Dr. Natalie noticed a problem on one of my teeth recently and gave a referral to me. Her keen eye was spot on, and she caught the problem before it became a bigger one. The wife & myself are always very pleased with their services and we hope she will be around for a long time to come!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t know how you can mess up a cleaning but they did. I felt something was off due to the texture afterwards that I’ve never had after a cleaning but didn’t know what to say or how to say it and second guessed myself thinking they were the experts. My teeth felt like rough sandpaper which I had never felt before and it constantly felt weird and not right and didn’t resolve on its own. Maybe they forgot the polish; it was not comfortable. A couple months later I went to Tend and they told me my last cleaning did not do it properly and redid it and polished them and my teeth feel normal now, not to mention whiter just from their cleaning. They also emphasized immediate attention to my gums which was never mentioned at this clinic. The good thing I’ll say is that the provider was kind and didn’t upsell you, but neither did my next clinic. But I would have preferred not to go at all than have them do the job they did, so hence the rating despite the good customer service. Edit for the owner: the appt was Nov 1 @ 1pm, I found them through OpenCare (who also advertised perks if you book through them and made it difficult to retrieve those rewards)

My two children absolutely love going to see her, which says a lot because dentist visits can be stressful for kids. One of my sons has autism and does best when things are explained to him before anything is done. That level of patience and understanding makes such a big difference for our family. The entire team at All Heart Dental is just as wonderful. Highly professional, yet very personable, she took her time explaining a treatment plan to keep my teeth in the best shape. I worried that I'd never find as wonderful a dentist as I had for decades. Experiencia negativa: Overall this location is clean and friendly. My only regret is picking and office that isn't flexible with patients that travel for a living. This was stated from the beginning when I switched dental practices. I missed appointments because of last minute work travel or flight delays. Going to the dentist for a cleaning is not a priority over a work trip. You can't even change or modify online. I recieved a letter in the mail that they are withdrawing my dental care. Anyone can go anywhere for a cleaning. Ok, but calling patients and changing my and my daughters appointment times last minute is acceptable more than 2 times to come in earlier or later? Rules are rules, but please follow your own rules. Your rules also impede My ability to schedule my day and calendar. Not only did they lose me as a customer, they lost my child, and husband. I won't be recommending this office to anyone as I have done. Who sends a letter like that? Even with a response on google which is not needed, I am not changing my review.
