Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write follow-up reviews, but I felt the need to this time. I’ve already shared how great my first experiences here were, and every visit since has only reinforced that. Dr. Joy is so friendly and communicative—she explains every step in a way that makes me feel at ease. She’s a perfectionist in the best sense: detail-oriented, patient, and always conscious of how I’m feeling. On top of that, her team clearly enjoys working with her, which makes the whole office atmosphere warm and positive. I feel really lucky to have such excellent care.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a pleasure to get dental work at Rabbit Ears Dental. The whole team does such a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor was very informative and explained the process of cavities with pictures of his own teeth. I think was a so great for her to take the time to do as a 16 year old boy needs reinforcement and to understand why. I will be transferring my whole family

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joy, made my teeth look wonderful, but could not do much with the rest of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Joy and her team do an amazing job, I feel comfortable and at ease every time. I was having a hard day today and they made the effort to make me tea and it's the little things that make them so compassionate.

Experiencia fantástica: A HUGE rave for Dr. Troxel and Rabbit Ears Dental! I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Troxel—she is truly exceptional. I’m honestly a little embarrassed to admit this, but the world needs to know just how great she is. Over a year ago, during a routine visit, Dr. Troxel told me I’d need a crown on a cracked tooth. But in an effort to save money, I decided to go to a different, cheaper dentist to have it done. Big mistake. That decision turned into a months-long nightmare. The other office prepped me for a crown, but after two failed attempts at making one that fit, I was stuck in a temporary crown—for almost four months. At my last appointment with them, they placed yet another temp and scheduled me to come back a month later just to measure for a new one. I left in tears, feeling hopeless. Finally, I reached out to Rabbit Ears Dental, swallowed my pride, and explained the situation—that I had made a poor decision and needed help. Without hesitation, Dr. Troxel welcomed me back. She made space in her schedule immediately and even stayed after hours to help me—something she absolutely didn’t have to do. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and compassionate. She took the time to make things right, even though it wasn’t her problem to fix. The moral of the story? Cheaper doesn’t mean better. In fact, it can cost you way more—in time, money, and peace of mind. I will never make that mistake again. Thank you, Dr. Troxel and Rabbit Ears Dental, for going above and beyond. You have a patient for life. I’ll never go anywhere else in Routt County.
