Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a cavity but the dentist said it was just a pocket that needed to be cleaned and then filled it to match my tooth color. It was a good experience. The dentist and hygenist. were kind and concerned about my comfort. They explained what they were doing and it was done quickly and painlessly. I will be returning and would recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the attention that was given to me today. This was my first appointment back at Bluffside in a few years, due to changes in insurance companies. I was able to easily update information on line as well as fill out dental records request from my previous dentist. Bluffside performed a full dental exam and cleaning, informed of some concerns with my dental health and put an future action plan together. Very happy with all aspects of my visit!

The staff from the front desk to back office are so nice and friendly. Diane who did my deep cleaning was so incredibly patient with me and made sure I was ok the whole time. Dr. G was friendly, direct with what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable as well. I’m so glad I found them to care for my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient since January 2021 and have received excellent care and wonderful service. May 20, 2026: Just my luck to have a very old crown become loose at bedtime. The next morning, I called before opening hours and left message of my problem. I received a return phone call to schedule an appointment later the same day. I very much appreciated the prompt service and care!

Experiencia fantástica: A typical cleaning with an amazing hygienist however I had a crown come off. No worries, Dr G to the rescue. They cleaned the crown and glued it back on and I was out of there in a timely matter.

Explained what they were gonna do in the near future. I really enjoyed being there and they were really thorough. They are all kind and caring. I could not believe at first that I could have cavities filled without pain. But Dr. Giannini is so kind that I don't concentrate on pain. Best dentist ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Best day ever. I finally had a dental hygienist who was truly amazing. She had a wonderful personality and was so good at her job. I was disappointed though because she told me she was moving to Wausau so when I rescheduled my next cleaning I told her who could she recommend there. She was a one time girl and done. Least it gave me hope there are people out there that know how to be a professional along with caring

Only reason I have to drop a star is I've already been rescheduled 4 times across 2 appointments in less than a year of being a patient there...far higher than anywhere else I've gone (Valley, Midwest, and Main St). All that being said, Dr. G is fantastic and worth the wait!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin? I hadn't been to the dentist in more years than I care to admit. Being a Mom of 3, my own dental hygiene took the backburner to my kids' needs. After having a few teeth that were hurting me so bad that I had to find a dentist, I did a ton of research and after seeing so many positive reviews for Dr. G. & her team at Bluffside Smiles I called to make an appointment. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that I had made the right choice with Bluffside Smiles! The receptionists were so friendly & you could tell that they truly enjoyed their job. Dr. G. & her hygienists were so incredibly personable & made me feel so comfortable and never once made me feel bad for the shape a few of my teeth were in. After several appointments to take care of my problem teeth, I am confident that I can keep up with regular dental checkups. And honestly, I'll miss going into the dentist every few weeks! I even got my parents to switch to Dr. G. & her team after they were having several problems with their former dentist. If you're looking for a dentist & a team that loves their jobs, Bluffside Smiles is the place!!!

I am especially grateful for the care and support in the process of getting dentures and a bridge. Leanne is so knowledgeable and helpful. After I had my teeth extracted I received a temporary dentures. They waited several months so that all the swelling was gone before taking impressions for the permanent denture. They were so good about getting me in for any adjustments that needed to be made. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gianelli at Bluffsides Smiles Dental has been my dentist for many years and has always provided excellent dental care for me. She has filled cavities, given me several tooth crowns (pain free I might add) and provided me good dental guidance. Their hygienists on staff have been excellent with my teeth cleanings every 6 months. I would highly recommend them for dental care services.

Having any sort of work done here is so easy because of the way the staff treats me. They're super chatty and comforting, and they show a genuine interest in me which puts me at ease regardless of the procedure or treatment. I cannot recommend this place enough. They do a great job on my teeth too, which is pretty important at a dentist office.
