Dr. R provided me with a temporary crown while my new crown was being made. All of the staff was very professional and explained things well. Thank you for your service.

Experiencia fantástica: 1st time here. Dr. Peper and her Assistant were fabulous. I really dont like the dentist, but they went pace. They made me feel very comfortable. They care about my well being being with them and the after care. I would recommend thus place to all. Anne Yeager

Experiencia fantástica: Bridget did an awesome job today- patient and friendly. Made my appointment a pleasure! Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: My Dentist is Dr. Carlson. He is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, focused, and best of all personable. Unlike some dentists that I have been to, he can be honest, blunt, but really provide feedback on what you are seeking with your smile/budget and do it in personal way. The rest of the staff is always friendly, teeth cleanings, check ups, you will get reliable feedback and they will be as friendly/professional with patients as you can with hands in your mouth . Front staff is helpful, they are looking to get you in and walking out satisfied. I honestly provide this feedback to friends when they ask how an apt went or who I use for my dental work. I had to make a switch with my insurance change out 5-7 years ago and I feel I hit the homerun with the choice. It is clear why they win Best im CV Dental Practice year after year. Thanks for all of your assistance and anybody seeking out more feedback can email me and I am happy to respond.

Experiencia fantástica: Had two wisdom teeth removed today, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr.Eric Carlson and his Assistant were patient, caring, explained everything thoroughly, and were amazing throughout the entire appointment. The whole process was super quick and much easier than I expected. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous about going to a dentist practice due to my last experience in a dentist office with my strong gag reflex. It’s safe to say the kind people at Menomonie Street Dental were one of the most enjoyable and accommodating Dentist Office I’ve ever been into! When I told them about my history about my strong gag reflex not only did they work with me with patience but with work with me for a viable solution. It had been 6 years of not going to the dentist because of the reflex but Menomonie Street Dental has changed that! Such a positive experience; I’d give 10 stars if I could! Would I recommend this practice to friends and family? Yes I would! Would I recommend this place to total strangers? Yes and yes!

Experiencia fantástica: They got me in right away for my wisdom teeth removal and made it easier to pay it off. I really enjoyed how kind and caring everyone was. They didn't make me feel embarrassed and answered my questions with good explanations.

Experiencia fantástica: Was easy to setup an appointment over the phone. They made suggestions, but no high pressure. Did a nice job on a annual cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Dr. Carlson and the team at Menomonie Street Dental for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. He saved my tooth and has removed my kids’ wisdom teeth. After Invisalign in my 40s, my teeth are now perfect. We moved over 2 hours away and still come back for care. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: So happy Menomonie Street Dental was accommodating and fitted me into their schedule last minute. Broke off a front tooth and had an occasion to attend the following day. Dr. Peper was able to put a temp crown on. I appreciated her making my day!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental hygienist! She was friendly and helpful, and efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer care and service. There was an appointment cancelation and I was able to get in early! Both the dentist and dental assistant took great care of me. Even took the time to explain where some issues could arise with my teeth. Very appreciative of that.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great customer service & the hygienists are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: February 19, 2026: Yesterday I had a routine visit with hygienist Brooke, and a chat with Dr. Huiras. It was a perfect experience in every way. Both ladies are just superb in their work and in their interaction with patients. I truly look forward to my dental appointments since being looked after by these two very professional and charming people. Next appointment is in June and I'll be there.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Bridget as a hygienist and she did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome. I feared the worst for a tooth extraction. Was treated with respect and compassion, especially since it was an emergency. Thanks to all the staff

Experiencia fantástica: Always enjoy my time here. Only dental place I've ever liked. If they didn't charge me for it, I'd spend more time there probably Those 1 star reviews have got to have personal grudges

Experiencia fantástica: Menomonie Street Dental provides excellent services. My appointments start on time, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Peper is very professional, personable, and attentive to my needs. She explains conditions and recommended services very well and I don't feel rushed. She never "brushes" my concerns/fears aside.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygenist great, Dr. HUIRAS the best 1st class

Experiencia fantástica: Always fun getting my teeth cleaned with Sam! Menomonie Street Dental is the friendliest and most thorough dental office. Thanks gang!

