Experiencia negativa: By far the worst office I’ve ever dealt with! Regardless of confirming my phone number with them every time I was there, I continued to never get text messages or phones calls from their office. While confirming my phone number I notified them I was not getting notifications. No changes were made to rectify this apparently. The final straw was when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, and was told that my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm. Though I had no text message nor voice message attempting to confirm the appointment. I also had called up there that morning just to make sure, since I never received a text message nor phone call, and no one answered the phone. No thank you! I’d rather just drive farther and get better service than to deal with this lack of communication! All the people up there were nice, so no complaints there. But what does it matter if the people are nice if I can’t even get in to see them at my scheduled time!

The front staff is always so nice and professional and I've gotten every assistant they've ever had and I've never had any complaints about them. Dr. Bear has an amazing staff and I'm so happy they're my dental home

They were all so compassionate and understanding and gave me all my options. I’m so happy I made them my dentist!!! Dontamia did amazing on his xrays, and was so sweet!! His assistants were very nice and accommodating, especially Indya. My husband said the cleaning was the best one he's ever had. Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter in for her visit today after I had called this morning to check the time of her appt when I got there they told me whoever I had talked to gave the wrong time and they wouldn’t be able to see her and I have been waiting for this appt for a month and kept my daughter out of school so I could take her in, they told me I had talked to someone in their call center and not them even though I called twice while there and both times it went directly to their office, now I get there’s mix ups and mistakes made sometimes but when I asked for a number so I can talk to whoever I had spoke that morning they told they had already addressed the issue and confirmed I had spoken to someone but there was nothing for me to do and they don’t have a direct number for me to call, now my daughter missed a day of school they would not give me an excuse because they didn’t actually see her even though it was their mistake and all of this while being rude; thanks Brenda in the front desk making a small mistake ten times worse with your attitude. (This was the office on McArthur Dr)

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office and feel it’s important to warn others. After receiving multiple services here, I recently discovered — only because my HSA required verification — that I was overcharged on several visits (approximately 4–5 separate services). This was never brought to my attention by the office, and I would not have known if my HSA had not flagged the transaction. When I looked into the charges more closely and compared them with my insurance Explanation of Benefits, the amounts did not match what I should have been responsible for. This raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and transparency. Patients should be able to trust that they are being charged correctly, especially when dealing with in-network providers. It’s extremely frustrating and stressful to have to catch these discrepancies on your own. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this office carefully review their bills and insurance statements. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I am visiting family and from out of state. I had a really bad toothache come on and knew or felt I knew that it needed to be pulled. I spoke with Brenda who answers the phone and told her my dilemma. She explained that they would do an exam and schedule me for another appointment. I came unglued and spoke a bit harshly (remember not to shot the messenger). Long story short I felt ashamed of myself (I was only gruff as I don’t use profanity) and hung my head in shame and apologized. The whole time I was upset she maintained a professional tone and did not treat me rudely. To wrap this up they did end up extracting that tooth. I was impressed with everyone as well as the whole process. I highly recommend this establishment. Just try to remember not to shot so to speak any messengers we may come across.

I was having some issues with a gap that wasn’t closing the way it should, and the team took the time to carefully review my progress. They listened to my concerns, explained the situation clearly, and worked with me to redo my Invisalign so it would correct the problem. I really appreciate how patient and thorough they were throughout the process. It made me feel reassured that they are committed to making sure my treatment gives me the best results. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I’m very satisfied with how they handled my case and would highly recommend Orange Smiles Family Dentistry to anyone considering Invisalign or general dental care!

Experiencia negativa: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dental office, I did not even make it to see the dentist because the receptionist Brenda was so incredibly rude. She spoke to me like I was stupid and non deserving of compassion. I had her cancel my appointment because of how unkind she was to me. They laughed at me and were so incredibly unhelpful. I will never return to this office.

Experiencia positiva: I’m only giving them a 4 stars because the initial tech that was trying to get X-rays of my 3 year old didn’t really seem like she knew how to work with children, I mean don’t get me wrong she was very sweet but she wasn’t efficient in getting the X-rays and she kept having to take them several times , and 3 year old will only sit for so long I was about to tell them just skip the X-rays since we were only there for pain in the two front teeth. Anyways, they got another seasoned tech to take the photos Ms. Indya & she came in with such a great spirit assuring me that the photos were needed to get the best care for my baby. Might I add she was quick and got the pictures in one take, she also put a movie on for my toddler to watch. So I do appreciate that, and I will be bringing my other children back.
