Experiencia fantástica: Had a Great 2nd appt with these folks today. Anxiety always high going to the dentist, but didn't feel that at all today. The 1st gentleman that polished my teeth (cant remember his name, too nervous lol) was exceptionally relaxing and gave me good advice. Tell him! Please! My hygienist Lindsey was ever so gentle, but very precise in her work. Dr Matt was super nice and reassuring all good! I left feeling like, Wow. That was easy! Silly me! Thank you !! Experiencia positiva: I had two appointments today, because they rescheduled one of mine (they were short staffed). When they rescheduled me for the same day appointments, I made sure that it would be okay to do both procedures in one day and they assured me it would be “fine”. They did my fillings right away, but then made me wait almost an hour 53 minutes in the waiting room for my other appointment. For both appointments, I had to get my right side numbed. Because I had to wait so long, I had to get additional numbing for my second appointment. I wish they would’ve scheduled them separately or not made me wait so long in between. Getting numbed both times was not fun and I did not appreciate sitting in the waiting room for an hour. Lindsey was amazing and very sweet. The rest of the visit was rough!

Today2 18 26 had crown re done this one fits like a glove much better than old one you all are the best I've ever been to.went in today7 15 26 had to get implants looked at as last cleaning I think 7 6 26 noticed they might be loose, glad they caught it earily and then in a week checked and fixed the problem promptly you all always take care of me

After I really had time to think about my 2 check up and cleaning I realized that at my previous Dentist visits they alway would do a check on the measurement of my gums on my yearly checks

My Dentist Dr. Mike and his assistant were amazing… I had a really tough tooth to pull and other procedures along with the tooth , Dr. Mike just kept dealing with the stubborn tooth with patience and eventually removed the tooth . He is truly a wonderful dentist. And all the staff are wonderful also !

Experiencia fantástica: I was incredibly happy with my new crown. They took the time to make sure it really fit and sat in my mouth well. I suprised them, having issues with I-30 which has a long history. They took extra time to pull off I-30 which is an implant and investigate. We think it was loose over time. Dr. Matt tighten it down. I was very happy walking out of the dentist today. My teeth feel good. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give Dr. Megan 6 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She did my Botox (again) today and as always, she was AMAZING! Not only does she do incredible work (seriously… flawless results every time), but she also makes the entire experience so comfortable and easy. She’s fun to talk to, keeps things light, and somehow makes getting poked with a needle about as painless as it can possibly be! I trust her completely and won’t go anywhere else. If you’re even thinking about Botox, PLEASE go see Dr. Megan, you’ll be obsessed!

Experiencia fantástica: My whole family ( mom, sister, husband, kids, myself) has been visit HE for years and we always love how nice they are and the amazing service! I’m about to start braces treatment and I’m so excited , my mom doesn’t speak any English but they always find the way to communicate with her and give her the best service! Highly recommend it! My husband is very picky about the places he gets service from, but he loves here! Thank you! Update: after 9 months my teeth are so perfect!! My confidence came back, they fixed my tongue tied, I still have 8 months of braces treatment and I don’t wanna let them go!! I feel so cute! Everytime I have an issue with my braces , for example it’s hurting me or one braces fells off, they give me appointments right away!!! I live in Plattsburg and work in Smithville (across the street from the clinic)they are so flexible to let me go to Smithville during my work ours to fix quick my braces im so happy for everything you have done with me teeth and my mouth!

Not only because of their skill but because the customer service is top notch!!! Everyone is very nice. Not only do they listen to your concerns they address them as well. They take the time to explain what they see and make you feel comfortable as well. They don’t rush you through for the next appt. I have been very pleased since I made the switch to Hildebrand. If you hate how you’re treated at your current dentist, you should give them a try.
