Experiencia fantástica: Having just said goodbye to my family, Dentist and hygienist of over 30 years, and And having been cared for so well, it was difficult for me to make a switch to a new provider. Life changes necessitated my decision. The welcome I received at Breathe Deep Dental from the reception and staff was genuine and friendly. I was greeted with smiles, offered and given a full tour of the office and treatment rooms which were clean, organized and bright, with lots of natural light. What was uniquely apparent was Breathe Deep Dental not only cares for their patients comfort, but also visibly on board with maintaining a sustainable practice, by reducing their environmental impact utilizing tools such as waterless suction and environmentally safe sterilization of their dental equipment and Instruments. Spending a few moments getting to know my hygienist Melissa prior to taking x-rays was beneficial as it made me more comfortable communicating any concerns I might share. Upon time for my exam, Dr. Diep came in and greeted me warmly. Her calm presence along with her distilled listening skills further convinced me I was in good hands. I also read her bio that she graduated OHSU Dental top of her class with honors which furthered my confidence in her abilities. As well, I appreciated the thoroughness of both Melissa and Dr. Diep moving through my exam with professionalism and clarity, yet allowing opportunities for questions regarding my treatment plan. Payment options were flexible and future scheduling were seamless. I would highly recommend Breathe Deep Dental for your oral care.

Prior to my first appointment, I literally despised dentists. I thought they were out to take your money and inflict unnecessary pain. Dreading the thought of going to the dentist after prior bad experiences I saw the office go up close to my home and made an appointment. It turned out great! They were very gentle and were very concerned about my being comfortable. They explained everything they were going to do and what their expectations were and made sure I understood. The office is cool too…bright, clean and sustainable…and neat woodwork features. I like the way Doc hums while she works too. I would recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

The office is new, filled with natural light , and super clean. Staff is attentive, sensitive to any pain you bring to their attention, and Dr. Diepenheim really listens when you go over your dental concerns. My hygienist Carly gave me one of the most thorough and detailed dental cleanings I’ve ever had without any pain! Bonus-they have a therapy dog on Saturdays — big GREEN FLAG!

But from the moment I walked in Breathe Deep Dental was a deep breath of fresh air :) The space is really calming, lots of light, warm wood while also having modern exam rooms and tools. Dr. Diep was present - focused on me for my exam and questions, not distracted or rushed as I've experienced before. Sarah, one of the hygienists, made me laugh with stories and gave me one of the gentlest cleanings I've ever had. She also talked through what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. It happened all in one day. Amazing. AND! the experience was pleasant and easy. The facility is gorgeous and new with state of the art equipment. I used to absolutely hate the dentist with every fiber of my being, not only has Dr. Diep and her team made me feel seen in my fear and heard in my anxiousness they have gone above and beyond to make the dentist… dare I say… Enjoyable!!! I started here due to some TMJ things that we worked through over a few months and even though I was totally sold on the 10K treatment plan when Dr Diep realized that I didn’t actually need it she didn’t push me to go forward anyways, and helped point me in alternate directions just to see me find relief! Now that my TMJ is not an issue, even though I live in Sisters Breathe Deep is my forever dental home, they are all so lovely and it is seriously the first time in 28 years I haven’t dread getting my teeth cleaned. Experiencia fantástica: Super clean and modern office. Sarah, dental hygienist, took care of me and was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Sophie takes time to explain procedures and is also friendly and efficient. I was pleased to find that they take Medicare Advantage programs.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. Going to the dentist is not something people enjoy doing, but the environment there, the staff, everything is really nice. They do have the lovely dog that goes there on Saturdays to help with emotional support for patients that might be scared of the dentist. I haven’t met him but I love knowing that this is a thing. Every single person I had contact there since I’ve been a patient have been nothing but lovely. Dr. Sophie Diepenheim also home makes these lip balms and gives them for free in the clinic. And that thing is AMAZING. It’s an experience going there. I really appreciate the staff and I am so glad I found this clinic through my insurance. They also have in-house insurance which is not the one I have because I have it through my company, but having that option is really cool!
