Experiencia fantástica: We’re so thankful Children’s Dental Center was able to get us in quickly for an unexpected tooth repair. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I know Dr. Rebecca was busy, but she took time to explain everything well and was so patient and fun with my 3 year old daughter!

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't be more pleased, and absolutely impressed not only with the amazing skills the doctor has, but also the staff! They are beyond willing to go above and beyond to not only making their patience happy but also the parents! The only issue would be that they don't extend their practice to adults! As I find myself super disappointed that I don't receive this kind of care myself, down to a tv monitor on the ceiling available during the exam! Thank you @ CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY! ❤️

The only thing is that they can take a long time getting you in and out but I understand that they are well sought out and therefore are always busy. Overall, the wait is worth it for the quality dental treatment received for my children. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing experience for my almost 4-year-old (sensitive) son! We had had a bad experience previously at a different dentist. This was night and day! From the hygienist, to the staff, to the dentist - they were so very sweet! He even was open to getting x-ray pictures and got an extra token for a prize. Will be coming back with our other kids.

I called a week prior, they were able to get me in the following week, all 3 at the same time. Every single one of the girls working were SO amazing and kind. If my kids had questions, they answered them and made them feel so comfortable. The whole process was amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: My 6 year old, nonverbal autistic son, has had horrible experience at dentist offices. Bad enough where we can't even get to see his teeth get cleaned, just a scream fest and leave. This office and staff was AMAZING. His first visit, he walked in (usually he is nervous in ne places), great environment, went back to the room (he was open to exploring), and the dentist and her assistant was able to actually look in his mouth and brush. They passed no judgement as my kiddo is special and needs certain help. I really have to say this office is great and we will be back.

My son is autistic and struggles with communication and he was accommodated without me even asking. The individuals that work here are very informative, passionate & dedicated. She makes him enjoy going to the dentist because she teaches him about the tools and never rushes him when he needs a break. We also love Shelby and Rebecca and really the whole staff. They make the experience great from start to finish!

Dr. Ahmad was so quick and very kind. Jen came in to help and was so sweet. But, Caleigh who we spent the most time with, truly made this visit go so smoothly. Sne was so warm, welcoming and my boy just loved her. She explained everything she was going to do and made it fun. Her presence is calming which is so helpful for apprehensive little ones. You can tell she was just made to work with kiddos. I raved about her and the whole office all day, you guys are just so great.

Sometimes seeing the dentist can be scary for younger children but both of my children have no concerns with going to the dentist. Definitely would recommend.

Tender care yet effective treatment for all his dental needs. The waiting room is a colorful and fun environment for kids. I've never experienced a problem with appointments, payments or insurance issues.

Experiencia positiva: I scheduled an appointment to establish care for my 6 yr old kid and had concerns for a retained baby lower incisor and upon x-rays, he had a cavity in one the baby premolar and the dentist Dr Rebecca explained everything to me, no need of extraction as the baby incisor is very wiggly, would come out on its own. I was presented with an estimated treatment prices without the insurance and I have mailed my insurance twice and got different estimate with insurance later and I was happy for it. Dentist and the team did the whole procedure - fillings, crown placed, sealants and extracted the wiggly baby tooth too which I was told does not need an extraction during the pre-treatment and was not on the estimate presented. Went to front desk paid upfront which is $50 less than the presented estimate which I am happy with. After 30 mins of leaving the clinic, got a call from the clinic that I need to pay another $288 for the extraction which was done but was not on the estimate, was told not needed as it is wiggly enough that it will come out on its own. I ended up paying extra $288. I am happy about the services I got and the whole team is great but unhappy about the unexpected additional payment.

She has developed some significant dental anxiety recently (after being seen elsewhere) but by the end of the visit they had won her over! The dentist even sang to her during the checkup and when we left she insisted on giving the dental assistant a hug - it was amazing. Highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: This practice has really great hygienists and dentists who truly know how to interact with kids and remove any fear/hesitation associated with dentist offices. My daughter has been going here since she turned 1, every 6 months, and is now 3.5 and excited to come here.

Experiencia fantástica: I loveee this dentist office and so do my children! The staff has always been so polite and caring towards my children! The office is always clean, decorated and has a little gaming station for children to play while they wait to be seen.

