Experiencia fantástica: Made me feel comfortable and cared for. Great staff and Dr.
Experiencia fantástica: This has been the most positive experience I've ever had at a dentist appointment. Dr. Haws is honest and to the point, while making sure you understand what can be, and what needs to be done. The staff is very professional and does everything they can to make sure your visit is as pleasant as it can be considering where you are. I think I found my new dentist. Thanks to all staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Haws and his staff were awesome. They all worked together very well and made sure I understood my options for a treatment plan I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Dentist.
Experiencia fantástica: How's Family Dentistry was able to get me in very quickly and resolve issues with teeth. Very professional and easy to deal with. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
Experiencia fantástica: The staff is friendly and makes sure you're comfortable. Dr. Haws makes sure you know what's going on at every step of the process
Experiencia fantástica: The staff are friendly, and Dr Haws is really good about going over your options with you and letting you know what he recommends, as well as what is optional
Experiencia negativa: The dentist is great, but the billing department is completely unacceptable. My son has gone to this office his entire life. After he turned 18, he continued care and had work done. It took them two years to process the insurance claim. During that time, they accepted payments — then suddenly stopped and demanded the full remaining balance within two months. After their own two-year delay, that demand was unreasonable. The account was sent to collections, and now they refuse to see anyone in our family. Excellent dental care does not excuse poor, disorganized, and punitive billing practices. Be very cautious and get everything in writing before agreeing to treatment.
Hi James. I do not see you or your son in our records. We also do not have any billing situations like you have described. I think you have the wrong Dental Office. If either of you are looking for a new Dentist, we would love to see you. Please call the office at 435-734-9144. Thank you
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Haws very kindly got me in for an emergency appointment even though I was not one of his patients. The staff was very kind and helpful and Dr Haws was very knowledgeable and able to help me. Overall I was very pleased with my visit.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr Haws explained everything in easy terms. He and his staff put you at ease and are very professional. I would definitely recommend his office.
Experiencia fantástica: If I could give Dr Haws and his staff 10 stars I would! I am a full time traveler, only in town for a couple days when my tooth broke! I reached out for an appointment and Jennifer was able to get me in the next day! I had a fantastic experience, I received a new crown in less than two hours! The entire staff at the office are amazing! So kind, knowledgable and helpful. They all made me feel like I actually mattered to them. This level of customer service is so rare today! Dr. Haws is so outgoing! Not your typical dentist. It's refreshing! If I lived in Brigham City, Dr Haws and his team would be my dentist! Another perk...Their office is gorgeous! Upscale! I felt like I was in a fancy day spa. Very calming and comfortble, the dental chair has a back massager built right in!
Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, they did a awesome job!
Experiencia fantástica: This is the best team! Dr. Haws and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. They all take great pride and care in the work they do.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been a fan of dentist I have had a bad cavity in one of my back teeth for a few years now that I had been neglecting on getting fixed. I had the tooth break a little at work on Wednesday went to a dentist in my town that day was told I would need a root canal and was sent away because they couldn’t do the root canal there. I would have to go to a different dentist in Logan to get the treatment. I decided to go here and see if I could get a second opinion. The atmosphere was amazing. I was pretty nervous coming in because it had been a while since I have been in. Jayson was great and filled the cavity, and told me I didn’t actually need the root canal.
Experiencia fantástica: Jayson Haws is a awesome dentist and very good at explaining all the details about my visit and thank you again

Experiencia fantástica: Great care was taken for my tooth issue. Very happy with the whole experience. K cleaned my teeth marvelously
Thanks Laurie for the Five Star Review!
Experiencia negativa: It’s only a one stat because I can’t do zero. I came here a few years ago and got a couple cavities filled and they were AWFUL. My teeth are jagged and after one filling I wasn’t able to fully close my mouth until it just fell off?? I was also told I had over 10 cavities and then when I went to another dentist I was told I don’t have any at all. They just want your money. Do. Not. Go. Here.
At Haws Family Dentistry, we value all feedback, so we can best understand how to best serve the families of Brigham City, Utah. We were unable to find any record of your concerns being expressed to our staff, although we saw you a few times after your fillings were done. We welcome the opportunity to go over your xrays with you to show you the cavities that were diagnosed in an effort to make sure you are feeling comfortable with the treatment you received in 2019. In addition, we would love to look at the teeth you mentioned in your review in order to see what concerns you’re experiencing.
Experiencia fantástica: I love Haws Family Dentistry. They’re so helpful and kind. They’re very great about sending reminders of appointments so you don’t forget. The care is excellent and all the staff again are very kind and nice. Dr Haws is also a patient dentist and listens to concerns and most importantly he’s gentle when it comes to procedures. I’ve had many other dentists who were very rough and not mindful of pain or sensitivity when doing dental procedures and that is not Dr Haws. Overall I cannot recommend Haws Family Dentistry enough. Their service is excellent, all the staff is great and every experience I’ve had there has been wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife, brother and I have been Dr. Haws’ patients since he first started his practice in Brigham in 2004, 18 years ago. So we have seen him and his staff numerous times for a variety of care- cleaning, root canals, crowns, dental implants etc. The service we have received has been over the top. We strongly recommend that folks who are looking for a dentist give him an opportunity to treat you. You will be very pleased. Just had a bridge replacement procedure done. Dr.Haws took over 18 years to make sure it was really needed. His cautious approach and his assurance that he would treat me like his own dad in recommending and performing such expensive procedures convinced me to go through with it. Two weeks later, yesterday morning, he installed the bridge with no problems. It fit perfectly. All done in about half hour. On January 8, 2024 I had a routine filling appointment in the morning. But I asked Dr. Haws to look at a crown that felt loose. Indeed it was. So rather than asking me to make another appointment at a later date, he took care of the problem right away by putting on a temporary crown. Who knows when the loose crown would have fallen off and created other problems. His proactive action is much appreciated. Dr. Haws is a big asset to our community. I had another incident wherein my bridge broke in May 2024. Dr. Haws said that this was the first time he experienced this. He immediately ordered a replacement bridge and now all is well. He and his team are truly very good in taking care of their patients.
Suresh, Thanks for being such excellent patients and allowing us to be your dental provider for so many wonderful years. We appreciate your goodness.

