Newport Beach Dental Studio | Dr. Tai Ha, DDS

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was a non-event. Very relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: Water buffalo meat taste delicious

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his staff are amazing and made our visit so comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha at Newport Beach Dental Studio is truly outstanding. He combines exceptional skill with the latest dental technology, making every visit comfortable, efficient, and stress-free. He takes the time to explain everything, genuinely cares about his patients, and delivers excellent results. His entire team is just as impressive—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. From scheduling to treatment, the level of care and attention is second to none. If you’re looking for a dentist in Newport Beach, I can’t recommend Dr. Ha and Newport Beach Dental Studio highly enough. In my opinion, he’s the only dentist to go to! Plus, he’s a Trojan! ✌️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ha and Christine and Teresa are my dental team for life! Fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely pleased with my experience of Dr. Ha and his friendly , efficient and skilled staff. I had my teeth cleaned today by Tina and was very impressed with her skill and the added benefit of educating me on specific cleaning techniques to enhance my oral health. The office atmosphere is lovely; beautifully decorated and supplied with the latest state of the art dental equipment. Dr. Ha is truly a find. He is adept at his craft and is also extremely gentle in masterfully serving his patients. I count myself very fortunate and am thankful that when I was looking for a dentist some years ago now, my trusted friend spoke so highly of Dr. Ha that I called, made an appointment and will be forever grateful for my friends recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the initial inspection. Would like to know if the crown on the lower left side was replaced a year ago. Number 18?

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind staff that helps ease any anxiety!

Experiencia positiva: Really it's fine but I suggest you to develop more to be a good seller good

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, this review is long overdue! About five months ago, I had the best experience EVER with Dr. Ha. I was in desperate need of replacing my 25 year-old veneers but was getting outrageous quotes in the Dallas area. After much research, I came across Dr. Ha via social media & he felt like he could help me at a much more reasonable price, which really intrigued me. We messaged back-and-forth for several months discussing In detail what I wanted to change about my smile…color, shape, etc. It was such a pleasure dealing with him, and he was always so reassuring that everything could be done behind the scenes before I even got there AND sure enough he delivered!! He and his amazing staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating ESP knowing I would be flying in from out of state, which was greatly appreciated! He even came in on his day off to accommodate us (my husband was so impressed He got his teeth done too) He has a beautiful modern office in a high-rise with state of the art technology. I was so excited to meet him after messaging for months and he was so professional, fun and just down to earth! To be honest, it felt like I had known him for years! It’s so rare to meet a doctor like this nowadays, but you could tell he just LOVES what he does & it shows! He showed me my digital design makeover on a big TV screen & how my veneers would look. WOW! Just WOW!! I was totally blown away at the new technology VS 25 yrs ago! His level of expertise was top notch as well as his attention to detail. He thoroughly explains what he’s going to do and constantly asks if you’re OK or hurting during the procedure. And let me tell you, he worked tirelessly to get my bite just right since he knew I wouldn’t be able to come back for adjustments AND he totally nailed it! It’s hard to find a dentist that truly cares about his patients & their satisfaction. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! I’m totally in love with my new youthful & brighter smile! AND, I was sooo impressed that I had him redo two crowns that were less than a year old because they were so ugly…looked like big round temporaries! He also took care of a filling & to my surprise he was able to do it by laser!! Wait, WHAT??!! He didn’t even have to numb me up and I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve had a ton of dental work done over the years and this new technology is just mind blowing! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ha to anyone who is looking for an EXCELLENT cosmetic dentist!! AND don’t worry about traveling, if need be, because he is 100% worth it! Also, he has constantly been checking in with us making sure everything is still ok. Who does that anymore?? Thanks again Dr Ha & Staff! I can’t wait to visit again!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental office and staff ever, cannot recommend them highly enough

