Mountain Home Dentistry Co.

Experiencia fantástica: We came in with a problem we're giving a good referral source in Boise for services that they don't do here

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t believe there’s anybody that enjoys going to the dentist. Especially when you have to have a crown placed or a cavity filled. Everyone in this office has made this process about as nice as possible! They answer your questions and take your thoughts into consideration. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist have been awesome! I highly recommend the dome!

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but a first class experience at The Dome. The entire staff seems to enjoy what they do and make visiting the dentist a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great teamwork, excellent care. Dr and LizBeth work as a well oiled machine!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable. They helped me get my smile back and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Gigi and all the staff are my heroes!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in on an emergency. The whole traffic was amazing. Thank you

Experiencia positiva: Received great service. Everyone seemed willing to help in any way I needed. Pleasant people. Jenn did great job of cleaning my teeth! I gave a 4-star because that is what I do - I believe there is always room for improvements in any business or affiliation. But this office did a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are so kind. You walk in feeling like they are truly happy to see you and that you’ll be taken care of. Not only that but they have done their best to work with me on scheduling and have communicated so well anytime a better opportunity has come up in scheduling for me. I had a pretty extensive cleaning done today. I’ve had these done in the past and my mouth has been so sore after. They took great care to be gentle yet thorough. Thankful to have given this place a try after our move here to Mountain Home. I don’t see me going anywhere else through our time here.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely outstanding service! I've been going for a few months now just for fluoride cleanings and everytime it's amazing, they also helped me with a tooth removel and the entire process was a breeze, 10/10 stars all around

Experiencia fantástica: Professional knowledgeable and courteous. Best dental care ever. I am so grateful for after so many years of loss I’m so proud to smile. Thank Yo

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, Jenn is awesome, very painless experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional staff. I was very comfortable with the whole experience. I have definitely found my new dentist after bad experiences elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: Jen is absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed bc I was super scared of the dentist. She made me love my smile! They're amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Experiencia fantástica: It's always a great experience, they explain what they are doing before they do it. They check during to make sure your comfortable. Friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gigli did an amazing job. The staff is always pleasant and professional. A great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very modern dentistry, super dentist and dental technicians

Experiencia fantástica: The people and the Doctor are all very friendly. It was a fast and painless appointment. What more can you ask for in a dental appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Always so nice! They discuss treatment options so you're informed, and they respect your choices. It's a good experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had oral surgery on Monday to remove wisdom teeth. I received excellent care and treatment. Dr. Gigli and his staff ensure your needs are addressed with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I was thoroughly pleased that the doctor was going to take the time to look at the medication that I use for my cancer and whether or not he should proceed with the extraction and he chose to not go with the extraction himself, but to pass it to someone more experienced in what could happen. Many Dentists think they might be able to do it, but I’m glad that he chose not to. I will continue to go to the dome.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been impressed by the education given by the staff. The staff is very friendly also which is nice since no one actually enjoys going to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, prompt & gentle treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I give Dr. Gigli and his staff five stars. They always so accommodating and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was super nice and very helpful with all my questions I had. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to go there!

Experiencia negativa: Used to see dr g at Verona and I’m just leaving this so others are not in my situation. Both of the root canals dr g claimed to fix are now abscesses and need to be redone 2 years later.. also both of the caps he placed have gaps between the gum and the crown and need to be replaced — 2000 dollars for both. Thanks! For nothing .

Experiencia fantástica: Mtn. Home dentistry gives great service & exceptional dentistry. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to make and the location is convenient. I highly recommend them. Excellent service! Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. Gigli were all amazing. Very detailed with treatment plan. Gave options and kept my wants and feelings in mind throughout the appointment. The whole staff made visiting the dentist a more enjoyable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Booking my appointment was super easy even had to change my appointment once (i live out if town) Walking up I wasn't too sure what to think. I figured it would be just another consult. It wasn't it was the best experience ive had at a dentist office. The front staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The Dr's aid and gal that took my x-rays was super nice and very respectful of myself and my 2 children. The Dr. Was beyond amazing he was straight to the point didn't beat around the bush with information he saved both of us time and energy. Unfortunately I am unable to use this office for my needs at this time. But the Dr personally messaged the dentist he sent me to. That right there shows me that he truly cares about the care of his patients. Never have I ever had that happen before! 100% recommend. Hopefully in the future I will be able to visit again!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the Mountain Home Dentistry. They make going to the dentist not so bad. The dentists are great and caring and all the other staff are great also.

