Experiencia fantástica: Whitney did an amazing job!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am in a wheelchair and it is very hard for me to get around. The staff at TLC were absolutely fantastic. They brought me in from transit, helped out of and back into my chair then called the transit for me so I didn't have to wait. In fact they did better than my dr office!

Experiencia fantástica: Great employees! Very nice and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I struggle with dental anxiety, but they did everything possible to help me feel comfortable and safe, turning what I thought would be a stressful visit into a truly positive experience. I was especially touched that they even called a few hours afterward to check on me. Being able to get in so quickly was another huge relief. I’m genuinely grateful to have found them and will absolutely continue my care here.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful from the office staff to the hygienist, and the doctor. Cecelia is great for the cleanings and always makes my visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Lack is very knowledgeable, is patient and caring with me, and takes good care of me. I don't particularly enjoy having dental work done, but this is definitely a good place to be when it's needed!

Experiencia fantástica: Dental hygienist is so professional and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Just started going to TLC as our former dentist no longer took our insurance. I had good care at the former place here in Enid, but even on my first visit at TLC, I had one of the best...pain free...cleaning experiences. I had a really bad experience several years ago, in another city far away, and it left me kinda hating going to the dentist for cleanings. Whitney has been the best, making it painless and easy going. I actually don't dread it anymore. Just glad we switched. Highly recommend TLC!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, painless, completely knowledgeable. The staff are great. Best dentist I have ever been to.

Experiencia fantástica: Emma and Julie are awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super quick no fuss. He extracted a tooth in less than 3 minutes I’m pretty sure

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient I was treated with respect, courtesy, and kindness. I am very grateful I gave them a chance and look forward to continuing to give them my business. I had Emma as my dental hygienist and she was amazing, professional, gentle, and caring!! Dr. Lack was very efficient, listened to my needs, and was honest!!

Experiencia negativa: Need to make sure you get and save receipts and that they honor quotes. Also, oral hygienist refused to clean my and my wife's teeth for over two years by telling us that there was a mistake in scheduling every time our cleaning appointments came due. Dr. Lack does do excellent work, however.

Experiencia fantástica: I always get the best care at TLC dental, very kind and gentle. Dr. Lack spends time listening and asking questions, gives the best care.

Experiencia fantástica: For my first time at TLC Dental it was, in a word, impressive. I walked in and the receptionist already knew who I was. After a short wait I was brought back to a room. X-rays were taken promptly, and the cleaning followed right after. The doctor came in, introduced himself and looked over my teeth. The level of professionalism from everyone was top notch. And lastly, the new building is very, very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! Had extensive work done Dr Lack is the best dentist I’ve been to in 53 years. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first time I enjoyed going to a dental appointment came out smiling and happy at TLC. They are so professional and kind and compassionate.

Experiencia negativa: Great service and people. However, MILITARY with TriCare BEWARE! They say they take TriCare (and they do), what they forget to tell you is they are OUT OF NETWORK. What this means is for a cleaning after insurance it cost $150 when I have 4 kiddos final bill was $700. Had I known this I would have never gone to them. They need to be very specific when they say they take insurance but are out of network so they will charge you an arm and leg!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left the dentist office. The Staff was friendly and polite. Wait time was minimal. The dentists are knowledgeable and my procedure was quick and painless.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lack and Whitney are amazing—my kids love going because Whitney makes it so fun for them!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Everyone is kind & Dr Lack is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: They are all so helpful and nice! The dental hygienist always takes her time and cleans my teeth so well also, I could fall asleep she is so gentle. Any little concern of mine she takes note of and really cares. Definitely recommend! 10/10!!

Experiencia fantástica: I will have to say I was impressed the facility was very nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband both feel very comfortable. They did an excellent job on our cleanings. All in all it was a very good experience. I really appreciate Whitnee and Julie and the Doc and just the entire staff was wonderful. Very comfortable place . Extremely knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Friendly, decided to wait 3 weeks for the day of my appointment to tell me that they were out of insurance network. Gotta find another dentist and get another appointment for today.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome office! State of the art equipment. Whitney is a great hygienist. Dr Lack is the best! Would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly. They were very informative about all the procedures that I needed and I will definitely recommend TLC Dental and Dr.Lack to my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have an excellent experience when I’m here. I love Cecilia! She’s always so nice and kind and will answer any question. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well!

Experiencia fantástica: The experience I had was very professional, and made me feel calm.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very nice and accommodating for those that use a wheelchair. They also answered all my questions that I had, even made the experience smooth if I got a little nervous. All in all it was a wonderful 1st timer experience.

Experiencia negativa: Veteran referral. Went to place, they didn't mark the chart as veteran referral even though the VA was the one that chose them and referred it. Then was told they couldn't do the work that the referral specifically identified as approved because "they didn't know who I was" even though I had already given them my identification. Receptionist seemed completely incompetent.

Experiencia fantástica: Great as always. All so friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience was awesome. The dental assistant was very professional, kind, patient and understanding! She made my son’s experience to the dentist amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience! I went most of my young adult life without visiting a dentist, so I’ve trusted TLC to keep my teeth healthy for a long time! The receptionist greets me by name and is always very nice. The new lace is very nice and spacious and there’s plenty of parking! From the prep at the beginning, to the cleaning and x-rays and everything else, it is all so welcoming and relaxing. That’s a lot to say for a dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: Whitney is amazing and so caring! Thankful for hers and Dr. Lacks care!

Experiencia fantástica: Was trying to find a new dentist, & had a bad experience. I went to tlc to get a second opinion. They brought my faith back. Very nice people. It's nice to know there are still honest & caring people still. I have found my new dentist.
