Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful office. Very attentive. After being called to the back, I was never left alone. The hygienist, I think her name is Shannon. She was very patient and gentle with her cleaning process. The Doctor is really smooth. We always discuss new movies. I Love Universal Dental!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love them. Issues with my former dentist led to lots of Anxiety for me because I'm so sensitive to procedures and fearful. So when I cracked a tooth I did not want to go back to my old dentist. After looking thru reviews in some of the local FB groups I saw that Universal got some good reviews (and no negative ones!). They were able to get me in the next business day and Sr. Singh is the most wonderful caring dentist I have ever had. I ended up needing a crown, but she respected every concern I had and even got me through the shots relatively easily. 100% recommend and so very happy I chose them!

I went for a cleaning and I always triggered when I go for a cleaning because in my past the tech doing the cleaning always shamed me for my dental hygiene. I always wondered if they forgot I was paying for this abuse. I have not felt that way in a long time. The person doing the cleaning explained the steps she was taking and gave me tips on things to keep my teeth clean and healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental I have ever been to. Highly recommended. The doctor was really nice.I went to take out 2 of my teeth. Nicely done. First they put laughing gas on me and they put on a show that I wanted which was really impressive. Next they put cream on my teeth so when they put my tooth to sleep it doesn't hurt. They put a shot which dident hurt because of the cream. Finally they took out my tooth. It barely hurt! Over all I think this dental deserves a 5 very impressive!

Experiencia negativa: My son had a appointment today. He was an old patient and I understand updating insurance information but to call the patient the day before the appointment to update insurance information is rather inconvenient. I know at my medical office we ask for that information at the time the patient calls in. And for the receptionist to talk to me as if I should know their policy is rude. That is the job of the receptionist to collect the information while they have the patient on the phone and to inform the new/old patient of their office policies. That is what we do at my medical office. It is common courtesy to inform us patients what to expect when we come in. I will not be returning because that whole experience was just disrespectful.

Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Universal Dental Center at short notice for the repair of a chipped front tooth which had been twice filled by another dentist. I was immediately impressed with Ethan and Joey in getting me scheduled quickly and my coverage confirmed efficiently. I was quite satisfied with my hygienist and the cleaning I received. However, Dr. Ali, his assistant Danielle and Michelle who prepared my temporary crowns deserve nothing less than "Ten Stars", as they went above and beyond what I expected. Dr. Ali perfectly crowned my two front teeth, closed my gap and color matched my teeth superbly. I have my natural smile back and I couldn't be more satisfied. Universal Dental and Dr. Ali is definitely where I'll be for all future dental needs.

The Dental Hygienist, Dawn, was very thorough with the cleaning that was administered and took the time to explain how to properly floss my teeth to avoid bleeding. My two children also had their teeth cleaned on the same day. The Dental Hygienist, Miss Shannon, did an awesome job with my 11 year old son and my 8 year old daughter, and my daughter spoke highly of her post treatment. Dr. Goodman was very nice With awesome bedside manner. He was very thorough with information regarding suggested treatment, but not overbearing at all. Experiencia fantástica: I used Universal Dental for a 2nd opinion, a friend recommended them. I was very happy with the service. Dr. Ali Khanafer was super friendly and reasonable. I was told I needed a crown at Bright Side Dental, but he was able to do a filling instead. And if you do not have insurance they will lower the cost for you. And most importantly to me, Dr. Ali numbed my teeth perfectly, I didnt feel a thing. Could not be happier with my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my implant done here where i had a missing tooth, wonderful work! Also have had fillings done when other dentists wanted to give me very expensive root canals and crowns. What I'm trying to say is that this office didn't try to sell me down the river. They will do their best to help you without taking advantage of you, taking into consideration your personal financial situation.

Universal Dental Center changed that for me today. The atmosphere is calm, the place is spotless, and I felt at ease immediately. Huge shout out to Maggie, my hygienist. She was incredibly gentle with my cleaning and really took care of me. Funny bonus: As I was leaving, I literally ran into my best friend Cat walking in with our friend Chad. I had no idea she was a patient here, but she’s been coming for years and brought him in because she swears it’s the best dentist around. Turns out we both have great taste. Highly recommend.

I met with Dr Singh and was pleasantly surprised how thoughtful and caring and gentle she was. My 1st choice was to see Dr. Goodman but he was booked up for a few months. He is amazing but my cracked tooth couldn't wait. This office is warm and responsive. Gives something most dental offices don't offer these days. Its like going back in time. Offers that old fashioned great customer service. Friendly staff and they are efficient at getting back with you in a timely matter about insurance coverage. They also offer state of the art equipment and truly outshine any other dentists office Ive been to. You will not be disappointed. Worth the drive!

When sitting in the waiting room waiting for my turn a lady mentioned that her appointment was for 9:30 but had not been seen yet. I understand you get over booked or busy but you should not have people waiting till after their appointment time to get taken back for their appointment

Experiencia negativa: I've never even had work done here. I have an appointment weeks away and they email and text me almost daily. Please stop with the harassing messages! And no this isn't the name the appt is under.

Experiencia positiva: Service was excellent and the staff are all top notch But: I can see why the waiting room was expanded. For the last two visits with appt at 11:00 am didn't see Doctor till 12:30 and got home at 3:00 pm. That's a very long dental appointment, but that's the exception not the rule. I understand that emergencies are seen regularly. That may not happen at other offices. so kudos to them. That's business above and beyond. Thank God for him. Think Dr. Goodman and office staff are great, they all do impeccable work, and make the wait worth it no matter how long.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Goodman is great, but it's nearly impossible to get an appointment with him without scheduling seven months in advance. I believe they started accepting Medicaid, which is likely why they're so busy now. I ended up switching dentists because the long wait times were becoming too much. I'm really sad to leave Dr. Goodman after being his patient since childhood. I am leaving a 5 star review because Dr. Goodman does great work but his schedule is way too crazy. To the office, I love you guys and it's been a wonderful 20 something years, I also had to leave because I wanted to be at the same dentist as my wife. The deciding factor was that you guys are way more busy than my wife's dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Any time I have had an emergency Dr. Goodman and his amazing staff has fit me in right away. I have a lot of anxiety at dental appointments due to a bad experience at a different office but Dr. Goodman’s calm demeanor and way of explaining what is happening as he is working on me (with accurate timeframes) has allowed me to get work done with very little anxiety. The staff at Universal is wonderful. From the front desk staff answering questions and helping navigate insurance and payments to the dental techs who make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need.