Experiencia fantástica: This dental studio is simply the best i have ever seen. Dr Ha and his entire staff are skilled with newest techniques along with being courteous and very kind to their patients. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned today by Tina and she is amazing! Very thorough and gives knowledgeable guidance. Dr. Tai Ha also checked on me to make sure I was doing okay with previous work I had done. I love coming in to the office and feel very well taken care of by the team, including Teresa the office manager! Everyone I’ve interacted with is amazing and I would not trust any other dental office to take care of me! I highly recommend Dr. Tai and his team! Thank you to all you are the best!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with Dr. Ha—outstanding dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m always nervous getting dental work done, but as soon as Dr. Tai gave me my first shoot, I knew it was going to be alright, he was very smooth and gentle, his stitching was well done, no food or anything getting into the wound after my extractions, I will proceed with the implants soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean office, nice staff that is friendly, attentive and helpful. The exam rooms are well appointed and Dr. Ha did a great job explaining everything and answering questions. Very happy with my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha simply the greatest and entire Team is outstanding! I had to do a lot of dental work done: cleaning, cavity feelings, wisdom tooth extraction, crowns, root canal feeling. Dr. Ha handled everything perfectly, sometimes referred me to specialist when needed (like with root canal), but he always oversaw the entire treatment process, and I always felt confident that everything is under control and going exactly as it should! Thank you so much Dr. Ha & Team

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional & great service!!

Experiencia fantástica: As soon as I walk in the door at Newport Beach Dental Studio, I feel the professionalism of the office. The staff warmly welcomes me. The waiting room is very clean, modern, and tidy with WiFi posted and a TV for entertainment. They always are on time so I am never waiting long. The same goes for the ambience in the dental chair. A TV is there for viewing. My time with the hygienists is always easy and informative. They are efficient and genuinely great at communicating. Dr. Ha then comes in after cleanings to do an evaluation, read X rays, catch up… he is always easy going, professional and efficient. I’ve also had the opportunity to do the teeth whitening program which was affordable and worked great. Loved my results. The hygienist or front desk staff proactively helps schedule your next cleaning and answer any insurance or informational questions. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Ha is a great dentist. Very patient, gentle and down to earth. I wouldn't dream of going to any other dentist. My dental visits are very pleasant. I recommend Dr Ha 100 percent.

Experiencia fantástica: Before I found this business, dentist was not a pleasant experience for me. Since then I feel really good to go every few months! The people over there give you the best feeling. Great customer service, amazing service professionals they now the best. you in a good hands and company. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always get the best experience! The stuff is friendly, kind, professional. The vibes is very relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia negativa: Patient Abandonment – Do NOT Go HERE!!! Avoid The Dental Studio – Dr. Ha Tai. After weeks of visits, veneer planning, and paying a large deposit, Dr. Ha Tai was personally involved — even calling me at night about my veneers. Then, without any explanation, his office completely ghosted me just weeks before Christmas, leaving me stuck with temporary veneers and no continuity of care. This is negligent, unethical, and completely unprofessional. Do not risk your smile or your money. I later found out that the reason his veneers are discounted it's caz he gets them overseas! This behavior will be reported to the boards.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff in this office is pleasant and kind. They worked me in as an emergency today and was still prompt and on time. I was given a quick diagnosis and sent to a specialist who I was equally pleased with. My problem was addressed within a few hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the office, from Dr. Ha to the entire staff, is incredibly accommodating and professional. The service is always fantastic, and it’s genuinely a pleasure coming in each and every time. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha makes his patients feel at ease and comfortable. He has wonderful bedside manner and makes going to the dentist feel like an enjoyable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was amazing very sweet people. The Dentist was so nice and educational I would recommend this place to everyone

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I've had in years. Glad I found him. Everything here is top notch, state of the art, friendly helpful staff is the cherry on top.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his team are amazing! They are knowledgeable and skilled, plus very personable, kind, and professional. They take care of our whole family.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t write many reviews, but Dr. Ha more than deserves a great one. His expertise, patience, and cutting-edge technology is next level. The office is gorgeous, the team is incredibly friendly, and I left knowing I’d found my forever dentist. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his team are wonderful! Everyone there is so kinda and welcoming! While going to the dentist might not be everyone’s favorite thing, I can pretty much guarantee you will have a pleasant experience and feel well taken care of. Very happy I started going here!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great cleaning. Staff very respectful and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: On time. Answered all questions. Teeth cleaning was pretty easy

