This was my first time here but I can say they are kind, caring, fun, and organized. I dealt with Lorraine, Dr. Nguyen, and Hollie and was treated great. If it changes, I'll let you know but my first time was easy going. Thanks PBD

Then Holly helped with adjusting my partial to fit better with my Crown. Once again proving how professional & efficient your practice is I give you all a 10 on excellence. Look forward to your continued dental help in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Having lived in several places throughout my life, I’ve had a number of dentists. None have been as wonderful as Plymouth Bay Dental. It’s the first practice I’ve ever visited where I haven’t felt even a moment of pain. While dental work can involve some discomfort at times, I’ve never had an experience this consistently pain free anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here. Holly was very nice and informative and Dr. idrizi was very gentle. I have a beautiful heathy smile now!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience i had at a dentist office by far

Experiencia negativa: Consult visit completed and plan agreed between Dr and I. Referral to oral surgeon not completed as per agreement. Charged $230 for cleaning of 9 lower teeth, one lower tooth with cavity, chipped, now with exposed nerve, left in horrific pain. The need for cleaning was not used for more information needed for oral surgeon. Very displeased, they robbed me and still want more.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental. I wanted to share an amazing experience I had with the team. I went in last Friday in terrible pain. Dr When, Holly and Jennifer were wonderful. Kind, caring and made sure I had a referral and appointment with an Endo first thing Monday morning. After my Monday appointment, Tuesday Holly was on the phone to see how I as feeling. You just don’t get this type of service these days. Great team!

Melissa and Kara have also done a great job answering all of my questions. All and all great staff! Would recommend to a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: What a terrific dental practice this is. Every single person I talked to today was friendly and I could tell even the front office staff cared about me. I was in for a filling. Yikes Even though I’ve had my share of dental work I was STILL apprehensive. No worries. A staff member was with me the entire time. We had fun conversations so when Dr I came in I was totally relaxed. The dentist was super friendly and we chatted both before and after the procedure. I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental. Try them…..you won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: The folks at the front desk were wonderful and handled everything quickly, efficiently and accurately. Mikayla, my hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and friendly and excellent in her work. She puts me completely at ease and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth (with little to no discomfort).

Experiencia fantástica: Kara Goldberg made my experience delightful and enlightening!

Experiencia fantástica: So far I have only had my initial consult and it was awesome! The staff was phenomenal. Also big bonus for the affordable pricing and payment plans!

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was very nice... i usually have anxiety when I go to the dentist. Not this time though..

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a filling done, would definitely recommend! Job done in about a half hour. The ladies were pleasant and kind, and the procedure was quick and painless.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff was so patient and kind and I was made to feel very comfortable on this my first visit with them for X-rays and a cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was great. So was the staff and assistant

Experiencia positiva: Do your research on Invisalign before coming here. After my first “complete” treatment my teeth were not where they were supposed to be despite wearing my aligners as detailed in my plan. I then had a second round, which got me closer to my goal. At the end of that I still had some concerns about my front teeth but felt obligated not to complain again about my teeth not being where the Invisalign treatment plan said they should be. What was advertised as 3-4 months took closer to 7 months and I didn’t get my teeth to where I wanted them.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental. It is a very welcoming & relaxing environment. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Having had a variety of dental work done at PBD. I can honestly say I am relieved to know I can trust Plymouth Bay Dental to take care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Idrizi is wonderful and highly professional. Amazing practice!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I first sat in the chair in the office I was impressed with the staff professionalism, and the incredible technology. The doctor was brilliant with incredible knowledge and ability to analyze my situation. Although not happy to hear her diagnosis, she is no doubt incredibly accurate and had the ability to convey it to me.

Experiencia fantástica: After many years with Dr. O Brien I was quite anxious about a new dentist. I am in the process of getting two crowns put in plus one last year and numerous cleanings. Excellent team service. Dr. Idrizi is an excellent dentist and very patient. Trish Wallace

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first experience with the clinic today and I loved everything from the front desk to the dentist's approach. I needed a deep cleaning and everything was done thoroughly, respectfully and professionally. I could even have fallen asleep laying there while the procedure was being performed if I didn't have to follow the directions given. I felt zero pain or discomfort. In fact, quite the opposite. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and taken care of. You guys deserve all recognition given.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend anyone that has anxiety about going to the dentist to go here. The folks who work at this office are always so kind and caring.

I’m paying out of pocket sadly but they deserve every little penny. Genuinely a place where I honestly want to keep attending for my Invisalign appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: They are such sweethearts here. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist I recommend going here, they are the best. Very sweet and amazing at what they do. Thank you guys <3

Experiencia fantástica: The was my first time visiting this office, and it was a very pleasant experience . I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly took my information and I was asked to wait. In less than 5 minutes, I was greeted by a very cordial and professional hygienist who brought me back to the exam room and asked some general questions about my health. A few minutes later some x-rays were taken and then a gentle but thorough cleaning took place. A brief visit by Dr Idrizzi to go over the X-rays and to answer any questions and I was on my way. One of the best cleaning experiences I've had at a dentist. Looking forward to many more years with this practice. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had bad experiences with dentists to the point of having anxiety any time I think about making an appointment. This was by far my best experience. The entire staff is incredible, but Megan was amazing! She did my X-rays and cleaning. I actually can't wait to go back for my next appointments!

Experiencia fantástica: I was super anxious going back to the dentist after so many years of neglecting my dental hygiene. Knowing I had some areas of concern the hygienist was super gentile, talked me through each step of the process and assured me when I expressed anxiety about my teeth. The following women who met me to review what work was needed and suggested plans of care for moving forward were so great at explaining the cause of my concerns, and ideas to improve my situation going forward with helpful instructions around making the most out of my dental insurance and how to finance for future appointments. 10/10 experience over all, and I suggested their business to many who reached out after my appointment regarding their own dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Idrizi and her staff are always very welcoming and professional. My hygienist, Liz, is very thorough and I always appreciate her helpful tips for caring for my teeth at home. I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental for anyone looking for a dentist. My family of five has been going there, and we absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always take the time to explain each step of the process. They also make the insurance process seamless, which is a huge plus! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this office to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental care. Thank you to the whole team for making this a positive experience! ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who is incredibly anxious about Dentistry (because of some really poor experiences with dental practices) this review should mean a little bit more. I find that this is a staff of truly thoughtful considerate and compassionate women. I have never had anything except a good experience and they have also treated my husband with great respect and compassion as well. I think that's what matters more to me than anything else. It doesn't hurt that they are also very skilled very professional and state-of-the-art as far as treatment is concerned.

Experiencia fantástica: They are all so friendly, do thorough cleanings, and make fillings a breeze! Def recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff! Caring and incredibly helpful. Always ensures you are comfortable and informed on all treatments.
