Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental got me in to see the Dr as soon as possible because a part of a filling had come out and I was experiencing discomfort. They proceeded with a deep cleanse, focusing on the pockets around my teeth, then applying a laser to kill any other bacteria possibly exposed. This all prepared my teeth to be completely ready for my fillings. The dr was kind enough to not let me see the needle with the numbing anesthesia. That helped keep my anxiety at bay! The dr and her assistant worked well together to apply the filings. One has been very deep, but was still fillable. I'm thankful for all the assistance provided me, along with the application for financing, which I needed as my out of state insurance wasn't accepted. Thank you, Aspen Dental to each one who assisted me! I will be back!

Experiencia negativa: I called your call center on December the 30th to make an appointment the earliest I could get me in for a cavity that just started feeling to fill out was February the 7th I show up on February the 7th and they were like oh we don't have your appointment they didn't make it so you'll have to come back another day the earliest we can get you in would be March or something like that I can't wait another month ridiculous you call to make an appointment and you can't call their dentist office you have to call there call place and all they did was set up a profile what the hell is a profile going to do to get my teeth fixed so I do not recommend them so I gave them a one star cuz they were like oh but we're full we can't get you so I do not recognize recommend them and they did it to my daughter told her that she had to get her teeth cleaned before they can pull a tooth and she ended up going somewhere else and they told him yeah it'd be a good idea but yeah so they did the same thing to her was she was pregnant so she couldn't get in like the day that she needed to because then she had to go to her doctor her OB get a note from her OB then go to her specialist OB to get a note from him to get them to pull the tooth but another dentist did it so am I insurance only allows certain places so I guess I'm Sol now

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time ever having surgery. I had never had any surgery or even a cut before, so I was extremely nervous. I had been dealing with severe tooth pain for almost six months and kept avoiding treatment because I was scared. As the pain kept getting worse, I visited several dental clinics but never felt comfortable. When I visited this clinic, I met Dr. Nidhi (I’m sorry I can’t remember her last name), and from the very first visit, she was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. She prepared me for my surgery scheduled for the next morning and advised me to have breakfast and stay relaxed before coming in, which really helped. On the day of the surgery, she walked into the operating room with a confident smile that immediately reassured me. She was extremely caring, especially when giving me my first anesthesia shot, constantly checking to make sure I was okay. Throughout the procedure, she kept checking on me at intervals, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The entire surgery went very smoothly, and I finally got relief from the pain that had been troubling me for months. Dr. Nidhi is truly an angel. I would highly recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Nidhi. You are amazing—keep doing the wonderful work. God bless you!!

Experiencia negativa: Went in for a toothache, they recommended a periodontal cleaning 3,000 a new crown, and removal of wisdom teeth that feel good for 5,000. Went to a different dentist, got a deep cleaning for 400 and the tooth ache is gone.

Experiencia negativa: The man that makes and fixes the dentures at the facility in amarillo texas is a complete jerk!! I have bought and paid for two full sets of dentures here and honestly never been treated as bad as he has treated me!! The other staff has been pleasant but for some reason he isnt! I paid good money to have good teeth and he refused to make them the way i asked and when a tooth broke its looks like he super glued it like a child. I have recommended yall to my friends but after this ill definitely tell them not to go here because of him!!

It makes the fitting and size of partials perfect. Th doctor in Amarillo was very understanding and helpful. I also liked the fact that after having my partials for a few weeks they called to make sure everything was fitting correctly. I have to admit I was very Leary about having partials and the fitting. They made me real comfortable and I am glad I had it done. 6/17/2025: My dentures cracked I went to aspen hoping I wouldn’t have to get a new set , they were able to repair I’m just a few hrs. Very satisfied either way their prompt service

Experiencia positiva: During my first visit, the staff was very polite and kind. They explained each step (checking in, getting x-rays, examining gums) very clearly. However, the wait time from checking in and getting seen was quite long. Also, they couldn’t do a routine cleaning during the first visit, which I found a bit odd since other dentists I’ve been to can do an evaluation and cleaning in the same visit. Unfortunately, rescheduling is a huge pain. I tried calling their number and the front desk is unavailable or they say they will call you back and never do. I did like my hygienist though, since she was kind and did a good job. When I had to get a couple cavities filled, it was a bit odd that some of their equipment stopped working and I had to move rooms. Overall, this is a below average experience and I only went because it was the very few dentists that accepted the insurance I had at the time. Now that I’m on my husband’s insurance, I go to a much better dentist now.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive experience! I had extractions done a week ago and fitted with temporary dentures. I was having fit issues and some pain involve and the young lady who took care of me today was amazing and so very thorough. She explained everything that she was doing, and when I walked out, my dentures felt 100% better and are fitting like a glove. I am literally thrilled with the outcome!

