Experiencia negativa: Our hygienist, Liz, is SO SWEET and knowledgeable that she has completely changed our feelings about going to the dentist. The front desk ladies Jasmine and Gabby are also genuinely kind, caring, and helpful. By far my best experience ever at the dentist! Edit: unfortunately, I have to update this review to reflect my most recent experience. I had an appointment scheduled (and confirmed same day via automated text message from Accu Dental) and I drove an hour each direction to get there. I arrived and the office was closed completely. They would not pick up my phone calls or return my messages. I sat outside for 30 minutes and finally the woman in the office opened the door to receive a package. I went up to her and asked what was going on and that I had an appointment and she told me nobody was there and to my astonishment did not offer any other information. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. They had someone there who was receiving packages who could have been calling people to let them know their appointments were canceled, but no, they are just ignoring the situation instead. Over a week later and nobody has returned my voice messages or email. I have emailed corporate and left a voicemail and nothing. Gas is $7 a gallon right now and I took time off of work for this appointment that was 91 miles out of my way and to be treated like this by a business is just gross. They still have not changed their listed hours on Google. They still say they are open just like they did the day of my appointment. They have made 0 effort to inform their patients that they are likely closing due to bankruptcy or fraud or something else and it's just absolutely unacceptable to waste people's time and money like this. To the person who made a review August 25th - Immediately call your credit card company or bank and initiate a chargeback/dispute for "services not rendered." Do not wait for them to respond. They will not.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience and still going through it. Don’t let the politeness fool you. They don’t have an experience ortho dentist on my second one and far as I can tell from the first visit she’s no better. Don’t really think they are even trying. Gave them a great review based off my first visit over 2 two years ago but I did that way too soon. Stay away from the Gilroy location. Called and asked to come in cause my braces are causing me problems after my last visit and I got a text saying there’s no one to see me.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. Don’t go here save your time and money. Waited for over an hour they didn’t do anything except charge me for x rays. Didn’t tell us up front how much the x rays would be. Never did a cleaning which was the only reason I went. Wanted to charge me over 1,000 for fillings but never once mentioned the cleaning. They said my insurance didn’t cover anything. Called and insurance says they cover the cleaning. They’re over booked and understaffed.

Experiencia negativa: Incredibly sketchy with poor communication. I needed two wisdom tooth fully extracted, which is fully covered by my insurance. The front desk receptionists insisted because my wisdom teeth were impacted, I HAD to do it with PRP, which my insurance did not cover and was about $2000. I looked into it and discovered it is optional and most people do not get it, even in similar cases to mine, so I asked to opt out of it. They refused to let the surgeon operate without it. I asked to speak to the surgeon really quickly and they said he was too busy operating on patients. I asked them if patients with impacted teeth ever got it without PRP and they said the surgeon was actually standing beside them (contradictory much) and he was shaking his head no. They irritatedly blurted if I was going to get the surgery that day I needed to sign off for the PRP in the next 5 minutes. So I just did. They did the CT scans and began to numb me for my surgery. My surgeon reviewed the scans and said my nerve was high-risk to being damaged. He suggested that I get coronectomies (partial tooth extractions) instead of full tooth extractions. He said there would be a chance the roots would cause problems and need a costly follow-up surgery after, but I agreed to it because I thought that was better than permanent jaw numbness. I also asked about opting out of PRP. He asked for me to wait, disappeared for a while, and then reappeared with a revised bill. The front receptionist explained the changes to me as one way and the surgeon came in after and explained it another way, both contradicting each other and showcasing poor communication among the staff members. I asked they simply both be in room as they clarified the billing for me. Essentially, he replaced the full extractions with coronectomies and removed the PRP. The coronectomies also were costly but he removed the even costlier PRP. I signed off on the change. During the surgery, the surgeon made the call to switch to full tooth extractions, which I am not even sure if he was allowed to do since I signed my consent for the coronectomies. I am glad the full teeth were removed with no complications as full extraction was what I wanted in the first place, but it does seem a bit odd to me in that regard. Anyway, you would think the change in operation would reflect on the bill. I said nothing immediately after the surgery as I was numb, tired, and bloody. I figured I could sort it out through the phone, and that is what I have been trying to do for the past month. It has been super difficult to get a hold of someone, and whenever I manage to reach someone, they are always so cold and dismissive, making false promises to follow-up, making false promises to send my dental records. After nearly a month of a wild goose chase, they told me they cannot refund me for the coronectomies because “the coronectomy procedures were still performed even though you had your teeth fully removed.” A coronectomy is the removal of the crown while leaving the roots in there… When I asked them to explain how it was still a coronectomy if the full tooth was removed, they couldn’t. For now, I have my insurance involved. I am on a payment plan so I explained to the company facilitating the payments the situation and they allowed me to delay payments. Super shady. Avoid this place if you can.

I went to ACCU dental, the staff there are super friendly, very attentive, amazing customer service, overall great experience!! They gave me my smile back(chipped tooth). Im able to smile again without feeling self-conscious about it. Again, a million thank-you’s to the staff at ACCU dental! PS: I cried a lil bit in the car because how emotional I got when i saw my smile again. I couldnt wait to get home and show off my smile to my family.

Experiencia negativa: In response to your comment. You have my phone number. I have already reviewed the issue with you and you were very confrontational about the whole issue. Posting that generic response does nothing. If you want to make it right I can send you the bill for the cost I paid out of pocket to fix your mistakes. This place is irresponsible. They performed a filling for me back in 21 they told me it was a large cavity so I might continue to feel pain in the tooth for some time. Fast forward to yesterday. I’m sitting at my desk and my filling pops out! I called them and explained the situation even remembering they had some faulty UV guns at the time of the operation. The supposed manager did not want to accept responsibility for the poor work performed and wanted to charge me for the same job twice! I instead called Koi Lee who has done all my other dental work. He charged less than the con men at Accu dental and did a better job than these “professionals” did the first time. And guess what the day after no pain in the tooth that has been bothering me for three years now. These people should be sued for medical malpractice. When they did the original filling they dis not even numb me fully. Terrible, just terrible.

ACCU takes your money I gave them $ 11,000 cash money after they got my money they didn’t care about me and doesn’t care about the patient what happens after the work is done. if it fails oh well it is not there problem.I call them and gabby answers the phone and she always hangs up that’s what she does best I would not go back there for FREE my bridge broke and now I don’t have any teeth now . And I only had the bridge about 6 months they knew I was not a candidate but they did it anyway for the money 11 grand down the drain.

The whole staff and Dr. are AMAZING :) I needed a New Partial, my old partial had metal and they're going to give me a new Material called VALPLAST that looks so beautiful. Everything was done on my first visit and also I apply for a a monthly payment program. Thank you Accu Dental for making me feel welcome

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t had the best luck with dentist in the past, but I can honestly say I don’t hesitate to make appointments any more. I was past from dentist to dentist and when I got to Accu Dental I had to have the tooth pulled and then I got an implant. I had never had a tooth pulled and this was my first implant. Not only was I able to have everything done there (didn’t get sent to another dentist for any of the work) but I honestly had little pain.
