Experiencia negativa: They have the gull to say they are "affordable" then slap you with a almost 10,000 dollar bill. Not to mention i had an appointment at 1:30 and didn't get seen till like 1:45 1:50ish and then sat in the chair after getting an x-ray for another like 30 minutes causing me to be late for work. But i was late for an appointment once and it was canceled. That is insulting to expect me to respect your guys time but you dont wanna respect mine.They all also have a huge attitude problem im already embarrassed about my dental health so glad you lot make me feel even worse

Experiencia negativa: The worst place I have ever had a Dentist appointment at. Tell me on the phone what you charge for filling a tooth and when I come in and waste 2 Hours they say the dentist wants to put a cap on it for $2500.00 or do replacement of all my teeth for $14.465.00. It's MY TOOTH, FILL IT. NO SHE WON'T DO THAT . It was filled before but the filling broke from me getting in between there with a tooth pick for years. IT ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR AT ASPEN DENTAL.THATS WHY THEY DO AN EXAM FOR $29.99 and x-rays. Money,Money, Money that's what they are about. Such a sad world already.

Experiencia negativa: It's a money-making place that lures you in with a cheap first visit and X rays to then give you exponentially high estimates on follow up visits. Even my cleaning was more expensive than other dentists and I was upset that they didn't give me the option of not doing fluoride, which I didn't need and would have saved me over $50. Not to mention that my cleaning was horrible, they rushed through it and I still have stains on my teeth. This place is advertised as affordable, but it's more expensive than any average dentist and quality is subpar.

My dentist and her assistant, Kristen were so kind and they made sure I was comfortable through the whole denture process. They gave me my smile back, something I had been missing for far to long. Experiencia negativa: First of all they were 30 minutes late taking me back and then they took what seemed like 1000 x-rays. After all of that was done they took another scan of my mouth with what looked like a very expensive tool. Then they forgot about me for about 30 minutes. Some time later the hygienist came in and spent maybe 5 minutes with me then a little while later the doctor came in and spent another 5 minutes with me. When all was said and done they refused to clean my teeth stating that I have an infection and that diagnosis came from the office manager right before she presented me with an estimate of over $4,000 to clean my teeth. Do not go to this place they will give you a huge bill and do nothing. After all some one has to pay for their fancy equipment.

Experiencia negativa: Went in a little over a year ago far to expensive for what I wanted do. They had to do X-rays and some inspection. In the end they did nothing at all because of price I signed up for the membership to save 50 dollars the membership being 50 itself. Never went back. A year later they charge me for the membership again. Me not going back didn’t think the would charge me for the membership again. Would not recommend going to them unless you have money to burn.

Experiencia negativa: Something Seems very shady about this place, They are overly expensive and the team does not coordinate with one another. Something especially seems very off about their manager, you can tell she is shady by her lack of transparency, body language and pressure when it comes to having people PAY for procedures they do not need. it's ALL ABOUT MONEY for them and nothing else. The only person who was genuinely nice was the dental assistant. I'll share my experience when I am not as upset as I am now. I just wanted to warn people out there not to trust them. Good luck.

They are absolutely kind patient and considerate of your wants and needs and treat you as an individual. Being with this location for almost a year I couldn’t say more kind words and I feel absolutely blessed to have all my needs met in a manor that goes above and beyond my initial expectations! Experiencia fantástica: Went to them as a walk in. Had pain in a broken tooth for a week and the took care of it right away. They took x rays looked over a few things. They told me they could pull the tooth today and it was done. I didn't feel a thing and they were very nice to work with. Thank you for taking the pain away and getting be back in the road to work.

