Experiencia negativa: I would be very aware of their billing system. They told me one thing which was a zero balance and I even signed the tablet stating I will owe zero. Then since a different code was put in , my portion was 230.00. Not happy! But I paid because only half my cleaning was done I wanted a complete cleaning. During that second appointment x rays were taken, again I would owe nothing. Come today they sent me an email statement that I owe 63 dollars. Again I let them know how dissatisfied I was over this statement. Though I did pay this amount I also canceled all future apartments. Heads up to all that read comments. This place is a joke !

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. I had to have two dental procedures done urgently prior to having some surgery on my neck. They were able to accommodate me and I am very grateful. They were up front about all charges and they came and got me exactly at my appointment time with little to no waiting which is almost unheard of at most offices. If you're looking for a great dental office, this is the place!

Experiencia negativa: Charges for rescheduling appointment if you don't call 48 business hours in advance. I can see charging a fee for a "missed" appointment, but not for rescheduling. They ask that you fill out a form to request a waive of the fee............too much red tape for me. Moving on.

Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Dr Duffy while experiencing a toothache. It turned out to be an infection in a tooth with an existing root canal, remedial attention was required after which Dr Duffy removed an old crown and replaced it. All work was completed within 30 or so days with 100% saturation.

I had no pain after, and in 24 hours was back to normal. This Dentistry is a blessing, they are really good at the work they do. Experiencia negativa: This was my 2nd visit in 6 months for a simple cleaning and it was a disaster! In May of this year, I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I had the x-rays from my previous dentist sent, etc. After confirming my appointment 2 times, I got there, they said they couldn't really clearly see the x-rays, so we had the previous dentist resend them. Beach wanted to retake the x-rays, however, it hadn't been a year & my dental benefit was already used up for this year. I had a "discussion" with Dr. Suggs & she agreed to have a cleaning done & that I would come back in 6 months for a "full exam". So they made the appointment & again confirmed 2 times. On Monday, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment & 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was still sitting in the waiting room. The first thing the receptionist said to me was, your portion will be $80. I said, no it won't be as I have full dental coverage for a cleaning & whatever x-rays are due. She told me I could discuss it with the hygenist. No one came out to say that they were running behind, or apologize. I finally went to the front desk and asked if they forgot about me. She came back after checking & said yes the hygenist was running behind. I finally get in the room & the hygenist said I can't proceed if we can't take those bite wings. Your insurance won't pay for it till after January. I said fine, just do the cleaning & we'll do it all after January. Now mind you, THEY supposedly checked everything with the insurance before making this appointment. So Dr. Suggs comes in & said they like to have a complete "diagnostic" to see what's going on, etc. I said fine, but YOU made this appointment. She then said, she looked at her notes & that THEY made a mistake. I have full dental coverage for cleanings and x-rays - I am not paying $80 when you could do the cleaning now & reschedule the x-rays for after January. Dr. Suggs went on & on about how thorough they were, insinuating that other dentists weren't, etc. She also said that they are so thorough because that way a patient can't come back and sue them! Bottom line, their service, demeanor and lack of caring sucks. I wasted over an hour of my time-and got nothing for it. Needless to say, I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE NOR RECOMMEND THEM! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF SERVICE!

Experiencia fantástica: We love this practice. As regular patients, we were seen quickly by Dr. Duffy for an emergency tooth that had broken off in my husband’s mouth. Our insurance was accepted and my anxious fears of any infection for my stroke survivor spouse were taken care of by the caring staff. And now we can tell our grandchildren their grandpa will get a visit from the tooth fairy tonight!