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Tai Ha by my dental surgeon while looking for a cosmetic dentist who uses the latest technology—and I ended up getting so much more. From the very beginning, his staff made the process smooth and convenient, especially with easy scheduling and communication via text. Dr. Tai Ha placed two crowns on my front teeth. The first set looked good, but he noticed they were slightly too white and not quite as translucent or natural-looking as they should be. He was the one who pointed it out—not me—and took it upon himself to bring in a skilled ceramist to ensure the replacements were absolutely perfect. The final result exceeded my expectations. There’s a reason Dr. Tai Ha has five stars across all review platforms: he cares deeply about the quality of his work and his patients’ satisfaction. You can tell he’s committed to getting things exactly right. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent cosmetic dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha fitted me in last minute after I had a bad toothache come up. Diagnosed the issue, referred me to an excellent endo down the street, and got a root canal all before lunch. High end experience from start to finish. Would recommend folks check out Dr. Ha’s practice for all of their dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr.Ha for over five years and he always greets me with a smile and ask about my family (Who now goes to him too). He’s caring, genuine, professional and pays attention to detail. He explains the procedure he going to do and constantly makes sure your not feeling any discomfort. Teresa the office manager is always so nice and very helpful. Especially when it comes to insurance. His assistant Vanessa, is always cheerful and has a sweet sense of humor. The dental hygienist is always very careful to make sure your dental cleaning is a nice experience. I highly recommend Newport Beach Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer service, the doctor explained the services I will need, he was not in a rush, he took the time to listen to my concerns, they make me feel calm and special. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I flew in from out of town for my visit to Dr. Ha. I'm very grateful to office manager Teresa for being incredibly helpful with the scheduling and logistics of planning my visit. I also need to give special thanks to lead dental assistant Vanessa for taking such great care of me during my treatment and for being nice enough to give me a ride back to the airport for my return home flight. Dr. Ha did a phenomenal job, my results look extremely natural. He is a highly skilled cosmetic dentist. He was very detailed and made sure to give me the best outcome possible. He also has a great eye for photography!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great service i am very please with the service very very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Pristne Contemporary Decor, Professionally Staffed, Smiling Faces, Great Dental Care..who can ask for anything more ?

Experiencia fantástica: First of all I rarely leave reviews but this experience absolutely deserves one. Ashley’s friendly, fun and warm personality was so welcoming It was by far the best and most comfortable cleaning I have ever had (I’m 60 yrs old and have had plenty of experiences to know). Dr.Ha is always so pleasant and informative. The Technology he has is amazing. The office is immaculate and there are several other lovely people I had contact with, sadly I don’t remember all their names ‍♀️. The checkout process with Teresa was seamless. She is so sweet !!! If you are considering a new dentist, look no further… this staff will not disappoint.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t express how truly thankful I am for finding Dr. Ha’s practice. Dr. Ha and his team (particularly Himself, Teresa and Vanessa) have shown me nothing but the upmost kindness and outstanding professionalism since I have been a new patient over the past year or so. Every procedure has been handled gently, friendly, welcoming, and in an environment that puts you at ease. Outstanding!

Experiencia positiva: I had a dental cleaning yesterday. All was perfect. However, I had hoped that I might have seen Dr. Ha for a brief second to check on my lower gum area. The dental hygienist assured me it was okay (although a tad inflamed, I thought) so I let it drop.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office! The staff is extremely kind, thorough and proficient. Dr. Ha is the best! I always feel I receive the best care.

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful experience I had today for my teeth cleaning at Newport Beach Dental Studio. The whole staff (Vanessa, Ashley, and Dr. Ha) did such a thorough and professional job! Starts by me walking in and as soon as I walked in it just felt so clean and warm and inviting and tranquil with the interior design. Very good and relaxed vibes. The waiting area and TVs had funny pet videos playing and I found that to be relaxing as well. The room had a nice view of greenery of Newport Beach. The appointment room has a big TV in front of you with the funny pet/animal videos and I found myself laughing and had to stop laughing before the hygienist out the x-ray stuff in my mouth so the whole ambience makes you feel relaxed and time flies and I looked at my watch and an hour had passed with x-rays with Vanessa (who was very professional, and seemed to take pride in her career), new patient consult with Dr. Ha and then teeth cleaning with Ashley (who was also nice and did a very good/thorough job with the teeth cleaning). Everything felt like only 15 min. There was even a TV in the ceiling so when the chair was reclined I could still watch a relaxing ocean vid lol The consult with Dr. Ha, was perfect. You can tell he has a passion for dentistry, tech, and innovation. I had a ton of questions about different dental products and he listened and gave me some good recommendations on various things and seemed to enjoy talking dental stuff with me instead of being irritated by me asking questions like some other dental places I’ve been. We went through my x-rays and teeth pics on the big tv and said everything was good and didn’t need any treatment. I loved the technology they used in the office. The big TV in front of me showed all my teeth super clear and with AI, Dr. Ha said, that shows all sorts of stuff like health of my enamel, AI measurements on screen of my gun recession, etc. I appreciated everything being in front of me to see whereas other dentists I’ve been to, they kind of hide your teeth x-rays and don’t explain anything. All the equipment and technology made this the modern dentist in Orange County I’ve been looking for. I also like how you can text the office and makes communication easy. I like how all the forms are done online and was able to check-in all through my phone before arriving. It takes a lot for me to review a place but I just felt led to leave a review because if helps a few more people find a dentist who is competent and innovative and can alleviate some of their fears about dentistry, then my review was worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome first experience. Entire staff were helpful and kind. State of the art dentistry at its best!

