ESSENCE SMILES Sulochana Gurung DDS

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent dental care. I have been coming here for the past 3–4 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The dentist is professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. She has done my teeth cleanings, root canal treatment, and tooth extractions, and every procedure has been handled with great care and skill. She always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and explains everything clearly. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received over the years. If you're looking for a trustworthy and experienced dentist, I highly recommend this office. Thank you for taking such great care of my teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Ro is nice and very helpful

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with essence smile and Ro was very gentle and very friendly. I had a great conversation with her and also got more ideas about dental hygiene. ✨

Experiencia fantástica: Today I walked in for dental emergency. Dr, Sulochana Gurung DDS and her whole hygienist team were wonderful. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was a great experience with welcoming environment . Thank you Essence Smiles team for their support.

Experiencia fantástica: Essence smiles has state of the art equipments and knowledge to cater to all your dental problems. I’d recommend without reservations. This is an updated review for my case in December 2025: I visited for my yearly dental cleanup but with a slight lower jaw molar problem….Dr. Gurung with a fine and slight touch of a hand cured this nagging chewing problem in just a few moments. Like I always say, you wanna fly, fly with a pilot, you wanna check your dentals, go to her! Experience matters! Thanks Dr. Sulochana Gurung!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment at 1 p.m., and I arrived on time. Dr. Sulochana Grg was not there, and her assistant told me she would be there soon and would take care of me. I waited almost an hour, and by 2 p.m. she still hadn’t shown up. I went to check with the front desk, and they told me she would be there in the next 10 to 15 minutes. I have been waiting since then, but she still hasn’t arrived. My concern is that everyone’s time is valuable—both the doctor’s and the patient’s. Everyone needs to be professional and punctual. If the doctor was not able to come to the office, she should have informed me instead of keeping me waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes doing nothing. Worst experience ever .

Experiencia negativa: Came in for cleaning, gave me anesthesia injection without giving me any warning. I was never given any kind of anesthesia injection for cleaning in the past which I have went to dentist every year or in 2 years for cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome great service really thanks to all team members!!

Experiencia fantástica: I truly appreciate dr. Sulochana Gurung and her team. I was visiting in the clinic to get some information and treatments for my tooth. It was very respectful, helpful, experienced and very trustworthy team. I highly recommend anyone looking for dental care and advice ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sulochana Gurung is not just a dentist; she’s a true lifesaver! Recently, I was suffering from a severe toothache, and despite not having a prior appointment, she kindly accommodated me right away, understanding the urgency of my pain. It was a wonderful surprise to realize that she is also a family friend, which made the experience even more comforting. From the moment I stepped into her clinic, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Gurung carefully examined my condition, explained the treatment options clearly, and handled the procedure with utmost skill and care. Her gentle approach and expertise immediately put me at ease, and I am now pain-free, all thanks to her outstanding treatment. What sets Dr. Gurung apart is not only her exceptional care but also her affordability. Compared to other dentists in the neighborhood, her fees are the most reasonable, making quality dental care accessible to everyone. Additionally, her staff members are incredibly helpful and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable environment for patients. I highly recommend Dr. Sulochana Gurung to anyone looking for top-notch dental care at an affordable price. She is truly dedicated to her patients' well-being, and I am beyond grateful for her care and generosity.

Doctor was patience and gave good suggestions for my queries. I had a cavity on one of my tooth and we discussed about what will be a good solution. Doctor suggested that she will clean the cavity first and if necessary she would have removed my tooth. But luckily she said my teeth is good after removing cavity. otherwise I would have loose one teeth. They did their procedure efficiently and effectively.
