Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to this location for a year now for just check ups and cleanings, and called them at 8am due to a crown that came off from a different dentist from about 5 years ago. I was leaving on vacation the next day and worried about spending the entire trip without my crown on.They were able to move around their schedule and get me in that morning and get it back on without a problem. It is when you are in desperate need you find the businesses out there that truly care and this location far exceeded that expectation. I highly recommend this location not only for general care, but knowing they will be there for you when something more serious pops up. Thanks again Area Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say this is hands down the greatest experience with any dental practice I've ever had. Everyone is kind, polite, reassuring, and understanding while delivering top notch AFFORDABLE care. Dr. Max Carpenter is quite literally the BEST dentist I've ever seen. I'm not saying that lightly. He's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate about the care he gives, tremendously skilled, & he genuinely cares about his patient's experience under his care. It all shows through in every step of the way. I have never felt more heard, valued, and cared for at any other dental practice. Having to get a root canal is never a fun experience, but Dr. Max made absolutely certain it was the least painful experience I've ever had at the dentist. I don't respond well to novacaine or lidocaine so he did have to use a mix of lidocaine and something stronger, but it worked and he didn't attempt to do any work until he was certain I was numb. 2/3 of the way through the procedure the tooth "woke up". He didn't let that last at all, literally seconds. He was quick to put a couple more shots in and let them sit for a minute before starting again. I am definitely going to continue to see him for all of my dental care. I hadn't gone to a dentist in 11 years for several reasons, all of them relating to the kind of treatment I received from them. That's no longer an issue because of Dr. Max. I now have a dentist who I'm confident in because of his skill, genuine care, and the results of that kind of care. I'm not so scared to get my smile back anymore. They even worked with me on setting up a payment plan I can afford. They ALL made what is normally a very stressful, high anxiety, & painful experience for me and made it the exact opposite. From the second they answered my first phone call they've been nothing but comforting and beyond helpful at every step. This is a place that truly cares about their patients and their patient's experience at their practice. It really shows and I am beyond grateful this was the place I called. I won't be going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff. Dr Max was concerned about my comfort during the procedure. I didn't feel anything (2 fillings and crown replacement). One of my front teeth is shorter than the one next to it, and he fixed it! No other Dentist ever tried (I'm 70 yrs old!) Worth the money!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a dentist that is caring, professional and makes you feel comfortable go see Dr. Max at Area Dental Clinic. I’m 76 years old and had 2 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. From the time of applying novacain to the procedure being over it took only about a half hour. I use head phones to avoid the noise but didn’t even know they were out! His assistant Lisa is also amazing! Check him out!

Experiencia fantástica: I didnt even go yet I just checked in to make an appointment but the receptionist that was there made me feel very comfortable, I am so nervous to go when I do have to go I'm petrified to the core! I finely went in and had my teeth cleaned the ones that there not taking out and it was the best experience I've had for teeth cleaning! She put some kind of numbing gel on so I wouldn't feel it as bad which I never had that done before, It didn't hurt at all she was very gentle, and understanding to my situation, they are very nice if I knew that it was like that I would of went long time ago! Soon I will be able to smile again!

Experiencia fantástica: I have only had one visit, but everyone was so friendly and inviting. I am a very nervous dentist patient, both Courtney and Dr. Max were kind, gentle and informative. If you haven't been to the dentist in awhile, you should give them a try. They were nonjudgmental and made me feel as comfortable as possible. They were also able to see me almost immediately. I have future visits scheduled and am looking forward to finally taking care of some long ignored problems.

Experiencia fantástica: Update I had my dental cleaning today. Dr. Max helped out and checked me in. They were so busy Ashley needed a little help. Sylvia did my dental cleaning. She was kind and did an awesome job She was gentle with my gag reflex. I really appreciate all the care she put into her work. I would recommend Area Dental Clinic in Hartford, WI. I stupidly broke a tooth on a popcorn kernel on a Saturday aifternoon. I haven't seen a dentist for some time. I called Area Dental on Monday morning. They take my insurance and checked my availability on Monday. Ashley (spelling) was awesome checking my insurance for me. They were able to get me in for an appointment Wednesday morning. Dr. Max (spelling) and his assistant were awesome. I have a bad gag reflex. They worked with me to identify my problem and create a temporary crown, giving me breaks, for the gag reflex. Dr. Max really perfected my temporary crown, which I appreciated. I will get my permanent crown soon. Thanks Dr. Max and staff. I went back to get a complete dental exam and my permanent crown put on. Ashley was very helpful to help me fill out my paperwork and she even held onto a birthday balloon I brought for a friend's birthday. Lisa was also very helpful. As I said, I have a horrible gag reflex and she was very patient and kind taking my needed x-rays. She and Dr. Max were very kind and patient when examining all my teeth and putting on my permanent crown. Both Lisa and Dr. Max did an EXCELLENT job installing my crown. I just need a cleaning now which Lisa helped me schedule. I really appreciate the patience and care that I have received and I will recommend Dr. Max and Area Dental. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed an emergency extraction yesterday. Max in Hartford found a way to get me in. His assistant (forgive me for not remembering her name) listened to me and was very professional in understanding my issue and getting me through the preliminary stuff with a kindness and gentleness that is rare to find. Max was exactly the same way and everything went very well. These two people are the epitome of what a dentist and his assistant should be. If I'm in Hartford and need dental care, Area Dental is only place I'll go.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to area dental for my first time and the staff was amazing! They were very welcoming. They did an amazing job at explaining what they were doing. Answered my questions well to where I understood! Gave me tips to prevent any harm to my teeth. They also sell very nice electric toothbrushes for cheap! Again staff is very nice especially Sylvia the hygienist. Update: I had two cavities filled by Dr.Max and Lisa the assistant. And they did a wonderful job. Every time I walk into that clinic it feels very positive and welcoming!
