They were super friendly, professional and pleasant and funny and joy to talk to. Dr. Doug is very professional and competent. Very happy with the experience. Update: 7/09/26 - My daughter Kate had her first dental visit today, and had a very pleasant time watching the bird feeder during her cleaning, and she agrees with me. Not getting an appointment, when you want it, is not a reason to give a bad review. If they are booked full, there's a reason, people love the dentist and their people.

I've had some bad experiences in the past at other places, which, of course, makes me want to skip regular visits. But, at Cicero Family Dental, everyone is so kind, professional, and understanding. And it's a no judgement zone! If you have concerns/fears about going to the dentist, give them a try! You'll be glad you did.

Because of that, I have every confidence in his ability to take care of our families dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy going to the dentist. All the staff are so kind. They actually talk to you joke with you and make you feel a part of them. Dr. Hartley never condescends and complety explains that day's proceedure before AND during the process. I'm old and I've had many dentists throughout my life. I'd recommend the folks here to anyone. They also tell you up front, what the cost will be and do everything they can to save money! Check them out! I felt that their fees were very fair!

When I came in the Cicero location, they recognized me right away and greeted me warmly, it means so much to be remembered and welcomed, especially Kylie, who practically made it a celebration when she saw me. Dr. Hartley is kind, patient, and always chooses what’s best for me. His professionalism and experience really show in the quality of his work. Kylie is equally amazing, friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. She helps make every visit comfortable and smooth, and you can tell she is very well trained and cares about patients. The whole team greets everyone with big smiles, genuine kindness, and compliments that make you feel valued. I highly recommend them.

They made sure I was felt no pain while working on me and kept checking to make sure I was OK. I've never been to a place where they were so attentive and I really needed that.

Put me on an antibiotic with a plan of rescheduling an appointment once in a more comfortable state. No forced poking or prodding while I am this uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, once they realized I had an issue the moved my appt earlier. Dentist went over my current issue options and discussed other potential issues and the impact they would have. He spent much time with me and was not rushed. We now have a plan of attack.

Experiencia negativa: I hope you can get an appointment for a cleaning sooner than I was told ; they are 3 to 6 months out for scheduling those appointments. I just moved here and needed an appointment sooner and wasn’t even offered to be put on a call list. Was told I may find the wait from most dentists but did not. I was so excited to try a dental office with great reviews but couldn’t get in . I hope others can be accommodated.
