The entire team is phenomenal! Always friendly, welcoming (we love Cheyenne), and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Pavani is amazing! My kids actually feel comfortable going to the dentist, which says a lot! We use to go to Kids 1st Dental in McKinney and had a very poor experience (they’ve since closed and reopened under a new name), so finding Anna Smiles was such a relief. The difference in professionalism, care, and overall experience is night and day. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, family-friendly dental office, I highly recommend Anna Smiles Dental Center. Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Inapuri and her staff were amazing.I went in with a very difficult and painful molar that needed to be extracted.It was broke off on one side and was starting to get infection around the root and jawbone and needed to come out ,it just wasn't worth saving and is a good candidate for a implant thats how far gone it was.Even though it was in a very difficult and stubborn position the good doctor was able to split the tooth and remove it in two pieces,I felt immediate relief .The doctor and her staff were outstanding and excellent in there craft ,a gentle hand and a great atmosphere I highly recommend (Anna Smiles Dental Center) A very friendly, beautiful,clean office with patient follow up second to none,There prices were excellent and they treated me like a valued customer.Thank you again you have just gained a new patient .Paul ,Westminster Texas

I’ve been coming to Anna Smiles for nearly 4 years, and every visit reminds me why I stay. It’s a place where you feel respected, cared for, and truly listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go here and please do NOT take your children here. This practice is dangerous and caused long term issues for my child and myself. For starters, they tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning and wanted to charge me $600. I got a second and third opinion and both the 2nd and 3rd opinion told me that was completely unnecessary and all I needed was a standard cleaning. Mind you the 3rd opinion came from a dental school so I trust they are teaching students correctly. Well, she didn’t do a standard cleaning but since my insurance only covers one visit every 6 months, I now have to wait another 6 months to get my teeth cleaned unless I want to pay out of pocket. Now with my 2 year old- they specifically told us NOT to use fluoride toothpaste. I asked for recommendations and all they said was make sure it does not contain fluoride. Well here we are 6 months later and my toddler has 2 cavities despite brushing twice a day minimum. We decided to take him to a pediatric dentist and they said that we absolutely should have been using a toothpaste with fluoride and that the doctor should have noticed his cavity because at this point it is a large cavity. We could have reversed it if she had payed attention and noticed it in the early stages and not given us bad advice on not using fluoride. I trusted her because as a parent I want to do what is best for my child and there is a lot going around saying not to use fluoride. I so regret ever coming to this office and pray my child’s cavity doesn’t progress and cause long term health effects. He is too young to have it filled so we have to do our best to prevent it from getting any worse. Please, please, do not take your children here.

Dr. Inapuri was so gentle and thoughtful to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She addressed an issue I had with my tooth immediately, when I just came in for a regular cleaning. Typically my experience has always been to schedule it at a different appointment time. One of her dental hygienist had an emergency and came it late. It caused a little back log, so Dr. Inapuri stepped up and ended up doing my regular clean as well. I think that shows such leadership. The office staff were friendly, the place was nice and clean. I will not being going anywhere else from this point on. Thank you Anna Smiles for an excellent experience.

Everything was handled efficiently, and I never felt like my time was wasted. I have been a dentist office where each time I went there was different dentists with different diagnoses on how solve the problem. Our problem wasn’t solved because of this, which was annoying. One of the biggest perks is that there’s only one dentist, so the diagnosis and treatment plan are always consistent. That personal touch makes a big difference! Highly recommend!

She made comments about how cute my youngest daughter is and then proceeded to ask if she looks like her father, she commented about how mom “neglects a lot about herself”, and really was just not kind to me in general. When my oldest daughter told her that her tooth being pulled was still hurting (after numbing shots) she proceeded to say “it’s okay I’m almost done”. She has zero bedside manner and because she didn’t seem to care about my daughter’s comfort level while going through a very painful procedure, we will be going elsewhere from now on.