Kept scheduling me for a hygenist chair, call to change date due to there mistake, yet still have me scehduled when new dates come. There was 1 nice Young girl there training who was nice but the one training her the very heavy set Older lady had a cardboard personality. Our appointments were for 9 and 10 am. We walked out at 935 am. Because we still weren't taken care of. Service is terrible. WILL never go back.

Experiencia positiva: I'd rate 5 stars but the receptionist they have has no idea how to do her job and it speaks for itself. She was provided a full paper of information showing who was the primary holder of our insurance and what insurance we had, had almost all of it written in wrong causing problems with our insurance. Even giving her my social on that and my insurance number. I'm honestly baffled. The ladies were more concerned about being on their phones and laughing than actually doing their jobs. It was 2 Hispanic ladies in the front. Everytime the doctor came around the corner they were quick to act like they were working. These women will destroy your business if you're not careful. My husband is due for a pulling and I'm honestly concerned about how these ladies will act while he's there.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t recommend this place. Had a tooth pulled which hurt. Then after it healed a month later I feel something sticking out of my gums. I called to see about getting it checked out and they still want to charge for the mess up.

Experiencia negativa: Only giving a 1 star rating because Google makes me. I walked in and it immediately smelled like sewer. After checking in I went to the bathroom. It was disgusting. Toilet paper rolls all over toilet was peed all over. The smell was terrible. I’ve been in better gas station bathrooms. That should’ve been enough to make me run for the door but nope. My Appointment was at 9:30 after waiting over an hour I finally went up to the desk and asked my appointment time just to be sure. And, I was correct it was for 9:30. My appointment was at 9:30 and now it’s after 10:30. Instead of letting anyone know it was going to be a long wait they said nothing. I find that very unprofessional and rude. Inconsiderate of people’s time. I drove 2 hours just to come to this appointment so a total wasted time of 5 hours for my day thanks Aspen Dental for nothing. You owe me gas money for this.

Experiencia negativa: I am terrified of dentist. I made my appointment due to wisdom tooth pain and knowing they were needing to come out based off of the teeth growing in sideways. I went to the appointment and I was told I had a pretty bad gum/bone infection that has caused bone and gum loss. My wisdom teeth all need to come out. I made a plan with the Financial lady and booked my appointment to get my teeth pulled and then my 2nd appointment to do a deep clean and to help get rid of the infection. I work nights I made sure to let them know that and today while I was asleep for work I got a call and a text saying that they need to reschedule my appointment but didn’t tell me which appointment needs to be rescheduled. I have already put in for PTO at my job which my job so kindly gave me even though I am supposed to give a month notice as we work with foster kids and finding coverage is hard to do. So now I have to call them in the morning and hope it’s not for my tooth removal as I’m in so much pain all I can even eat is like jello. I understand that things happen but you cannot expect me to change my schedule and move things around multiple times just to fit your schedule. I have already changed my schedule once to get my procedure done and now I’m being asked to do that again and that is not professional nor is it good bedside manner. If I have to go somewhere else I will but I’d rather not since I’ve already had everything set up.

Experiencia negativa: I would give a 0 if it had one. I was 4 minutes late for my appointment and they said they couldn't see me. I was told I would have to reschedule. The waiting room was empty and there were not any cars out front. I had cash money in hand but I guess they don't need anyone's money. We had to drive from out of town just to be told to reschedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say I left a review a couple of months ago because I wasn't impressed with the front desk lady or the financial lady. But my visit today once again the hygienist lady was very kind, got into another room the dentist from Lubbock and his assistant, so very nice. In fact this particular visit I have to say was one of the best visits I've ever had in a dental office. Absolutely great people. Thank you Aspen dental.

Experiencia negativa: Not good. I broke my front tooth on my denture. They set up an appointment for the next day. I got there just to be told the lab tech wasn't there and I couldn't get a repair. 3 days before Thanksgiving. If the would have told me that i couldn't get it repaired when i set the appointment, i could have went elsewhere and hd it fixed. I wont be back. No good business practices.

Experiencia negativa: $2600 for a deep clean.. take off the Laser $1650.. I have never .. total was 21000.00 and they don’t want to detour from there plan.. if you like to blow money .. go for it!!