Experiencia fantástica: Every visit is perfect! Everyone is top notch professional, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. Dr Gigli is all that and more. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so very caring from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out. I smile with great joy. Thank you so so very much.

Experiencia fantástica: My tough situation was taken care of with great care. I am grateful to have gone to Dome Dentistry. I will never be afraid of dental assistance again. Bless DDS Steven Gigli.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient at The Dome Dentistry; I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Gigli and Darcie for the outstanding care they provided during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciate the time Dr. Gigli took to explain the procedure and ensure I was comfortable throughout. His skill and gentle approach made the experience far better than I anticipated, and Darcie did a wonderful job keeping me calm and her attendance to my needs were wonderful. Thank you again for your excellent service — it is greatly appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are wonderful. I'm absolutely really impressed with the service I received. My hygienist Jen and Dr Gigli explained my options thoroughly. I will be recommending you to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t thank the staff at The Done enough for their kindness and gentle service! I have severe dental anxiety from decades of bad experiences with other dentists but Dr. Gigli was incredibly patient and understanding!! It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Even though I was extremely nervous, their kindness helped me manage and get through the anxiety. I’m so grateful and happy to continue seeing Dr. Gigli for my and my family’s dental health. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gigli, Jen and the rest of the staff are fabulous! I'm so happy I made the switch to The Dome and Dr. Gigli!

Experiencia fantástica: They take good care of me. They'll take good care of you too.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the Dome is super helpful , from the front desk to the technicians in the back , Dr. Gigly is a straight forward easy to understand guy.

Experiencia fantástica: Jen was great. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Good visit!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience and staff! Love Dr Gigli, The most up to date and hi tech equipment and imaging. Explained everything and options. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is super pleasant!! Especially Lacey and Carl!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gigli and his staff rescued me from a disaster I had from an oral surgeon preparing me for the implant! When I first met Dr Gigli, we discussed my issue with the denture another dentist put into the implant spot due to the fact the surgeon had not removed to tooth under my gum, which made me have numerous infections. Dr Gigle stated he could start the entire procedure over and get me a implant. He completed the surgery to remove the tooth remaining under the gum and completed a new bone graft for the implant. Within a few months of the healing he placed the temporary implant. I would recommend anyone needing dental care and implants to Dr Gigle and his team! I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding care!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy with the crew at “The Dome”! Every one is very welcoming and understanding. I had my yearly exam there, ended up needing to replace an old huge filling into a crown. I am afraid of the needle and didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Gigli and his crew listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. And they have super tech tools. Plus, it’s a dome shaped building and I can watch the tree branches while they work on my teeth! I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Karli did such a great job with my anxious kiddo, she loves coming in to see her. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: It is a very friendly atmosphere. Everybody was pleasant to work with. All my questions were answered. I will be going back to get my implant.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love going to the Dome! The Girls are so friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend Carly as your hygienist! She did such a wonderful job, answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of! (:

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gigli by far has been the most understanding and reasonable dentists I've ever met.. The only one I respect.. I came to him with some pretty serious lifelong problems that he tackled without question or judgment.. I was at a point of no return and required full extractions and dentures.. He worked with me with pricing that no one in the area could even come close to up to including partial implants. It truly seems he has a Hippocratic oath to really help people with issues versus let's see how many billing codes we can pass through the insurance and then double Bill to the patient as many others before him.. I have the utmost respect as he is gone well beyond the typical call of duty to make sure everything has been okay up to including taking personal time off to address situations as well. He is 100% Hands-On and doesn't pass off major work to dental assistants as others have before him as well. His staff has always been pleasant, positive despite my high anxiety through the process, and helpful. This man and his office, I will recommend for life.. He saved mine.. 100% recommend.! Dr G and his staff stands above with the quality of work, ethics, and patience.. Nothing but gratitude and words cannot express to thank them enough.. For the first time in over a decade I'm learning to smile again with some pride :-)

