Experiencia negativa: We’ve had a really frustrating time at Bright orthodontics and I look forward to the day. They take the braces off our kids and we no longer have to deal with them. I have to say the communication has been very minimal. And I think their priority is payments and payment plans. If you are behind at all with one payment, you cannot even schedule your child’s next visit. We went to the other day in the impression that the kids were going to be getting their braces removed only to find out they both need to go again a few more times so I’ll be honest very poor communication The dental assistants are always very friendly and very nice and I have to say I met the new orthodontist the other day and I do like her very much. She seems to be a little bit more open to communication explaining to me what will be happening with both of my children where the other orthodontist really has Minimal communication with parents and you almost never know what’s going on with your kids or the braces plan! So as I stated, I look forward to the day that we no longer have to go in here. We only went to bright because it was the only company in the area that our insurance would pay towards. It’s always very busy and it’s very difficult to get appointments. If you can go elsewhere I suggest doing so!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in very nervous not knowing what to expect as this is the second time I’ve needed braces in 20 years. That all quickly subsided staff was absolutely amazing very helpful, they explained everything, and were extremely reassuring that they can help me! I was so comfortable in the environment I agreed to start treatment with them that day and a couple of hours later had the braces put on. All in all if i could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!

I call to reschedule they tell me I can’t until they straighten out issues with my insurance not paying, I call my insurance they tell me they paid,! I call back and all of a sudden they see that it has been paid ! Whose account are you looking at? And the fact that they stress me out to make me call my insurance ! I think that is some kind of “stall tactic “ not to schedule my appointment so they can take in the “self pay” patients first!

The staff was polite, friendly, and professional, from the check in, to the consultation, the financial associate, the assistants, and the doctor herself were all amazing. More than willing to answer all questions or concerns that I had. We agree on a treatment plan, and proceeded that day. I have one happy girl! Thank you Brite Orthodontics!!

Experiencia negativa: I sat there for almost 2 hrs when the appointment at 2pm and went back at 3:15 and left by 3:30 for a 15 minute consultation for my 12yr old nieces braces. Let me tell you. It wasn’t fun.

Experiencia negativa: Always a long wait time (running behind). Not enough chairs for patients to sit down. Have a 10 minute rule about being late, but can leave a patient standing in their waiting room for 45 mins with no chair to sit in. Constant monthly thing over booking to make more money. If you value your time or money don’t go here..

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go here if you value your time. While they are great at recruiting new clients, they treat existing patients like an afterthought. I was quoted 12–18 months for treatment; I am now starting my third year with no end in sight. The Rescheduling Nightmare: Scheduling is a disaster. If you are more than 9 minutes late, even by one minute, they will cancel you and push you out 6+ weeks. I’ve had this happen when coming directly from a delayed work meeting. However, they do not hold themselves to the same standard. Recently, I was traveling back from Asia and got stranded in Chicago due to a storm. I landed in Albany at 10:00 AM on the day of my appointment, exhausted and facing a snowstorm for my 2-hour drive to the office. I called 3 hours early to ask for a later slot or a different day. I was told there was "zero availability" until late January and that if I was late, they would automatically cancel me. To avoid a 6-week delay, I pushed through the exhaustion and snow. An hour and 15 minutes into my drive, they called to say their scanner had been down all day and they had to reschedule me. They knew the machine was down when I called pleading for flexibility 3 hours prior, yet they let me get on the road anyway. Suddenly, "December appointments" were available when I was told there were none earlier. Because I couldn't check my work calendar while driving, I missed that window. I have been calling for days with no answer, and the "next available" is now February 20th. I haven't had a new tray since October. Clinical Incompetence The first 6 months were great, but once only one gap remained, the "expertise" disappeared. My incisors began slanting inward, and the staff actually tried to convince me that my teeth had "chipped" in a perfect diagonal line. I had to show them my own progress photos to prove the teeth were actually moving sideways and they were able to correct that eventually. For the last two years, they have simply been opening and closing my bite with no results. I finally sought a second opinion, and that doctor provided a completely different, logical plan that doesn't involve "hoping for the best." I feel stuck here only because I’ve already paid thousands of dollars. Save yourself the time and go to Caruso. My girlfriend and I were quoted at both; she chose Caruso and finished a long time ago despite having a "longer" treatment plan. I chose Brite to save a few hundred and I’m still stuck in a loop of waiting for trays and driving hours for cancelled appointments. I feel trapped because I’ve already paid in full.

Front desk ladies had such attitude and there's no privacy screens covering any of the monitors #HIPPAVIOLATION!!!!! Way too many staff and most of them were cutting things while patients were waiting. extremely unprofessional, some assistants had their hair DOWN while working on patients some were even having FULL ON conversations while working inside peoples MOUTHS. Some were also CURSING while children were present. horrible horrible place FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Experiencia negativa: Started out great. On my third set of invisalign trays... which really wasn't an issue for me. Until you wait 2 months each time in between ordering new ones to get the appointment to come back and get them (4 week process to make new ones). And even if the new set comes in prior, their appointments are so far booked out, you wait longer to get the process started on your next set of trays. I showed up for my 3rd set of invisalign trays, today 9/10/25, after already waiting almost 2 months with no progress...for them to tell me they don't have them. And now, I need to wait till Oct 31st to get them, because that is their next available appt. (Not how long till the trays would be in their possession). So this is going on 3-4 months just to get my next set of trays to finish this process. Seems to me they dont have the means to take care of all their patients in a timely manner. They did say they would call if they came in sooner, but I've been told that twice now and its never happened. If you want your alignment process to take 3x longer then originally anticipated due to them dropping the ball and not having the availability for appointments.... then sure go ahead and go with Brite. Also, don't even think about being a minute or two late. They will reprimand you like a child and reschedule your appointment. (Didn't happen to me, but I witnessed it with another patient) On the other hand though, had no issue today, having me sit in the waiting room for 15 mins before they told me my trays weren't here and we need to reschedule, no call to not waste my time even coming to the office. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of telling me to wait till the end of Oct to get my trays, how about offer to call as soon as they're here since it was an error on their end, why they weren't. (Someone quit and didnt do their job, I guess.) When you're just a number, I guess this is what customer service comes to. Its too bad because I was happy in the beginning.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started my braces journey in April and brite so far has been fantastic. The financial lady was incredibly kind and willing to answer my many (MANY) questions. Everyone who's worked on my teeth so far has been very patient and walked me through everything. I am PETRIFIED of dental work and I was so comfortable during the entire process. Even the woman who did my consultation made me feel relaxed and was very lighthearted and kind with the way she handled discussing my teeth, something I'm typically very insecure about. Obviously it's still early, but I'm incredibly happy so far ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Had a bad experience with the employee named "Sue" who's a orthodontic assistant & she's been there for years - people like her should not be in the field of servicing others to improve their esteem & life by correcting their smile. She pulled up pictures of my teeth in the past of when I was around 10-12 yrs old & said "your teeth were really messed right? then laughed" - it made me think she did this to others & that's what made her comfortable to do it to me. Then she gave a passive-aggressive apology, so she didn't have to acknowledge what she did to me. I know she did this to others because the orthodontist attested to that.