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been back to this location in a few years but had some good, some bad experiences in the past. Today I LOVED the dentist I saw! She was friendly, patient and clearly explained the pros and cons of my options. I then LOVED the office manager who went through and helped me set up an action plan around the financial end of things. I also loved the way she interacted with the staff who clearly liked her! Overall, even though the news wasn’t particularly good (which I knew it wouldn’t be), I still left very pleasantly surprised by my visit!

Experiencia negativa: The first quote for reglueing my tooth on my lower denture I thought was way high at 250. When I asked for the business manager to quote me the price came to 126 better. But still I think was hi. I would have liked 60 much better. For replying the denture back on.

Experiencia positiva: Ive been going to Aspen Dental for a few months now and so far it’s been a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Medea Mohseni! Every visit is a great experience, with a friendly staff that always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. My dental hygienist is also great! I had some issues with billing, there were times I didn’t quite understand what portion I was responsible for and what insurance would cover. Surprises frustrates me, but overall my treatment has gone smoothly with no complications. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, kind, and thorough, this is the place to go!

Experiencia positiva: I have been going here for years because it is the only place in Amarillo that takes my dental insurance. The work I have had done has been adequate. Their hygienist are great. The only problem is making an appointment. Today was the second time I thought I was going for a cleaning , but was only scheduled for X-rays. Happily they were able to work in my cleaning instead of making be come back again.

Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment for a broken tooth. Hoping that the least of things to happen was to get the tooth extracted. I knew I needed a deep cleaning and I knew that would be a problem because I needed the cleaning...badly. Dr. Moshseni help me out tremendously during my appt and was able to leave with my goals met. I greatly appreciated the time and treatment she gave me. As well as the her hygienist that worked with her. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Had to schedule a last minute emergency appt for tooth pain while out of town on vacation. Front desk staff was very friendly and dental assistant and dentist were both kind and informative. Have to see the dentist again at another vacation location next week and this location called them to make the appt, which was very helpful!

Experiencia positiva: I liked the very fast service, the dentist was very nice and so were the staff. Those are the positives. I didn't like how rundown the office looked, the bathroom sink is going to be used for brushing teeth (fact) have a clean area to do so, the music while extracting tooth was awful, with cussing and explicit, very explicit songs, with trash tv on the screen of dental chair. Is this not a family dentistry? Because it was fast, when extracting my tooth, there was no care not to hit the other teeth with the tools, I was so worried that another tooth was going to be broken or cracked. It was almost no care to that. So there are my pros and cons.

Experiencia negativa: Had to ask off of work three weeks in advance to get in for a deep cleaning that I was ecstatic to get. My job is very demanding so time off is minimal and hard to get approved for. Drove an hour and half from work, just to get to the office for them to tell me that my appointment had been cancelled BY THEM and somebody "should've called me." The office seemed to care less about the fact that I lost money and time due to their negligence. Rescheduled an appointment because I have no other choice and need the treatment ASAP. Highly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the staff and the lack of communication, and when I asked for some accountability they had nothing to say and gave me slight attitude as if it was my fault for not being in the loop. And to top all of this off, I tried to call them 4 times to confirm my appointment the morning of, but wasn't able to get through to the office.. All they told me pretty much was " Sorry about that, " and basically acted as if they couldn't care less if I continued to do business with them or not. Highly unsatisfactory.. Would not recommend this place.

Experiencia positiva: An overall great experience. They take the time to listen to you and address each concern and question. My dentist and hygienist made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and felt no pain. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 is the 30 wait after appointment time to be called.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a horrible place to get dental work done, my grandmother got all her teeth pulled and needed dentures they gave her temporary dentures and then when it was time to pick up her actual dentures they wanted another $5000 and she did not have it right away so she made a payment plan and is making payments towards paying off the dentures but they won’t give them to her until she pays it off. What is she supposed to do without her teeth I find that to be very unethical and I don’t appreciate them basically lay-waying her teeth something that she truly needs. Don’t give them your business

Experiencia positiva: My aunt needed a broken tooth pulled because it was causing an infection., but the dentist decided to pull a different tooth rather than the one that needed to come out, and had her assistant change it on the chart to make it right. Her primary doctor doesn't want her to go back now. All the other workers were nice, but the whole incident has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a consultation for dentures. Everything was smooth sailing, until I got to the pricing. It’s Pretty expensive! Especially compared to what the prices are when you look them up online. Everyone was very friendly and they do have good customer care.
