Even though the office is out of network Michaela worked with me to explain to the out of network coverage and schedule appointments. Brooke was professional and kind during the x-ray process. Dr. Van Hoff took the time to explain every aspect of my teeth. The whole process was amazing and I truly felt taken care of! Highly recommend!!!

She was very charismatic, and also very kind and knowledgeable. Our family dentist retired and I was rather apprehensive seeking a new dentist. However, Dr. Van Hof made me almost happy that my old dentist actually retired. I look forward to coming back and seeing the dentists In this office for years to come. Definitely two thumbs up!

Experiencia negativa: The office itself was very clean, and we were able to get an appointment relatively quickly. The front desk staff and hygienist were both excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the dentist was disappointing. She did not introduce herself, and I still don’t know her name. For a practice that appears to emphasize a holistic approach to oral health, I was surprised by the limited familiarity with MyoBrace/myofunctional therapy. When I asked more specific questions, it seemed like there was little understanding or interest in the topic. We didn’t feel that our concerns were fully addressed, and the recommendation was to simply wait another 6–12 months. Interestingly, after the dentist left, the hygienist suggested we consider seeing another provider sooner, which added to the confusion. We also brought our three young children (ages 6, 4, and 1), which is no small task. The dentist saw the first two, then left, and we waited an additional 20 minutes before she briefly returned to look at our 1-year-old for less than a minute. Overall, while the support staff and facility were great, the experience with the dentist did not meet expectations.

I went in to have a crown put on one of my teeth & I was very worried & nervous. Specially knowing a needle was going to be involved. They assured me I would be fine. "YOU will not even feel it. It will be over before you know it." Let me tell you, I didn't get much sleep the night before just imagining the worst, about this procedure. I can honestly say, I did NOT feel the shot, the whole procedure was NOTHING like I thought. Dr. Reimer & her staff knew I was nervous & anxious and they did everything possible to help me relax. I even got to watch a movie. I've been going to Dr. Reimer for many many years, and have no plans to go elsewhere. She is great! As well as her staff. Thank you all for helping me relax and for your great work! So thankful.

Dr Van Hoff was the kindest dentist I’ve ever met. She explained my situation throughly and discussed a in depth treatment plan for the health of my teeth. A doctor who cares this much deserves every star. The ladies at the front desk are also super kind and open to any questions you may have. They are super patient as well. Love this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Yelp review Here is the incident report! My daughter’s first visit with this dentist (Dr. Reimer). I took my 8 year old to have her teeth cleaned and X-rays because she was having some discomfort. I have been taking her to a registered dental hygienist every three months for cleanings. They (Dr Reimers office) recommended getting sealant for the molers which I said “great that works”. My child already was feeling anxiety and fear because of all the drilling and noises in this office you could hear while waiting. Very open concept. Loud noises. She was having a tough time keeping her mouth open as this was her first time with this sealant procedure. I was sitting with her and trying to help her be more comfortable with the situation. While she was still getting this procedure done, the dentist came stomping in and began telling me that we can’t continue using our dental hygienist and that we can only have her office clean our teeth. I took this as bullying me into not seeing the dental hygienist who takes care of my kids teeth cleanings. She (the dental hygienist) has an office that is quiet, super professional and perfect for anyone who doesn’t like loud noises, has anxiety or overall a tough time with the general dentist atmosphere. I’m absolutely beside myself that a dentist(dr.reimer) would ever be so unprofessional and inapproriate! She did this to me in front of my 8 year old child who was being worked on. She should be embarrassed for how she was acting and how demeaning she was while speaking to me. Is it possible that this is a common occurrence to many, if not all her patients? She berated me and tried to bully me into her inapproriate way of conducting business! I can’t believe someone that has a Dr. title would act in this manner in front of a 8 year old child who already is having a tough time, her staff and all the patients that were in office today!!! I was totally surprised at her behavior. Lemoore community has always had space for everyone to succeed and work with one another!! This doctor could have avoided this review from happening if she would have had the courtesy of asking to speak with me after my 8 year old child’s procedure was completed in a private area. She could have just said that they don’t want patients that use a dental hygienist that doesn’t work in their practice. But instead she escalated the encounter and it was uncomfortable and unnecessary. You can tell her whole office and staff is on edge when you say you see the dental hygienist. She is not in the business of women empowerment at all! To bully and talk down to me as if I don’t understand what your doing or saying is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not stand for this especially after she did it in front of my 8 year old child who was still being worked on. My child was the verge of tears leaving because of the dentists actions. Let’s just say she doesn’t want our business if you use a dental hygienist that isn’t working within her practice. You could tell the whole office heard the spectacle she created in her own practice!!! Stay far away from this office and Dr Reimer who doesn’t empower women or children. My child also had no cavities and she didn’t even get a no cavity reward they talked about giving her! Don’t take your kids here if you want them to have a great dental experience.

Due to my fears / phobias concerning coming to see a dentist, it has been numerous years since my last visit. Let me say, as soon as I walked into the office and was warmly greeted, my fears were taken away! The ENTIRE staff was kind, understanding, sympathetic and compassionate to my fears and needs, and I was able to not only get through the exam and visit, I am looking forward to coming back! Every detail / procedure was thoroughly explained and my questions were answered in detail and manner in which I could completely comprehend and in a timeframe that fit my needs and not theirs! After my exam, the front office staff contacted two additional Dr.'s , handled all of the calls and filling out and scanning over ALL paperwork, then reconfirmed with me all of the information regarding future appointments. In all my years of dealing with multiple medical staff and offices, I have never had a staff like this one, willing to handle all aspects of forms, paperwork, and correspondence for me, ensuring my 100% satisfaction and complete awareness of my next / future steps in a long process of appointments. I was previously with Downtown Dental Lemoore, which pressured me to get a crown I didn't want or need and did a poor job of placing it. Five months later the crown is still sensitive and hurts to chew. I started coming to Dr. Riemer Dental Group, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Van Hoff is terrific, and the rest of the staff has been awesome. We're making good progress so far, and I'm confident that my issues with this crown will be resolved. Thanks!

I take muscle relaxers and they (hygienist and Dentist) work fast before it all locks up and I get a neck pillow and blanket and add massage chair why would I go anywhere else! They are not a preferred dentist with my insurance but it’s not easy to find a dentist that understands TMJ like they do and are willing to work with me. I never miss my cleanings and check ups so I don’t run into other issues. Love you ladies!