Experiencia fantástica: Hassle free scheduling, kind and courteous staff. Comfortable environment with top notch care. I do feel their pricing is a bit higher though.

Experiencia fantástica: After moving here, I had to find a new Dentist. I had my previous Dr. for over 20 years and had reservations about finding an office I would like. I found Menomine Street Dental, and have been very happy with the doctors, hygienists and the front office staff. I just switched to a different hygienist (Sam) and to Dr. Piper today. I switched providers just because I was more comfortable with them. The other providers were still very good. I'm extremely happy with everything now. My experience went from great to outstanding! I'll be a patient here far as long as I'm in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so patient with my son and made him feel comfortable throughout his visit!

Experiencia fantástica: After 65 years of putting off much needed dental work due to unpleasant childhood experiences...my fear of visits to the dentist are behind me and I actually look forward to each appointment! The staff at MSD are all wonderful! There aren't too many places, much less a dental office, where you can relax and watch deer and other critters romping around outside through the exam room windows while exchanging wildlife stories with Dr. Derek!

Experiencia fantástica: The providers and staff at Menomonie Street Dental are top notch and their care for their patients is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Sam does a great job cleaning my teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Menomonie Street Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. The doctors, hygienists, and front staff are all kind and genuine. The prices are comparable for the quality of work that is done. I have had cleanings by Ali and Alicia who were both super friendly and helped me to feel comfortable. Dr. Peper is very professional and compassionate. Will never see anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: After a terrible experience at my previous office, Menomonie dental has turned it around! They listen to my concerns and have made it such a stress free experience! I don’t dread the dentist anymore! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Menomonie Street dental for several years. The staff is professional and friendly. Sam is one of the best hygienists ever! Dr. Derek explains things clearly and thoroughly.

Experiencia fantástica: Being in business myself, I’ve always been fascinated by how great businesses are built, operated, and experienced — and Menomonie Street Dental is a perfect example of that. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. It’s clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They take a genuine interest in every patient — not just through friendly greetings, but through real conversation and connection. Their process is incredibly seamless and efficient, which I appreciate as someone who’s never been entirely comfortable with dental visits. Simply put, Menomonie Street Dental goes above and beyond. It’s more than a dental office — it’s a team and environment built around genuine care and exceptional service.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Menomonie St. Dental! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, friendly smile that makes you feel at ease right away. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Huiras is especially wonderful—really personable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and well-informed. The hygienists are not only professional but also amazing with kids. They create such a comfortable and positive experience, making dental visits enjoyable for the whole family. We actually look forward to our appointments! Highly recommend Menomonie St. Dental to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, and top-notch dental office. We love going there!

Experiencia fantástica: Sam, dental hygienist did good work on my teeth today. She works at Menomonie St Dental and her thoroughness and explanations and then report out to the dentist who did final check was very professional. Trained right at CVTC! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional service, always a great experience at MSD.

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment started on time. Sam did a very thorough job with cleaning my teeth. She also gave good instruction for caring for gum tissue. Dr. Carlson also friendly and professional. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam is a wonderful hygienist - thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and terrific to talk to. Dr. Carlson as always is professional, engaging, talented, and also a joy to work with. The whole practice is wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Cleaning appointment with Dr. Huiras and Sam was professional and very pleasant today. I appreciate their efforts to keep me engaged and totally comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to be one of those folks who traveled an hour+ back home to see my dentist from childhood but thanks to a lot of great recommendations I decided to switch to Menomonie Street Dental since it’s in town. I couldn’t be more happy to be a patient here! The staff is super friendly and my hygienist and dentist are phenomenal! Every time I head in for an appointment the place looks so nice, clean, and with the times!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and state of the art always. But the friendly personal service amazes me, and I don't get along with anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had nothing but great experiences at MSD! The staff are very friendly and professional. Shout out to Sam and Dr. Peper - they take great care of me and my teeth! I highly recommend MSD.