Experiencia fantástica: Are like most people and don't want to go until you have to? Me too. I'm so happy that I found DDS Haws, because I was in a great deal of pain. He did an emergency. He put temp filling in. I didn't feel a thing. I'm not dreading the root canal at all. You'll be glad that you did.
Hi April! Thank you for so much for the 5 star review! We appreciate all of our patients, and we work hard to ensure every visit to our office is a positive visit! We are excited to continue to provide you and your family with the best dental care possible!
Experiencia negativa: I came here for a cleaning, my first time visit since coming back from vacation and had to see a new dentist. the office was right away a negative energy, the receptionist had a god awful attitude towards me and my kid. Felt a lite Racey? Me and my baby girl are African American and she was very clearly a lil white lady. I wouldn't trust my kids alone here. Gotta say the feel was not a welcome environment if you catch me. Stay clear if you can.

Experiencia negativa: How about we begin with the fact that the dentist damaged one of my vaniers during what should've been a filling and refused to repair damages. Or maybe with the fact that when i brought up the complaint again and asked to make an appointment to have it fixed or reimbursed, they told me not to call, or come back? pRoFeSSiOnAl.

Thanks Carson! We are impressed with your kindness as well. We have some great patients. Thanks for allowing us to be part of your smile.
Experiencia positiva: I give this place 4 Stars, everything is great and professional, and so is everyone. They use high quality materials. The only thing I didn't care for was how the doctor was a bit rough and in a hurry when it came to the numbing part. If he would have just slowed down a little bit for that part, it would have been a much better experience. Overall the outcome is perfect and I would recommend.
Thank you for your review. It is always our goal to provide high quality dentistry with minimal discomfort. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback. Dr. Haws is great at providing additional comfort measures as needed to help his patients feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a senior citizen, I have experienced many different dentists over the years. I can honestly say Haws Family Dentistry is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. The staff is excellent, the hygienist does a very thorough job. Dr. Haws himself is excellent, he continues to keep current with dentistry practices and has corrected many mistakes of previous dentists. ( and he can give a shot that isn’t painful.) By far the BEST DENTIST ever!!!
LeAnn your the best and we sure enjoy your smile here in the dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and friendly, it’s always a great experience. They make you feel completely comfortable. I have told several friends about how much I like my dentist and his staff.
Thanks for the excellent review. We enjoy being part of your smile.
Experiencia negativa: Be careful going here!! This place left permanent pain in my teeth doing simple filling of cavities, He was rushing to get done fast. I didn’t notice until numbing wore off that my teeth hurt so bad and even water hurt, I had this happen with one tooth he did and I thought maybe it was just a sensitive tooth even though it was fine before he worked on it. Well I had my husband look at it and there is huge brown spot and I had to miss multiple days of work because of pain, well they cannot get me in on the one day of the week I don’t have to work. And best believe they are not going to work a min after hours to help you. I cannot chew without pain anymore AT ALL!! So that’s permanent like the previous one he did. Also after I posted this review his office called and said he could stay late and take a look even though google says they are open late on that day so he really wasn’t gonna stay after hours it seems like a guilt thing. But I was able to get squeezed into a different dentist to see if he can fix the pain and this office has the nerve to charge me $50 for not going back.
Thanks for recommending us as a dental office, we enjoy being part of your smile.
Experiencia negativa: BEWARE- Shared my confidential information with random people over the phone, exposing information I didn lt give consent to share. Messed up the only operation I trusted them with, causing me extreme pain.
Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and was treated very well.Thank you all very much .
As a staff, it is always a pleasure to assist with your smile. We look forward to your future visits.