Experiencia fantástica: Patient Staff, really helped my daughter get over her fear of the dentist! They had her come in every three months for fluoride to help keep cavities from progressing until she was comfortable enough to get them filled. These were cavities that were diagnosed at around 18 mo. After coming every three month and doing therapeutic visits to get her comfortable with the dentist, I’m happy to say she sat in the big girl chair and those cavities are now filled 3 years later!

Experiencia fantástica: This office never treats us like cattle. We are never rushed and they take time to explain every action to my very anxious 8 yr old. They take breaks when needed. Dr Rebecca even sings! I highly recommend this office over the other "more popular" practice in the area. This feels like family.

My daughter had a tooth emergency right when we came back from vacation. Not only did they fit us in the same day that we came back from vacation, they took care of my daughters needs made her feel so comfortable. It's really hard as a parent seeing your child in pain. Not only was she nervous i was nervous as well. Dr. Rebecca Rafla did such a great job with pulling her tooth out made her feel at easy. When people ask me where do my children go for dental care I always say the " Children's Dental Center ". Thank you for always taking good care of my children and providing the best care

One of the biggest reasons I missed the appointment was because they set up the wrong reminder text message email and call automation to a different number. I also spoke to three different people before even get into the proper person I needed to speak to. Very unprofessional and confusing. Having their policy lost my business with my kids going to their dentistry

Experiencia negativa: We have taken our daughter to this dentist since we have taken custody of her over 2 year ago. Got placed with two foster care kids who have missed multiple appointments with biological parents and we had to reschedule because both kids have 101+ fever. Told us we were getting banned/discontinued due to the amount of missed visits by the bio parents. Front desk is horrible

Everyone here is very nice and good at making the kiddo feel comfortable with the entire cleaning process. She will be a returning patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my kids go here and this is the best Children's Dentist you will find! They go above and beyond and make your kids feel comfortable about getting their teeth cleaned and any work they may need to do. Dr. Rebecca Rafla is the best and is always so kind, my kids love her! Dr. Edwards is also another good one and the first visit she gives the kids a cute book she wrote about teeth. I definitely recommend taking your kids here, you wont be disappointed!!!

Experiencia negativa: Everyone was friendly and the office was clean. My only complaint is when I called to schedule my kids for cleanings, I gave my insurance information to verify it was within network. I was told it was within network. Turns out we were not, and received a bill for $200. One of my kids is only 1 year old so I basically paid $100 for fluoride application.

Experiencia negativa: Took all 3 children here for checkups & cleanings. Office was clean, staff was super friendly & service was great! However, Dr. Qafleshi refused further care & treatment since we would not do the fluoride treatment. Wish they would have mentioned this when making the appointment considering I stated no fluoride treatment then. They just said no big deal. So now we have to find another dentist & do the referral bit.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience here with Dr Donny and the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr Donny is very knowledgeable and personable while speaking at a level that patients and parents understand. He isn’t quick to recommend procedures without communicating risks and benefits and presents options in a very non pressured way. The staff took excellent care of our three month old daughter, and even a week post procedure, we are seeing great benefits! I highly recommend this practice, and would even suggest traveling out of your way to come here. We travel from center grove and it is more than worth it!

She is seven and on the autism spectrum which led to her having a really difficult time with going to the dentist as she is super sensitive when it comes to her mouth. Years of struggling with textures and tooth brushing (thankfully she loves tooth brushing now and goes to feeding therapy that has helped with textures as well), they have been nothing short of amazing. They have helped us so much along the way and give her the best care we could ask for. They make sure she is comfortable throughout the whole appointment providing a weighted blanket and sensory toys following with giving stickers throughout, making her feel good about getting through something that’s not comfortable for her. Thank you guys so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Children's Dental Center (located at 116th & Cumberland in Fishers) has been my girls' pediatric dentist for about 5 years now. We LOVE them! The entire staff from the receptionists to dental hygienists have always been so friendly & gentle. I always know how much I will pay before services -- they make working with insurance easy. The facility is clean and bright. There are thoughtful childrens' amenities throughout (own entrance, video games in waiting area, little potty in the bathroom). My girls like the token + prize tower at the end of their visit!
