Experiencia fantástica: New to town and in extreme pain, I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Davidson. They were able to get me in on the same day. The paperwork was done in advance, so there wasn't any time spent waiting in the lobby. Taylor was incredibly kind listening to what I was experiencing and took great care taking xrays and made sure I was okay. Dr. Davidson was just as kind. He took time to assess my situation. He then explained the issue and my options clearly and without pressure to make an immediate decision. I normally dread going to the dentist and was super hesitant, but these guys made it as comfortable as a Dr. visit can be. Kudos to Dr. Davidson and his staff for changing my mind about dentists. I'm actually not dreading my next visit.

Experiencia negativa: The ladies in the office have been polite, kind and professional both times I've been there. Today, I went in for a cleaning, an exam and x-rays. When the dentist came in to explain things to me, I was still laying down staring up at the ceiling and after a while I finally asked him if I could sit up to have the conversation with him. He stopped talking to me, sat me up and seemed to storm off. I said "Well I'm still listening, I just wanted to sit up." He threw his hand up and said "she'll just explain it to you" and kept walking. He could've been in a hurry and didn't have time to finish explaining things to his client or he was acting childish. Either way, not impressive and I'll be going elsewhere.

Unfortunately I do not have the best teeth, due to genetics, severe dry mouth caused by medications, etc.. Nonetheless I have fought diligently over the years with good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups and cleanings. The fight is getting closer to the end and sad to say i am not winning. Dr. Davidson & his staff have been with me for the long haul. Always offering support, kindness and excellent dental care. Many of times I've cried a few tears after my x-rays and Dr. Davidson informs me of the findings. I've always been offered support, caring and a tissue:) I can't imagine going down this "dental road" with any other dental facility. His staff is excellent. They're caring and that means a lot. I recommend Davidson Family Dental for all your dental needs.

The desk assistant seemed dismissive of my situation, focusing more on appointment logistics rather than my immediate health concern. Despite that initial frustration, the nurse and the doctor were absolutely incredible. They took care of me right away, providing thorough and compassionate care. I cannot express enough gratitude for the medical team—they are professional, efficient, and truly committed to patient well-being. However, I have encountered communication challenges with the front desk on multiple occasions. While I understand the need for scheduling protocols, clearer and more patient-focused communication at reception would make an already excellent office even better. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for its outstanding medical team, and I hope to see improvements in the patient-facing interactions at the front desk.

I felt no pain, was very quick procedure and now that numbing has worn off I still have no pain. Very thorough, clear aftercare instructions too! Best dentist experience ever!

And Dr. Davidson did great at making sure I didn't feel too much pain during the numb injection when he had to inject in a very sensitive and painful location.

Experiencia fantástica: Had issue's after back surgery with my mouth. After calling around, nobody would get me in including my dentist for 12 days. When went to dentist, after 2 second look said I just had sore, should heal even though I said I think somethings in there. So started looking v again for someone to help. After 1 month of misery, my dr said call Davidson family dental. Called immediately and they had me in by that afternoon. Come to find out, anesthesiologist broke piece of bone off my jaw. These folks removed. With in few days, healed up. Guess I'm saying, top notch place, thank you for help. Will be switching dentists. Nice to see people who still care. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had pretty terrible dental hygiene most of my life due to tobacco use and no care. When I stopped chewing 4 years ago, the goal was to focus on improving it. I broke a tooth in October 2023 and that started the journey. Everything I have had done so far has been relatively pain free, given the circumstances. Root canal, deep cleanings, you name it. The entire staff from the appointments, to the hygienist, to Dr Davidson himself have been very helpful to give me some more confidence back in my smile!