Experiencia negativa: The most awful dental experience I have ever had. First of all it took them 15 minutes to bring me back, I didn't even get my teeth cleaned just an overall checkup and the appointment took an hour and a half, they then proceeded to ask if I wanted a cleaning after they had already brought me to the office and quoted me 5k. They did'nt even ask if I wanted clear aligners just put them on my treatment plan. Aligners are cosmetic they are not neccessary so to not ask is just wrong. they also tried to charge me for an electric toothbrush... if a dentist wasnt begging for money they wouldve just recommended you go to the store and buy a 10 dollar one. moving on to the actual appointment. Courtney, one of the dental assistants took me back. Never asked how I was doing or explained anything that was about to happen. She told me to sit in a chair and took a bunch of Xrays of my mouth again, never explaining what she was doing before doing it. I was clearly uncomfortable as I was tearing up with the way she was shoving the Xray material in my mouth, nothing was sanitized before or after I was done with my Xrays which is disgusting. She then tried to tell me I need to pay $35 for a cancer screening and my insurance will not cover it. after the hygienist walked in, their was similiar treatment. no "how are you" or anything. she began measuring my teeth and then poked at my mouth again, not asking if I was comfortable. The dentist is not a fun place for me or for many other people and they did nothing to make me feel comfortable. The doctor finally came in, didnt show me the 100s of Xrays they demanded be taken, and just told me I need a root canal.... excuse me, what tooth needs a root canal? why does it need a root canal? These are all things that should be explained to patients. Why wasnt I shown my Xrays? Finally after all three people saw me, I want with the financing lady to the office where she quoted me 5 thousand dollars and proceeded to ask if I want to set up financing... why in the world would I set up financing when you barley even explained what these charges are for. Oh and apparently I have 7 cavities... the doctor didn't say a word, its clear its a money grab. absolutely ridiculous. even when they called to confirm my appointment (after emailing me and calling me 4 times) the lady on the phone was so rude. have some respect. this is ridiculous.

Glad I shopped around before financing $3,000 at an insane interest rate. They were professional but not really personable. It's all about money for these guys.

Experiencia negativa: The only good thing I have to say is that everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I needed emergency dental. It was scheduled as emergency dental. After 2+ hours, I went through tons of x-rays and examines with barely a nod to the actual problem. No one seemed to think my broken tooth was important or an emergency. Even the dentist was more concerned with the whole rather than the one damn tooth. I left having nothing done for my tooth and owing money for things I didn't go there for. They will not put a crown until I've done $3000 of other things first. If this is how emergency dental is THEN SERIOUS overhaul needs to start asap. AND I can't make an appointment for anything until I have 60% of the $3000 down. I want my tooth fixed!!! Broken teeth are supposedly emergencies but thats not the case here for sure. I'm very saddened by this. This is one reason why many don't get things done and take care of broken teerh.

Experiencia negativa: Do not use Aspen if you have any other choice. Their treatments plans are confusing and they are very high pressure. They do unnecessary work and charge premium prices for subpar dentures. A partial acrylic denture shouldn't cost you over $1000 and have holes from air bubbles in the casting. They have multiple dentists who do not coordinate with each other and this causes serious issues that cost you money. $7000 basically wasted.

Experiencia fantástica: I got the 2-D x-ray done and then met the the doctor who did my physical mouth exam. She was able to tell me if an implant was possible with my small lower jawbone, and shared all the information we needed to know so we knew what is necessary for implants. We met with Christy, the office manager, to go through all scenarios that would fit with exactly what I needed. I can be difficult to work with when I know what I can afford and what I'm willing to pay. Christy gave me the details that we needed to make a more informed decision. I want a snap-on implant for my bottom to better stabilize it and I will keep a normal denture for my top jaw. Christy was more than willing to spend as much time with us until we were totally comfortable with whatever decision we made. To get a quality set of dentures you must be willing to pay the price. ️They are expensive, but this clinic gave me the best estimate that I have gotten from other clinics but phone. They have a 7 year warranty that covers any defects in the manufacturing of the denture. ️They also offer numerous types of financing, if you need it. ️What is the greatest help for me is that I will have an affordable temporary bottom denture (before Thanksgiving!) until my permanent implant is ready. I was so excited by this feature because I haven't had any bottom teeth for 2+ years, so I need to learn how to eat with bottom teeth again. I'm the most excited about having the temporary denture to learn how to eat with than I am about getting my permanent implant! This office also takes care of you on a regular basis, and as needed if you experience problems, after the placement of your permanent dentures. ️Any adjustments that may need to be done for any reason, whether it's once or a hundred times, is done at no cost. ️You visit the Hygienist once a year to make certain that the implants in your jawbone and your denture are clean, stable, without damage, and your jawbone is still in good condition as well. When you hire this clinic as your oral caregiver, they will not send you out the door after you've paid for your services and wish you luck. They want to take care of any need that may arise. I'm going to be able to chew my food properly for the first time in 2 years which will definitely help with most of my indigestion problems I have, per my medical doctor's opinion. I had never been at the Aspen Dental in Fargo,ND before my initial consultation on October 24, 2025, or any Aspen Dental office anywhere. I am so happy that I selected Aspen Dental in Fargo, ND. I found that every representative, from the receptionist to the doctor and ALL people in between, are a well coordinated TEAM and work so seamlessly together. Everyone is very welcoming and helped me feel so comfortable and cared for. Aspen Dental of Fargo, ND is "honestly" the best clinic I have ever been to since I was 17 and I'm 65 years old now. Christy is an exceptional person to work with and will help you in any way she can. All of my expectations are completely exceeded by this office, which is extremely hard to do for me. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental of Fargo, ND to everyone of any age. Honestly, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ are not enough!