Both Dr Ha and Team are totally transparent, knowledgeable in the dental field. High tech speaks a lot for his expertise that enables him to help us, the patients. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his staff are amazing! Been a patient for about 2 years or so and each time I’m in the office (whether voluntarily or out of necessity), they are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was amazing—so friendly and very professional. The process and procedures were detailed and options for treatment were provided.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who has not had the greatest experience with dentists in the past, seeing a new one is always an anxious experience. I was recommended to Dr. Ha through another dental office down the hall in their building and I'm so glad I decided to make the appointment. Dr. Ha and his team, especially Vanessa, made my experience an amazing one! They do a fantastic job at explaining what they're doing and more importantly, why they're doing it. Their explanations of each process eased my anxieties. Teresa made scheduling my next few appointments a breeze! Overall it was a really amazing experience and I cannot thank Dr. Ha and his team enough for the wonderful care they give!

Experiencia fantástica: So impressed by Dr. Ha and his staff! Truly one of the best dental visits I have had. As a new patient, they were so kind and welcoming. I was shocked when they could do it all in a matter of a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. They put me at ease right away, and I did not have the discomfort that I usually have with dental work. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could give them seven stars out of five, I would.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. Everyone is wonderful and put you at ease. For the first time in my life I am not fearful of stepping foot in the office. A huge thank you to the staff and Dr. Ha for being patient and explaining things.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience very good all together. Thank you Don Nemchock

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ha for my clear aligner treatment. From day one, Dr. Ha was attentive, friendly, and professional. He explained the treatment process thoroughly and addressed all of my questions. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Ha and his team made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. I am so happy with my new smile! If you're looking for a skilled dentist, Dr. Ha is the one to trust. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his team are the best! My old dentist retired and I needed to find a new one. I tried out two other dentists before Dr. Ha and they were both disappointing. From the moment I went to Dr. Ha's office I felt like this is where I belong. Dr. Ha is a highly skilled dentist who is friendly and easy to talk to. I needed a few crowns and with his use of technology, I got the work completed in short order. His staff is outstanding as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a great experience every time I get my check up and dental work done!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and the Newport Dental Studio staff always try to fit you in their schedule if there is a cancellation and for routine procedures or teeth repair have always been great for me. Totally recommend if you are in this part of SoCal.

Experiencia fantástica: Always such amazing people. Making sure there was no pain and the whole time.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his staff are the best. It is always a pleasant and sometimes fun experience. this is most definitely the best dental experience I have ever had, and always look forward to my appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: An amazing and conscientious staff that has been there for years. The hygienist are the best and Dr. Ha is personable and cares about his patients.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW! I am beyond thrilled with my injectable veneer experience. I can't recommend Newport Beach Dental Studio enough! Dr. Ha and his staff are so kind and made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. Dr. Ha doesn't rush you at all and truly listens to your needs and your smile goals. After an initial consultation, we decided on injectable veneers for my four front teeth. I didn't want to commit to porcelain veneers since my teeth were healthy but just needed some lengthening and shaping in the front to achieve a fuller smile. This technology is modern, fast, and painless and my natural teeth underneath weren't shaved down or damaged. Didn't even need to be numbed up since it's basically a tooth mold process! I was always worried that cosmetic work would look bulky or unnatural - NOT THE CASE HERE! Everything is seamless and Dr. Ha's attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly impeccable. I walked out after only my second visit with EXACTLY what I wanted. My smile is so natural, youthful, bright - I can't stop smiling! 10/10 would recommend NBDS to everyone. Thank you Dr. Ha!!