Experiencia fantástica: With being a mom of three boys life can be busy, but being able to have all the boys seen for exams and cleanings all at the same time is a game changer. The care and explanations for the kids made them feel at home. I sat with my youngest today and Sam was so sweet and made him feel like such a big boy, he can’t wait to be back. My other two boys felt comfortable and excited to tell me al about their cleanings although their hygienists came and told me all about their appointments. Our family is so thankful to be members.

Experiencia fantástica: MSD helped me get my teeth and gums healthier than they have ever been before.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff always take great care in their work and have attention to detail. They treat you as a whole person and make sure your experience is relaxing, comfortable, and quick. Highly recommend Dr. Carlson and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived 5 minutes early and was taken back right at the time my appointment was. My hygienist did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning my teeth and was very polite and friendly. I was able to book my next appointment with my hygienist in the back so no need to even stop by and wait at the front desk.

Experiencia fantástica: The care, concern, and expertise shown each visit I have is truly extraordinary and we are so blessed to have this in our community.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam is a wonderful hygienist! She is caring and is able to explain things in a very clear way. Grateful for her expertise!

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel like family here, which I appreciate that as much as how well the staff takes care of our family’s smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy I found an awesome team that truly care about my dental health and me.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist I've been to, hands down. Very informative. They listen to you and ask questions to make sure you get all the care you need. Will be recommending to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been having all my teeth health needs taken care of at Menomonie Street Dental since 2016. My latest visit today was very easy and pleasant, as usual.

Experiencia fantástica: Anyone who isn't using Menomonie Street Dental for their dental needs is missing out. My Hygienist Sam, is amazing! If I could leave more stars, I would!

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant visit. Sam was a friendly and upbeat hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: After years of neglect to my teeth MSD were able to get me back in business. They are kind and understanding. Today my teeth were cleaned by Sam and she was gentle and a delight to chat with. Best practice in town. I can’t recommend enough.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient in the last year Sam was great. Greeted right away by friendly front desk staff and was in and out in less than an hour

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for idk 10+ years now! Have always been treated with respect and encouragement to do better! Dr Peper and Sam are great!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always had very good experiences with Dr. Rognlien and his assistants.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam is my dental hygienist and Dr. Pepper is my dentist and they are the absolute best. Highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. We will be using their services.

Experiencia negativa: They seem to be money hungry, everyone is in business to make money just question some of the things that they say needs to be done. then I got the bill and twice as much as they told me it would be, OK Insurance didn’t cover as much understandable, but then called in to talk to intake manager I believe, over a $400 bill. She literally hung up on me. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally I called that day to make a payment but wow, I can’t believe that’s the way Dr. Carlson wants his practice run, but I guess whatever we will be finding a new dentist after eight years.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful with scheduling, insurance questions, and getting estimates in a timely manner. The hygienists were friendly, welcoming, thorough, and provided useful information in an approachable way. I saw Dr. Huiras and she seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Even though it was busy, I felt like they weren’t rushing and really cared about answering my questions and providing all the options.