Experiencia fantástica: I lost a filling over the weekend and The Dome was able to get me in right away on Monday. Every one is super nice, very professional and respectful of their patients time and oral health. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Steven Gigli is outstanding! I recently had a dental implant done, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. Dr. Gigli did an amazing job — the procedure was quick, painless, and far easier than I ever expected. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and showed true professionalism from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Dr. Gigli to anyone needing dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: The Dome Dentistry & Implants is a great place! Dr Gigli is an excellent doctor and has a great staff! Very happy with all the work (including an implant) that has been performed on my teeth! When you need dental work done - I highly recommend this place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Every staff member made me feel at ease. They make the dreaded appointment very pleasurable not to mention the skills they have

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience all around. Super up to date technology- easy to talk to assistants- Dr.Gigli explained everything in detail, and took his time answering my questions. I needed some treatment and the front desk was quick with my insurance/ treatment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! The dentist was awesome, staff was super friendly. Great atmosphere, I will be bringing my family to the Dome for any future dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff is so amazing and their atmosphere is very calm.

Experiencia fantástica: Painless dentistry. I had a crown replacement. I choose no anesthesia for fillings & crowns. Dr. Gigli’s excellent work. I recommend him if you are looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, went through all options. Staff was amazing, and very helpful. The best place for dental in mountain Home.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service along with great advice! It was an overall perfect experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The people who work here are so sweet and professional. I think this is the best dentist office I've been to so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at The Dome. The hygienists did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Gigli fixed a chipped crown and redid another one that wasn’t placed right before. Everything feels perfect now. The office is super clean, everyone’s friendly, and the equipment is really nice and modern. Definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I kept putting off my dental treatments and decided to roll the dice and just pick a doctor. I am so pleased I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Gigli and his staff, they are all awesome and made me feel really comfortable. I don't experience that pre-anxiety prior to my appts, no pain during teeth cleaning or exams. Top notch medical equipment and a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Gigli suggested a few treatments for my dental issues and went over them in great detail. I was able to make a solid decision based on Dr. Gigli's expertise on some Implants for my upper teeth. I am excited to get the procedure done and share the results.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and actively listen to your needs and concerns. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had major dental surgery with them and they have been absolutely amazing, every step of the way. Very informative, the ladies up front are absolutely wonderful. The doctor has been amazing every step of this process. His dental assistants are truly amazing. I highly recommend them for any and all dental procedures. Thank you Mountain Home Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: I'll tell you what, I am not a fan of the dentist, but this place has been amazing. I was hesitant on going in cause the issues I new I had, they were comforting and made me feel at ease about the whole process.. went back and had some teeth pulled aswell, it was quick and the staff and Doc were amazing.. Going back for more work, so now Im feeling like im in good hands.. Thanks Mountain Home Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: Really great experience here. Thorough, but not rough with cleanings. Efficient and skilled with fixing cavities. Great experience (as far as dental experiences go, since they've never been my favorite, ha!).

