Experiencia negativa: I started to go to aspen to get my teeth pulled and get dentures. When I first started going it was 2024. Get the quotes insurance paid some then I paid the rest out of pocket before anything got done. Everything paid upfront. Well get my teeth pulled got my temps. The plan I got you get immediate dentures then later you get permanent when your gums get all healed and such. Well before I got my perms I started getting calls from a debt collector. They turned me into Collections for debts that was all paid upfront. They said that shouldn't of happened. So I wanted them to fix this issue before I went to get permanent dentures. Well that took them forever to fix it. They finally did. So couple months ago I started the process for my permanent. That took them awhile to get them done. Well finally they are done. And now a month later I get a call they turned me in again to a debt collector for this. I have gotten new insurance since I started this process. And they charged my new insurance when my old insurance already paid and I paid out of pocket also which was like 3 grand. Now they are saying I owe then a couple grand after my insurance. I called them the lady goes oh my gosh let me put you on hold for this other lady. Well then it goes to voicemail. Ive been calling and calling and they having their phones going straight to voicemail now. Do not go to this place!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Although nice and pleasant when you first come in, that all changes when you question anything. Bait and switch at it's finest. Made appointment for checkup and cleaning for $49.99. No such thing the cleaning, once they knew i didn't have insurance was estimated at $301 which is absolutly outrageous. Not to mention a 8 am appointment, left at 9:25 with no cleaning, $30 poorer. Lesson learned, cheaper is NOT BETTER, and in this case it's not even CHEAPER! Choose wisely!

Experiencia negativa: I came for cleaning. I told them that I did the xray with someone else 6 months ago, and they still did the xray.. and I got out with getting my teeth cleaned! This is outrageous! And they expect me to make an appointment for cleaning!! Are you serious? They just needed the money from the x-ray. I have been warned to not go there but I’m an idiot for doing that.

Experiencia positiva: Didn't have the price quoted in advertisement but were nice to deal with gave 90 days to pay for x rays not covered by my insurance but cost too much money when I am79 and on SS way cheaper in Jacksonville at one day dentures. I have heard that they are wonderful and do great dentures

Experiencia negativa: Called to book an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out got told that the oral surgeon wouldn't be available past the 4th possibly ever again so it was the 4th or nothing I was trying to talk to them about the price to do different things on the phone the person was laughing and blowing me off as I was in tears knowing I'm blowing my entire budget to get a tooth out somehow the price to get 2 wisdom teeth was the same as getting 3 out and so I said fine just yes the 4th is fine then I found out you have to pay the entire balance when you make the appointment. Not before the surgery not day of no when the appointment is made. I don't get paid for a week I don't have the money so I guess I deserve tooth pain. Thanks. 0/10

Experiencia positiva: At my first visit everyone I had contact with was very professional and kind. They were having issues with their system so they couldn't give me the price options for a care plan, they told me when it came back up Robin would call me with that information, I never received a call the rest of that day. Also, the doctor told me that she was leaving this office at the end of the month but didn't know who the new doctor was going to be, so I couldn't look up any information or review on who would be doing my work and I am a very anxious dental patient.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is super friendly and helpful appointment is fast but they were supposed to call me back after my appointment and they didn't and when I tried calling them nobody answered. When they did answer they said their office manager would get with me and talk about my treatment plan and it's been 2 weeks now in pain and still no call ...... If you're in immediate pain and need a tooth pulled I would not recommend them at all!

Experiencia positiva: Getting an apt is hard. Then they canceled, text me they canceled, and I couldn’t even get through to reschedule. Left messages with no call back. This was horrible. Once I actual got into the office for my first visit staff were nice and everything was fine. I would suggest they figure out a better system for answering phones, responding for voicemails left, and apts.

Experiencia negativa: AWFUL!!! Feel like we were baited in with the lady telling me they would 100% take care of my 9 year olds needs. She said fillings, pulling them, it didn’t matter. He had been in extreme pain the night before so when she said this to me and that they could see him that morning, I was so happy…until it was a complete lie!!!! Not to mention the appointment cost $320 upfront to find out they couldn’t do anything for him. Said they couldn’t even call in the antibiotic he needed. Don’t fall for the scheme they have going on!

Experiencia positiva: The Dentist. And the tech were awesome. When I got to the financing part of it, it got confusing. I understand my insurance doesn’t cover a lot but when I got my out of pocket cost the first time, it was high but I understood. But then she told to wait a minute she will be right back and then 5 minutes later she comes back my out of pocket expense jumps up about $4000.00 dollars making it $14,038.00 dollars which I thought was a little weird. I am already for the procedure and will pay what I have too just found it confusing and little weird with the jump in cost.

