Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and comprehensive

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and friendly staff! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit and all things considered, I couldn't be happier. Every aspect from from the minute I walked through the door until they sent me on my way exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr Nicole and Juana for taking good care of me.

Experiencia positiva: Dental hygienist was very personal and helpful

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was great , The Doctor was excellent friendly and very attentive, DoctorLeppek was so hopeful . Let me just say I as really scared of needles before I came to her , but now I’m not! Thank you Dr. and Staff

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! Donna was my hygienist, Nicole was my doctor. Both amazing. Almost 34 and by far best dental cleaning and x ray visit! Juana was awesome too. And Beth. lol smiling faces and good energy everywhere!!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved their office. Very clean, really kind staff (Donna and Beth were so sweet, as well as Dr. Debellis) and, they were extremely thorough. They made me feel very comfortable from the instant that I walked in, my insurance doesn’t even cover the dental office and I will be paying out-of-pocket to go here because It’s hard to find a good general dentist, ect. Would rate it a 6 if I could !

Experiencia fantástica: “It’s honestly hard to put the experience into words. There was no rush, no pressure — they make you feel completely at home. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they truly aim for perfection, which they absolutely achieved. I left thinking, why didn’t I find them years ago? Their compassion is real; when you’re there, you feel like family. It feels like home.”

Experiencia fantástica: Very through Great people

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a nervous dental patient and my lengthy procedure with Dr DeBellis went very well. She took very good care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm kind of new to the New Baltimore, M I Area. I've been looking for a dentist. Previously before going to Great Lakes Dental I tried another dentist in the area, but much to expensive for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Needless to say I found Great Lakes Dental and very pleased with the staff and dentist. All very personable and kind. Dentist did a great job on my tooth. Would recommend these dentist to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Haven't been to the dentist in many years. This team took the fear and anxiety out of the equation and provided an amazing experience. Thank you Donna, Jen and the entire team!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had received a flyer in the mail and I was looking for a dentist so I call to get insurance information and the lady who answers the phone was so rude that I instantly changed my mind of becoming a new patient there. You should have nice welcoming people answering phones and at the front desk. That was a terrible first impression. Why would I even think to come to the office when I was treated poorly on the phone I can only imagine how rude she is in person. I will continue to look for a dental office that is welcoming and caring :)

Experiencia fantástica: Adding to my review because I have recently started my Invisalign treatment. Jen and Dr. are wonderful. Answer all questions. Leave nothing to guess at. They take my comfort seriously and always make sure I am comfortable. Always a pleasant experience. My teeth and gums have never been better. Again another great visit. Very welcoming and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist appointment in my life!!!! Everyone was super nice and friendly, all my nervousness and anxiety went out the window. Dr Shawn was great, he explained all my options in detail both pros and cons. Experiencia fantástica: I am in need of a root canal an my regular dentist is unfortunately on medical. The very sweet ladies at Great Lakes dental were able to get me in xrayed an set for an appointment that day. Everyone I encountered was very kind, explained what has to happen and cost well. At this rate they are going to make it hard to go back to my regular dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, polite and caring dental team. Offered near-painless dental cleaning. Believe it or not, I look forward to my next cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 8 year old son here and he loved our hygienist Samira and Dr. DeBellis. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this office about 3 years now, and let me first say they are outstanding people, very friendly very caring, very professional. The office is state of the art and very nice and most of all they're very gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Great Lakes Dental Excellence (specifically Dr. Pollaccia and Donna) are hands down some of the most professional individuals I have interacted with in a dental capacity. The team was friendly, lively, and able to give educational advice. There were no feelings that I was not doing enough with my cleaning regimen, but wanting to make sure I was educated properly on how to keep my teeth in tip-top shape for as long as possible. Will recommend to all my family and friends in the area, as well as surrounding areas.

Experiencia fantástica: Entire staff works together as a great team. Care is excellent. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Made a first appointment with this dentist office Great service with Beth at the front desk, then great service throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist office. Loved the service and care provided!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pollaccia and the entire team are fantastic! If you suffer from dental anxiety, like I do, and perhaps, have been avoiding going to the dentist this is the place for you. Everyone is compassionate, kind, professional, upbeat, empathetic and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. My rating is one million stars... five stars is not enough. They let me bring my hubby in the room for moral support and continuously ensured I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on. Great Lakes Dental Excellence is an accurate name... but I would rename them Great Lakes Dental Elite because they are the very best of the best! One million out of 10...highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was a good day. No cavities. It's a pleasure to visit these folks. Always joyful and cheerful. Appointment time was spot on, did not have to wait. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent 1st visit. Receptionist Beth was very accommodating and welcoming. Very comprehensive exam by Dr. Sean as well as by hygienist Samirah. Great bed side manner. If you're looking for a dental provider, look no further. Highly recommend.
