Experiencia fantástica: After many recommendations I visited Dr. Durham’s office for a cleaning and exam. I was blown away by how thorough, caring, and attentive the entire staff was! Dr. Durham didn’t just care about cleaning my teeth, but also about educating me and explaining every detail about my oral health including teeth, bones, muscles, etc. He took time to ask questions and answer questions. I’ve never in 50+ years had such an exceptional experience! Karen was my hygienist and was so gentle and concerned for my comfort and well being that I felt guilty about not flossing! She went above and beyond and is a true professional! I’m grateful to them both. Many healthcare offices I’ve found you have to choose between good front desk or good providers. That’s not the case here. The front desk folks are also truly great ladies! Highly recommend this practice!

They worked me into their already busy schedule as an emergency because I was in pain. Rhonda and Dr. Durham did everything they could to put me at ease, were very gentle and got me fixed up temporarily until I could get to a surgeon which was scheduled the next morning by Gabby at the front desk. I highly recommend them and will be making Dr. Durham our primary care dental office!

I drive 35 minutes to this practice in Griffin where I used to work. We lived out of state for 3 years and had new dentists there and when I got back but decided to return to this practice because they’re in a class of their own Great new office and location!

My wife and I went for our first cleaning six months ago and found the staff to be very friendly and caring about our needs. My wife and I were both accommodated at the same time for our second cleanings and were quite satisfied with the results. We were introduced to the rest of the staff on our first visit and were very impressed with them. Looking forward to a long association with this business.

Experiencia negativa: I went and had a cleaning in September and was not told until the day before appointment I had to pay out of pocket then they filed insurance claim which my check went to them now I have to wait for them to mail me a check. After calling today I find out they are going out of net work in January so after 20 plus years I will have to find a new dentist that will take my insurance.Not every one can afford to pay out off pocket for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Crosspoint for about a year, and I've always been very happy with every part of the experience. The staff is lovely, cleanings are thorough, I'm never kept waiting, but what really did it for me was getting my first filing with Dr. Durham the other morning. He made the entire process completely painless, and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. With other dentists, as soon as the novocaine wore off, I found that my jaw was killing me. After the visit to Dr. Durham, I didn't realize it had worn off! I didn't even feel like I had been in for dental work! The filing blends so seamlessly with my natural tooth that I can't see it or feel it. He's definitely one of the best at what he does.