Experiencia positiva: The staff was certainly professional and nice, but I cannot say I will be pursuing further care. I understand the process of fillings and reopening an old one could be a little complicated, yes, but I did not feel listened to when presenting my complaint about my extremely painful and sensitive back molar, with a composite filling that was given to me over five years ago and is more than overdue for a replacement, and I cannot advise pursuing anything more than a cleaning with the rather high estimates either. All in all, I appreciated the hospitality, the facility was clean, but I cannot say I will be returning here for further dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to do a walk in emergency this morning and I was amazed with how quickly these guys took care of me. The ladies in the front were very kind and professional especially knowing I couldn't talk much cause of my pain. The dental assistant is such a sweetheart and she made taking x-rays tolorable. The doctor was really nice, she informed me of what teeth needed a RCT, she let me make the decision on what way I wanted to go about my care today- I didn't feel pressured by anyone to do more than what I wanted which was to get out of pain and prevent an abcess from happening. My husband who was there with me was even impressed with the level of care I've gotten and has plans to be a patient there. I heard about Aspen Dental from my older brother (who lives in Arkansas) and he told me that the big plus to being a patient is that if something happens, I can go to any Aspen Dental location and my stuff will be in their system- which is good and even comforting. My husband is a truck driver and I travel with him and knowing there are Aspen Dentals all over- its just makes life easier and less complicated if something should happen. Not trying to sound like an advertisement here, just letting y'all know that not only this company but this particular office will take care of you. Thanks Aspen Dental in Fargo for everything.

When I moved here I needed work done. THEY promise so much but ghost you after they take your money. They say oh I will call you back LIES. AVOID GOING HERE! Experiencia negativa: If you don't confirm your appointment via phone call they automatically cancel it, even though they send you text and email confirmation. This type of confirmation doesn't count. They also tell you before you're even seen that you have an outstanding balance and need to pay vs saying it's an estimate and waiting to see what's done that day!

I needed a referral to an oral surgeon which they put in almost immediately so I didn’t have to wait longer to get things taken care of. Overall they made an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend

Experiencia negativa: If I could have left a NO star review I would have. 5 months ago my husband started the process of dentures. After having all top teeth extracted, multiple infections and no answers from the dentists at Aspen, we finally got answers from another place today. Turns out not all roots were extracted which is what is causing the one side of his mouth to not heal and infection to keep setting in. It's pretty frustrating to pay $10,000 for extractions, temporary dentures and told your mouth should be fully healed in 6 months just to have it be a nightmare with no answers just "everything looks fine".DO NOT recommend going to Aspen especially if you're planning on having teeth extracted. It doesn't matter how nice the staff is, it is just a waste of hard earned money!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so pleased with my entire consultation. Each person I spoke with greeted me with a smile and pleasant conversation. The doctor showed me how I could save my teeth and use a partial instead and why it would benefit me in the future. The final step was going over the treatment plan and cost. They were able to help me with financing so I could complete the treatment plan. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped for but I'm really excited to see the finished product.

Experiencia negativa: Went to get a Motto (their Invisalign) consult. As I was scheduling, I made sure to confirm there would be no charge for the consult, as I was also getting a consult from another provider for Invisalign too. Was just looking through EOB’s and saw that they did in fact charge my insurance for the consult, or as they like to call it the ‘eval’. Called in to dispute and they would not reverse it.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was very kind and gentle with the exam. My only problem is the cost. If my eye glasses cost that much I would be blind. Does Dental School really cost that much more than being an Optometrist or study Opthalmology? Ten Thousand Dollars is not even possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was super friendly and helpful me being finally to get dentures after not having any teeth for about 3 yrs. Helped also to get financing which I'm very grateful for, this is one of the biggest reasons I haven't had teeth for so long. Wait until everyone sees me with my new teeth. Experiencia negativa: I paid my share and asked if that was all. They said that was all, that was a lie. Now they want more and more. Would not recommend and do not believe them when they say you are done. They will be back for more money.

