Experiencia negativa: Tried making appointment and had x rays and plan but they were still trying to charge to get service done I just got 2 months ago makes no sense and not trying to get overcharged!! There’s plenty of other dentists that take new patients that have previous info. I even tried contacting prior online and their customer service didn’t even get back until I called…wouldn’t bother trying here!

Experiencia negativa: During one visit, I was injected so aggressively with numbing agent that my lingual nerve was partially severed. Half of my tongue went numb for about three months, and even now, years later, I am not convinced sensation fully returned. When I called the next day to report the numbness, it was brushed off and treated as no big deal. There was no follow-up or concern shown, only a suggestion to wait it out. Beyond that, the atmosphere during procedures has consistently felt unprofessional. Staff regularly gossip during treatment, and I received inappropriate comments while in the chair. I was lectured about high blood pressure during a root canal, told I “salivate more than anyone they’ve worked on,” and had bleeding joked about with comments like “looks like I’ve angered the gum gods.” None of this felt appropriate while receiving dental care. The dentist also frequently chats and gossips with staff during procedures, which comes across as distracting. My wife also had a troubling experience. She was told she had a cavity despite never having had one before. When she came in for the filling, they initially attempted to work on a tooth on the opposite side of her mouth. When she questioned it, they appeared confused and then changed teeth mid-appointment. While I cannot say definitively what happened, it raised serious concerns for us, especially given her excellent oral hygiene. Overall, the care felt careless and the environment unprofessional. I would not recommend this office.

Experiencia positiva: I got my teeth cleaned the beginning of December and although the front desk is always pleasant and I did not have to wait for my appointment, I did not feel as though the hygenist cleaned my teeth very well. She did the motions, scrapped at, brushed and flossed my teeth, however, no additional type of cleaning was done and everything felt and looked the exact same. Usually the hygenist would clean more throughly and with some type of device, but not this time. I am disappointed, as I have had good care previously from this clinic, I just did not feel as though this cleaning was worth the money I had to pay.

I called Dr Rachel as she was listed as the on call Dr during the weekend and she called me back on a Sunday and told me she can take me first thing Monday morning. She seriously saved my life and was so kind and fast when fixing my broken crown. 10/10 recommend this dentist!

She respected my time, knew her buisness and explained things clearly to me.