In pain, sensitive to cold and hot, can't eat on that and STILL WAITING ON THE CALL BACK. I did try calling as well but sent to voicemail......Still waiting 4 days later

Austin taking x-rays, Dr Vasquez consultation for the work that is going to be done on my teeth, Clayton the dental hygienist and Shae explaining the cost. They all explained themselves so I understood, answered all the questions I had all were very knowledgeable. I was nervous when I got there but throughout the appointment they all made me feel very comfortable assured me I’ll be fine left feeling like a made a good decision to use this office.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had been in pain for weeks, jumping through hoops trying to get his tooth pulled and no one's been able to help without some bs procedure or a wait time months out. My husband called today, they got him in today and pulled his broken wisdom tooth out with no issues. Super friendly, professional and amazing! Will not be going anywhere else from now on. To top it all off, they recommended and will provide other dental services he desperately needs taking care of him extremely well and going to help him feel good about himself again! I'm so happy we chose Aspen!

Experiencia fantástica: Called to make an appointment for a dental exam and was given one for the very nest day. Arrived early to fill out the necessary questionnaire and within minutes started the exam. All personnel were very friendly and professional explaining every step throughout the exam and explained my options. Looking forward to my next visit. Completed my final fitting early January. Had to return for a needed minor adjustment about 10 days later. Got me in and out in about 15 minutes. Very satisfied throughout my experience.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service over the phone I’ve ever had. I asked several questions she didn’t answer when I asked if she was listening to anything I said she says “I’m sorry, What did you say?” So I called corporate office, corporate office, decided they were going to contact the office themselves, and when they tried to contact them, they would not answer the phone. It was an easy pass for this place. I’ll be definitely taking my money elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible dentist went to get a tooth pulled he numbed it then left heard him clowning around with the nurses 30 minutes later came in then numbed it some more then left again heard him clowning around again finally came back sucked at pulling it out broke the tooth he said it was me tensing up wasn't at all moving my head he got a drill out and got into my gums nowhere near my tooth put a big gash in my gums.He was a African American male they were also listening to rap song "gangsta paradise" worse dentist I've ever had place was so unprofessional never again will I go there our refer anyone.terrible pain

Experiencia negativa: Well just talked to Jessica about my review of this place and her attitude was really bad. I went in this place in 2023 and they really messed up my mouth leaving me with partials I can't wear overfilled by care credit card that had paid interest on for over a year so I'm out of there care area when it comes to getting back in for a fix ( In short they don't care 1 bit about you ) I'm out $ 3,500 can't use anything they made and still have teeth so bad I will have to have full dentures know. Don't go there unless you like to be ripped off. Terrible Customer Relations See Jessica the uncaring ???

Experiencia fantástica: Very quiet and peaceful office. The atmosphere is great. When the girl went to check my gums I didn't even feel it which was amazing. The densit came in checked my teeth and we discussed work that needed to be done. All of which I already knew, just haven't gotten it done by cause of my anxiety with densit in general. I sat down with a gentleman that went over the cost of everything. It was nice not to have a piece of paper shoved in my face while in a dental chair. It was nice being able to sit down normal and have a face to face conversation with someone who is right there looking at your insurance. Everyone was very friendly in the office. I definitely feel comfortable returning to this office even though my anxiety is telling me to run the other direction but that has nothing to do with the dental office or staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for an emergency tooth extraction. First time ever getting a tooth pulled. Hopefully the last also. I was done in 6 minutes with no more pain in my mouth! Will definitely come back to Aspen Dental for all my dental work in the future!

Addendum-- Well I wrote that 3 months ago and I still don't have a temporary set of dentures. I'm on my 4th set but they can't get them to fit right. Plus their billing is a mess. I have major dental anxiety and they were super sweet and understanding about what was going on and my nervousness. I havent gone to the dentist in years because of trauma but these guys made me feel welcome and supported AND they did their job WHILE making sure i was comfortable. Yall are awesome

Experiencia fantástica: They heard I had had a bad previous experience with a filling at another dentist, and made sure to be extra cautious, asking me throughout the process if I was still feeling ok and to let them know if I had any pain. They made me feel so at ease and I know I’m getting the best of care there. :)

Experiencia negativa: Over 2 years trying to get a permanent pair of Dentures that'll work, on my third pair. Three different doctors. Don't know how many trips at least 40 or 50. Very nice people! Very considerate and cooperative. That being said I paid $6,000 over 2 years ago and I've never worn a pair of Dentures yet I'm on my third pair now. Not one of them has fit. Be careful. Money back policy?

Every person, from those at the registration desk, to the X-ray department, hygienist, the Dentist, and financial consultant, were very pleasant. Each person seemed genuinely concerned, regarding my situation, and did their best, to make me feel comfortable, and not completely embarrassed or humiliated, with a less than perfect smile.