Experiencia negativa: I asked for just one tooth to be check out and multiple times I was told that was ok and when I got in the chair I was told no we are x-raying your full mouth. Then tried to charge me 115$ after telling me that the checkup was free and only took that off when I said I have a recording of you saying it.

Experiencia fantástica: I switched dentists and I am extremely impressed with how my first appointment went. Everyone was not just nice, but also down to earth. The appointment was thorough and quick which is unusual at a dentist's office. They had instant xrays, gum exam with hygienist, mouth scan, visit with the dentist, and a whole scope of plan and payment options within an hour.

Experiencia negativa: The lady who is in charge of crafting your dental plan is soooooo shady she just looks to get as much money out of you as possible , my gf went in there for a check up we were told it would be covered by insurance since they were in network , we ended up getting billed months later , also they tried selling her a toothbrush and dental flosser she declined , when we look at the bill for her cleaning its $1200 and we see she got charged for a flosser and toothbrush at $100 a piece which idk how that could be legal forcing a product onto a customer after specifically being told no ! and then saying the bill was only for the cleaning . AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Experiencia positiva: A crown came off of on my tooth. My reason to going to Aspen Dental and not my former dentist was due to my insurance. I was met with a very nice receptionist, then led to an exam room where my history was discussed. We followed with x-rays and exam. After that I met Dr. Nath and discussed a plan of care. During the whole visit I found the staff to be very competent and relaxed. I did like the privacy the financial person gave me to discuss what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket cost would be. Overall I had a good experience.

Experiencia negativa: All about the money!!!!! My 86 yr old mother needed a few teeth pulled because she wanted bottom dentures. Already has top ones. They wouldn't even talk about it BUT. Wanted to do 3 root canals and a partial bottom denture for a great price of $7,500!!!!! Go get boned !!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and management! The Dentist explained very well the procedure and was one for questions. The management teem did a fantastic job of explaining the insurance coverage and my out of pocket expenses, although the expenses were a bit out of reach at the moment for me , they were more than helpful in trying to get help for the time. Kudos to Aspen Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always had a fear of the dentist and have also had a very bad gag reflex, I have also been to many dentists before but nothing can top Aspen, they are very flexible when it comes to working on people who have a very bad gag reflex and will make sure that your needs are met. Experiencia negativa: I had the worst experience here, they were trying to charge me after not doing anything and told me I have anxiety and that I grind my teeth, I went somewhere else and it was a root canal. They did not even know what was wrong and told me I had to have a specialist call me because they couldn’t figure it out. They had charged me with a sheet that didn’t even tell me what the charges were for.

Experiencia negativa: Nice people, but the worst experience I have ever had. They said the treatment would take 15-20 thousand to fix everything. Went to another dentist, same treatment plan cost only $2,500. They try to upsell on every aspect, very untrustworthy.

Experiencia negativa: CAREFUL WITH ASPEN DENTAL, WILL TRY TO EXTORT PAYMENT EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG/INCOMPETENT BILLING AND PRACTICES Dentists were competent. The problems started when they were tardy in biĺing our insurance co., over a year, denied by insurance co.due to law, if o8er a year ins Co. doesn't pay. Received bill from Aspen 18 months after date of appt attempting to bill us the $200 bill due to their incompetence. We had diologue with billing and thought had taken care of. Billing came now that going to collections! Diologue with billing today, case in appeal with their adjusters, but cannot stop collections threat, so payed the bill, told will get refund if found in our favor, whenever that may be! Cannot believe we had to pay during appeal process as their policy doesn't allow to stop collections. Poor business model that promotes typical greedy medical businesses.

Experiencia negativa: EDIT I recently read through these reviews again because I have dental insurance now. I am so happy I did not go there then, and I definitely will not go there now. It sounds like they aren't even sure what insurance they take. I wouldn't trust them. Red flags all over the place. And you can't help but wonder where the good reviews come from. Fake? It looks like a place to really avoid.. I called him three different times. Twice on the 877 number and once on the local number. All three times they hung up on me. Not the person but the machine. I'm going somewhere else.