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up this morning with a dental emergency, and front desk staff, dental assistants, and dentist was absolutely amazing! They got me in right away and took care of a painful issue. They were so kind, empathetic and supportive! Great clinic and great staff! Thank you for taking care of me this morning!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dentist experience! Our whole family of 5 sees this dentist. Our kids love it! And so do I! The staff is so nice from the front desk to the dentist. I felt extremely comfortable asking questions. I highly recommend this dentistry!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really do not like going to a dentist. I do however think that the staff and the dentist did me good removing a broken molar that broke near the root. I was in large amount of pain. They removed it and covered it stitched after. The pain is minimal now. I was happy they got me in with this emergency extraction done all in 1 day even with an infection at the site. I am happy to say its far better now thanks to the dentist and staff. I would recommend to anyone that has need to get teeth fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE how my teeth look. I had a couple teeth with pretty noticeable holes/decay on them and now it looks like nothing was ever there. The past couple weeks I wouldn’t smile because of my side front tooth, it was so noticeable, they look so amazing! My dentist today(sorry I don’t remember your name) was very nice, thorough and had great taste in music Beyond happy! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Gigli and his assistant Darcie did an amazing job working with my 8 year old son! They were able to see him super last minute, they had a cancellation and squeezed him into their schedule immediately, which was important because he had a gnarly infection. They extracted the tooth and handled my son with so much patience and kindness. As an 8 year old, he was nervous and had lots of questions for them, and they thoroughly and thoughtfully gave him all the answers no matter how silly his questions were. My son left with no pain and said himself it was easier than he expected, which I think speaks volumes of their expertise and customer service. Really happy with our experience and the care they provided.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional! I am SO glad I got my work done there. Great people!

Experiencia fantástica: Mountain Home Dentistry Co hands down has the most caring staff and doctor. Dr Gigli has very clear communication, made me feel comfortable, and always explained the process of a procedure so I was aware of what was going on. He has the best staff! Lizbeth is a dental assistant there and she’s phenomenal and so is Lacey at the front desk. Everyone is so kind and caring. I have to bring my daughter sometimes and they are all so kind to her too. Amazing place. I completely recommend Mountain Home Dentistry Co’!

The dentist is by far one of the best that I’ve seen. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gigli and all of his staff were extremely pleasant and the Dr. was very informative about the procedures. I had a cleaning and the hygienist was very gentle and thorough. I also was seen for fillings and a crown. Dr. Gigli and his assistants are professional and efficient. Lacey, the treatment coordinator was very helpful by explaining the treatment plan and costs. I look forward to my future visits.

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Ken Becker. I live in SW Boise and purposely make the trip to MHD. I feel Dr Gigli has my best interest, my health, and my budget in mind. Dr. has surrounded himself with a top shelf staff. Lacey is extremely professional and a pleasure to communicate with. Carley has a very caring touch. She is constantly checking in to make sure I'm comfortable, making sure "that doesn't hurt?". I highly recommend MHD. Expect Dr and his staff to be timely, curtious, and professional. They are to me. Every. Single. Visit. -KB

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy with my dental care at Mountain Home Dentistry Co! I appreciate the most modern technology they use and how carefully the friendly staff explain every step of a procedure. There are no surprises about what the costs are going to be and they work with my insurance to make sure I’m getting the best deal. Dr Gigli is excellent always letting me decide how I want to proceed and keeping me as comfortable as possible. I used to hate going to the dentist but not now!

Experiencia fantástica: Darcie and Dr Gigli, (yes, like giggly) were absolutely the best. I always get really anxious when going to the dentist and Darcie helped me through my near panic attack. Dr Gigli was quick and professional, the offices got me in super quick and honestly I just can’t recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars, and each person I interacted with 20 stars. When I arrived check in was easy, I was back, had two molars removed and a plan of next steps to save smile and back in the road in just over about an hour. They worked with my insurance and instead of an arm and a leg it cost me two molars and a lot of good experiences. Go check out the toothdome, or as I now refer to it as, the molar dome right here in mountain home. ;)

Experiencia fantástica: A very pleasant experience with the entire team. They fit me in no notice, and exceeded my expectations for my dental requirements. Thank you very much Dr. Gigli and all of your staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gigli is great. Easy to talk with, prompt, professional, and a bit of a perfectionist which is ideal when it comes to having someone working on my teeth. The entire team from front desk to hygienist have fixed my dentist anxiety. Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and understanding staff. I was able to get in as a new patient rather quickly. My experience was wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: My previous dentist kept rescheduling me, I was in pain and frustrated! Mountain Home Dentistry got me in same day, pulled the problem teeth and got me moving forward to replacing the missing teeth! Great office and amazing staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Great vibe in this office. Amazing cleaning and checkup. She went above and beyond to clean my teeth. The dentist did an amazing job with his work my next appointment. They care and listen to you. Very happy I came here.