Experiencia fantástica: I began going to Menominee Street Dental (Dr. Carlson) 6 years ago and have been beyond satisfied with the service I have received from every single member of the staff. I am well cared for at all times and respected and listened to regarding my issues and how “we” can tackle them. I have been in the service industry (hotels and property management) my entire life so receiving the type of service I would receive in a 5-star hotel is surprising but very appreciated ! Thank you to Dr. Carlson and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I had 2 terrible bilateral teeth, and cavities on other teeth near them. Dr. Rognlien and his wonderful assistants did such an amazing job fixing them. Two crowns that are both so perfect. And they do payment plans. I would have 2 or 3 teeth nightmares a week before these people fixed my teeth. The entire staff is incredible. I appreciate them so much. Can now confidently smile again. Thank you guys so much! Kayla in billing is also such a great person to work with. And everyone at the front desk are so helpful and polite.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Eric Carlson is amazing! He has given me a beautiful smile and I will forever be greatfull! I cannot get over the incredible work he did to give me this natural look. I had 18 yes 18 veneers put in and they look incredibly real. My family and friends cannot get over what he did. I am quite critical and I was convinced I would find some imperfection that I would have to accept. NOT AT ALL! They look so gorgeous and it is because he takes everything into consideration. He doesn't just put big white fake looking veneers. From the shape to the color he was spot on!. See below my before and after. MSD is a first class organization with an amazing support staff and hygienists as well!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely do not go to this dental office. Sent my daughter home with NO pain medication after getting surgery to remove wisdom teeth. Tried calling the after hours number and the voicemail was FULL! Absolutely horrible patient care! Chatted with customer care on 2 separate occasions only for them to send me the same generated message. They told me someone would call before the end of the day. My phone never rang! Didn't even get an email! If I could give no stars I would. Pathetic how there isn't a stitch of sympathy for the aftercare of their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr.Peper here for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. She changed my life with everything we’ve done and along with her compassion for her patients. Yet again today they proved how fantastic they are for working me in same day emergency and getting me out of pain. Even though I couldn’t see my regular dentist, I was treated just like every other time. Thank you Dr.Peper, Dr.Carlson, and every single staff member for being awesome at everything you do!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Menomonie Street Dental is awesome, kind, and has nothing but great customer service. We were not sure how our daughter, now 4, would do going to the dentist. She not only loves the team there but was even comfortable enough to do her first full cleaning recently! Thank you for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Menomonie Street Dental is a great dental office. Dr. Carlson, Dr. Rognlien, and Dr. Huiras have all been great. I am sure Dr. Peper is great as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently started my Invisalign treatment with Menomonie Street Dental. The consultation was free and beginning the process by having my buttons placed was very quick and efficient! Colleen and Dr. Carlson made the process very comfortable. They have really taken the time to provide you with the best experience. They were able to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Menomonie Street Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Very through exam with Samantha. She was friendly, informative and sympathetic to my nervousness.

Experiencia negativa: I went here for emergency dental pain that turned out to be wisdom teeth causing the pain. Dr. Carlson recommended surgically removing all 4 wisdom teeth, along with pulling a 5th tooth. At the time I thought it was a good idea, getting it all out of the way at once. Had I realized how big of a mistake I was making, due to being given terrible PROFESSIONAL advice. The sedation process was taking a generic brand of what I later realized was Valium, the morning before surgery. They never asked about medication reactions, interactions or allergies before prescribing the Valium. I had a terrible reaction mentally and was a complete monster the entire day following surgery. Dr. Carlson assured me I would have bleeding for up to 2 hours after surgery, but once I got home I would sleep most of the day. I bled all day and was only given 3 gauze rolls, so I had to purchase more. The reaction from the Valium, caused me to be awake and angry ALL DAY. When I came in before closing on the same day of surgery, due to the bleeding, Dr. Carlson had a very degrading explanation on how saliva makes its appear that I'm bleeding when I'm not. At the full assessment 2 weeks post surgery, Dr. Carlson made me feel insecure about my smile and my teeth. Which is a feeling I haven't had since I was a teenager! Asking if I was interested in Invisilign or braces due to the misalignment of ONE tooth!!! The constant calling me to change appointment times or days and their complete and utter unprofessional advice as a DOCTOR is beyond appalling. I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. 10/10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely great! I went in for some tooth pain because a different dentist office didn't do my filling right, and they fixed it up. Had some pain a week later, so I went back in and got a bite adjustment done for free! No more pain!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this office, they are so organized and professional, from all the girls at the front desk, Melissa ,Taylor to all the assistance Alix, Colleen and Ashley the hygienist, and also Cheri. Dr Carlson is amazing, I had to get some serious work done and never had pain not once. I wished I knew all their names. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. You all are great!!!!