Experiencia fantástica: A++++++ Dentist! I would give 100 stars if I could. I used to have yellow crooked teeth... now I’m smiling from ear to ear! Sounds cheesy but I’m really just happy with my new teeth (still my teeth but 100X better). I have been a patient of Dr. Ha for over 5 years and he has always been very diligent and extremely thorough with his work. Dr. Ha has not only given me a new smile but he has also given me confidence in my decisions when it comes to my dental work. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with him and I couldn’t be more thrilled about my new smile! He made my stubborn crooked teeth fit without having to do any extractions! I am very confident that I am getting outstanding dental care when I visit Dr. Ha. Not only is Dr. Ha extremely knowledgeable about his field but he is also very kind and approachable. He takes the time to explain every procedure and makes sure I know the importance and the science behind each treatment. After being super scared and even grossed out of the dentist, I have reconsidered my opinion and now know the importance of taking care of my teeth! This isn’t a dentist that’s just gonna come in, do the work and take your money, this is a dentist that will take the time to care about you and your smile! edit 2023 I’m amazed at the technology Dr. Ha offers his patients. He took x-rays and pictures of my teeth, then showed them to me on a big screen and walked me though every thing he was looking at. The entire experience was so detailed and specifically catered to me. I left the office knowing exactly what my problem areas were and which treatment was the best for me. I’m so confident in Dr. Ha’s work, he offers the best dentist experience I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and meet me where I’m at. 10/10 experience

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, Dr. Ha explained treatment and my options which made my dental decision easy to make. I look forward to bringing my family to Newport Beach Dental. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ha and his team are always so cheerful and professional. They provide quality dental care and are always on time. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this dentist they were very caring and understanding and had high patience with me Since I do ask a lot of questions

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to have dental work done. Real comfortable environment and good people.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I found this dental office. My mom and I went to a different dentist first during the pandemic. We needed cleanings and had work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, I was not only not impressed, but I didn't trust them to do the work well. I didn't want them to work on my mom's teeth at all but we figured any dentist was better than putting it off...this was not a good call. They did a horrible job that had to be corrected and it felt like medical gaslighting. My friend referred me to Newport Beach Dental Studio and was raving about them. After both my mom and I have gotten cleanings and most of the work done that we needed, I can confidently say this is the best dental office I have ever been to. The whole staff is kind and welcoming, they listen and they pay attention. Those long forms we all fill out as new patients, doctor Ha actually read them before our visits and asked about it. He took time to explain things and they really care about your comfort. Most people hate the dentist (I never really minded as long as they do a good job) and this practice really succeeds in making the whole experience as pleasant as possible. When I move out of state, I will still be coming out here for my dental work. Thanks guys so much for caring about your clients!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ha & his team are the best! This is the first dental office that I enjoy visiting. Everyone is so warm the office environment is tranquil and they have all of the latest technology. I’ve done cleanings, dental alignment, and teeth whitening and all has been really successful. Thank you Dr. Ha and team!

Experiencia fantástica: Spectacular, caring and friendly staff. Dr Ha is highly professional, bright, honest, kind, easy to talk to, and takes time to explain and educate patients as he examines them. I can’t praise them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental clinic, Dr. Ha is the best dentist and has the best staff in Orange County! He is very caring and very gentle, he listens to the patient and give honest advice unlike all other dentists I have been in the past who keep upselling the most expensive services that I don’t really need. He is good on what he do and I’m always happy when I leave the office. Teresa and all the staff are super nice as well and will try their best to make the patients happy and satisfied. Excellent customer service and I never had to wait for so long!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Ha and his Amazing Staff. Very professional, caring, super funny, efficient and on time. I am very happy with my results and I recommend Newport Beach Dental Studio to everyone! Thank you all so much for the amazing experience Dr. Ha, Laura, Vanessa and Teresa!

Experiencia fantástica: Happy Front and Back Office Team - My Hygienist is wonderful. She shared lots of useful info. My Dentist - Kind and engaging - Looking forward to next time!

Experiencia fantástica: If service, quality, customer service and cleanliness is important to you then visit Newport Beach Dental Studio! I was referred by Vanessa who works there and I am very happy. Everyone in this office is very nice and easy going. Dr. Ha is very honest and great! I also love how updated they're with technology. Their mobile app Modento makes it super easy to keep track of appointments and also earn rewards on referrals. I have referred a few people here and they all LOVE it! Thank you for making my dental visits smooth and easy!
