Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed by the quality of your service. Since I will require extensive dental work I have been looking for someone to take care of my problems. I was impressed as soon as I walked in the atmosphere took me by surprise right away the look and feel was not what you expect from a dental place. The sofas are very comfortable compared to those hard seats in most doctors offices. Next the way the X-ray work done on me shows exactly what needs to be done clear photos of my teeth. Next the hygienist explained everything that he saw that the Doctor would want to want to discuss with me. Next the Doctor came in introduced himself and started asking about my dental and health background. 5 years ago I had a kidney transplant and he wanted my kidney doctor to approve the medications I would need before he would treat me which of course shows my wellbeing before working on my teeth. Surprised that they never asked let’s see what your insurance covers and all that. They took my believe of money first and patient condition later and threw that argument out the window. I know in this case I will be happy to go see the dentist instead of oh heck I have to have my teeth worked on. Of course time will tell but so far I’m ready. And yes they got a hold of my kidney doctor and got the clearance to start my meds. Not one of those places that throw caution to the wind. Like I said time will tell For now I am at ease going forward with them enough to where I am taking the time to write this

Experiencia fantástica: Recently, my mother had an encounter with the primary supervisor, Kristal. All we can say is she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacks respect for elders and has zero empathy for the patients. It’s ironic to me since their website clearly states they are professionals who strive to give respect, compassion, satisfaction, and comfort to all their patients, which, disgracefully, Kristal did not. My mother suffers from anxiety and has high blood pressure, which the staff knew about; Kristal still went into that room with a disgusting attitude and not only made my mother feel like she was a liar, but her argument was unethical and unnecessary. In the end, my mom ended up having a panic attack due to her behavior toward her. The only good thing I can say about this place is that I’m thankful Enrique was there; he comforted and calmed my mother down. He resolved the issue in the most professional, respectful, and caring way possible, as he should have. I dread that I wasn’t there to help my mother and show this lady that my mother isn’t alone and she has no right whatsoever to treat her as she did. Would she have been responsible if, god forbid, something worse had happened to my mother? Kristal should not be part of this institution, as this is not the first time something like this has happened. She makes the whole place look bad, and you stop going because of people like her. Update: Dr. Chun had contacted me as soon as he saw my previous review. We were able to communicate the problem that occurred, and throughout these months, he and his staff have been nothing but polite, kind, and empathetic. My mother received her partials today and is beyond thrilled with the results and service. I want to take this time to thank Dr. Chun, Enrique, and a beautiful, kind soul named Jazmin; you all have been incredible and genuine to my mother and me. Thank you for everything. We genuinely appreciate it. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of dental services.

Experiencia negativa: I have always gone to Juarez to get any dental work done. I recently found out that I had dental insurance so I decided to give it a try going to a dental clinic here in the states. Oh I regret it so much the three ladies in the front were never able to tell me if my insurance was going to cover my dental procedure after 3 months. Every time I went I would have to cancel because they wouldn't be able to tell me if my insurance was going to cover my procedures. Hey they only had a few months to figure it out right. Worst place ever don't even go there you're going to lose your time

I always struggled with my dental care and they were welcoming and informative about everything I needed to get back on the ball with my care. They worked with me and I had 2 extractions (long overdue) and a bone graft. Not only did they make me feel safe and at ease, but the care they took with the procedure, communication and attention to detail, was immaculate! I have never felt so at ease with any other dentist. I will be returning for all my cleanings going forward and have to say they are the best in Socorro, hands down!

Experiencia negativa: We recently decided to switch to this dentist after a recommendation. I looked them up with my mom's dental insurance and it showed she would be covered. Well after we filled out the paperwork, they called to re-verify the insurance and said they would let us know if there were any issues. No call back so my mom went to her appt. Once she got there, she filled out the paperwork and afterward informed her that they only covered children with that insurance. Only reason I gave them 2 star was because they at least offered to exam her for free for the inconvenience but would have to pay if she came back. My mom felt there was no use in that if she had to go somewhere else to use her insurance. Waste of time.
