra work to present me with options, and to explain the billing and what my insurance would probably cover and not cover. The office is clean, family friendly, well appointed, and the music is calm, quiet (background), and professional (generic pop). Like night and day vs other offices I've been in.

In the bathroom, they have toothbrushes, mouthwash, toothpaste, and everything you could possibly need to improve hygiene or prepare for a dental exam. One of the ladies at the front desk named Marina is so kind and she speaks English in Spanish and always has a smile on her face. Jessica as usual is thorough, professional, kind, and easy to talk to. I had a panoramic x-ray, which was amazing to see! Now I know what I look like as a skeleton!

I had extreme dental anxiety because of a couple fillings I needed done that a previous dentist wasn’t able to finish because I couldn’t get numb and was having pain during the procedure. Dr Bosso was absolutely incredible. Something I was terrified to have done was completed with no pain at all. He numbed me and used a laser to do the procedure. Even the numbing was virtually pain free. I refuse to see any other dentist. Truly gifted at what he does. I drive down from Temecula to have my appointments here, happily! Thank you so much Dr Bosso!

Experiencia negativa: This place is usually good, but I made an honest mistake about the time and was late. I even texted before hand to let the front know I would be late, I wasn’t even expecting for the full cleaning to be an hour I knew it was going to be half the time so I didn’t talk as much so I could let the hygienist do her thing. At the end she has the audacity to report and type right in front of me that I was rude and unapologetic because I was quiet and I also already apologized before hand on the phone, she was extremely rude and condescending. Do better next time I didn’t even take up the next clients time making me drive all the way from Oceanside to Escondido ,pathetic.

They worked out a time for an area of concern in my mouth even though I was a new patient. I felt the dentist and assistant handled the investigation of my need complete, with their asking good questions and offering possible solutions.
